Really very good
A beautiful hotel in the countryside and a much appreciated upgrade
The hotel setting was great, the room and king bed were large and comfortable and the restaurant was excellent.
Un veritable hôtel de charme où on resterait bien plus longtemps. Escalier un peu raide dont il faut tenir compte pour les personnes avec des problèmes de mobilité.
Chambre petite mais accueillante, échappée vers la campagne avoisinante.
Bref le sentiment d'habiter une maison de famille avec un confort tout britannique
Personnel vraiment agréable, réception, personnel de service en salle, bravo aux deux jeunes et même très jeunes à qui nous souhaitons une belle réussite professionnelle
Room with weird decor, small screen, desk with multi-socket Sub without shower gel, window overlooking courtyard… fortunately there are curtains… Overpriced meals, single menu at €49. … not extraordinary… compared to other accommodations, the food is no better but 3 times more expensive… Booked an evening stopover, I had to pay for my meal and a breakfast in addition €17 with nothing special… Frankly very expensive for what it is… First accommodation that disappoints me in 2 years…

A warm and friendly hotel with excellent staff and chef
We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. We decided to stay there again for a one night stopover on our way home and were delighted to be upgraded to a lovely upstairs room in the main house - much nicer than the modern rooms by the pool. Reception staff very welcoming and carried our luggage upstairs for us. Unfortunately dinner was truly disappointing. Both the chicken and the veal sides were tough and really hard to eat. I cannot recommend dining in this restaurant. However breakfast was good - scrambled eggs and American style bacon were well cooked and there was a good range of pastries, fruit yoghurts, hams, cheeses etc. In addition my husband very much enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi with its view over the countryside after our long drive and before dinner.

Nice hotel with a good restaurant. Very pleasant and relaxing setting. Downside concerning breakfast: at 9am, there is almost no more bread (I suggest giving up industrial bread) and you have to ask the waiters all the time because there was always a lack of products or cutlery etc. lack of controls by the team concerning the breakfast buffet and limited quantities...
Excellent restaurant! Explosion of flavors in the mouth. Very pleasant swimming pool. Ideal after a day of visiting the surrounding castles.
We had already come and found the same quality of welcome, comfort of the room and quality of the meal. We were able to get back on the road rested after this short stay. We were not able to enjoy the swimming pool or the surrounding tourist wealth (Loire castles just a stone's throw away), that will be for another time.

An excellent and charming little hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was VERY welcome in the heat. Although the restaurant was shut on the evening we stayed at the hotel, the salmon and cheese platter was more than enough for us and very tasty.
This is a lovely hotel, stylish and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The on site restaurant is superb! It’s just a short drive from Tours and the motorway so whether you want a few days break or an overnight stop-over, this lovely hotel is just perfect.
Hett was een mooi ontvangst , waarschijnlijk omdat we voor de 3e keer kwamen, kregen een upgrade. Heerlijk rustige kamer, landelijk gelegen. Goed restaurant, losse gerechten zijn relatief duur, er zijn vaststaande menu's. Zeker geen straf.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Very exotic setting, very pretty room decoration, beautiful swimming pool and tennis court. Everything you need to have a great stay.

A wonderful hotel with outstanding dinner!
Terrible experience. No running water in the bathroom when we arrrived at 5pm. Reception did not even inform us. We complained and they said there was nothing they could do and had no idea when the water would return because the water company had a major problem. They did not offer us any bottled water until later when we demanded it. Attitude of the reception staff was very poor, like they didn’t care. Water came back during the middle of the night but was cut again the next day in the afternoon. We complained and got some more bottled water. Had to ask for a bucket of water to flush the toilet. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant is poor and not worth the price of 17 Euro. Dinner in the restaurant was acceptable but very overpriced. You can eat better and much cheaper at other restaurants in the area. During the 2 days when water was cut off we tried to contact Hotels.com to try to change the another hotel. Very difficult to get through to an agent because their automated answering system doesn’t work properly. Finally got through to an agent after a dozen attempts and said we would like to change hotel. They said they would contact the hotel but then the line cut off. Called again and after many more attempts spoke to another agent but then the line cut off again. They never called me back and they did absolutely nothing. I wasted my time calling them. We will never use Hotels.com or Logis Hotels again.
We’ve stayed at Le Fleuray many times. It’s always been excellent. We love that it’s family run with friendly welcoming staff. Good restaurant, quiet ambience and plenty of parking.

Lots of charm for this hotel in a green and very quiet setting. Pleasant staff, very clean, spacious room, nicely decorated in a classic style. It’s a shame that there isn’t a restaurant with more reasonable prices and opening hours more suited to the 21st century (last service 8:15 p.m.!!!)

I have come to the Hôtel Le Fleuray several times now and the welcome is always impeccable. I also recommend the restaurant: the chef always knows how to surprise and delight us.
Perfect, very quiet environment and beautiful view, and a very warm welcome with attentive staff. Excellent restaurant and perfect for breakfasts. We also benefited from a very nice upgrade. The only possible problem is that the wifi from the room (Cerisier) is unfortunately either inaccessible or with extremely low speeds, fortunately compensated by perfect 4G coverage.

's morgens was er na tussenkomst van het poetspersoneel een probleem met de lavabo - water liet niet weg - die ook nog 's morgens gemeld is aan de verantwoordelijke 1 (man) van de receptie; bij terugkeer van een daguitstap 's avonds was er niks veranderd m.a.w. het probleem niet opgelost; nog gemeld die avond aan verantwoordelijke 1 (vrouw) met als antwoord dat er niemand meer te bereiken was; 's anderdaags is het probleem opgelost; achteraf - ook niet bij uitchecken - geen verontschuldigingen van verantwoordelijke 2; bij uitchecken werd ook niet gevraagd of we tevreden waren van het verblijf

A one night stay whilst travelling from Calais to the Pyrenees. This hotel was not far from the autoroute.
Rural location, remote and quiet, perfect! Nice pool for a dip after a 45km bike ride round the local vineyards when average temperature was 38 degrees C. Restaurant was excellent, superb dinner and good light breakfast, Highly recommended.

. The building is pretty and the room was spacious. However, we were very disappointed with the hotel's service. We chose this hotel based on the fact that it had a jacuzzi. When we arrived, we were told that the jaccuzi was out of order (we had not been warned beforehand otherwise we would have changed places) and in the face of this great disappointment which was close to our hearts, no commercial gesture granted ... so we felt very left behind.

This hotel is remarkably kept and it has kept all its promises of comfort, calm, taste for decoration. The room was indeed air conditioned as advertised. The welcome was very pleasant and the service excellent. The restoration was remarkable, the products came as much as possible from the region, the search for these products was virtuous. The table service was refined. We also appreciated that the hotel is nestled in a green setting. We felt that the price corresponded to the excellence of the services.

It is a pity that the swimming pool was not open at the start and that they did not tell us at check-in. The next afternoon, however, it was accessible. Delicious. Also have a meal nearby at De nature gourmande, a very nice living room restaurant.

Very nice hotel, well located near Amboise. Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent meals. To recommend. Two small flats nevertheless but which will in no way prevent us from returning 1) there are no parasols at the swimming pool or a place in the shade which prevented us from fully enjoying this space (NB the parasols are deployed on the terrace for meals) 2) the restaurant staff is young and inexperienced. For example, during a breakfast, as we had said that we would prefer to eat outside, we expected that a table would be set up on the terrace for us. As this was not done and after some waiting, we had to "prick" cups and plates inside. Another detail, it happened that the empty glasses of the aperitif/zakouskis plate remained on the table until dessert. These are remarks which are not intended to blame anyone but which we hope will lead to an even better service.

Wonderful hotel but more of an Irish country house feel. ( This is so meant as a compliment) Warm welcoming, staff very engaged to ensure a welcoming but unobtrusive attention. Lovely- gardens, food fabulously comfortable bed. Will definitely be back.

But very very few choices on the menu limited to 2 choices for starter, main course and dessert - quality food - gastro quantity so for big eaters. .. Excellent breakfast! Soft-boiled egg Scrambled egg deli meats homemade squeezed orange juice... Etc. Delighted with our stay (1 night in a suite) xxxxl bed! Very good
