I recommend this hotel. Very well received. Came with family, everyone was delighted with the place. Even the dogs had a nice welcome. On occasion we will come back!
The charm of an old house combined with a table that combines local products prepared with a touch of modernity. Attentive welcome and service, inventive cuisine, an excellent stay!
We met by personable youn gman H carried our 2 suitcases up to our room on the first floor. As my husband has limited mobility he moved us from a second floor room at no extra charge

A home as I like them, not brand new, but with character.
I found it dark and depressing. Other customers came crashing through the building 2 nights running. When I complained the owner spoke to them and it didn't happen again. But two days were ruined for me as I failed to go back to sleep.There are no staff living there so visitors are given front door keys. The door and the floors add to the noise. much of the day there are no staff which adds to the feeling of neglect.

The room was large with a good bed. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities with a good shower, but one has to step up into it, which can be a bit dangerous when exiting it, because you are wet. If you have mobility problems it may be awkward. One negative about the hotel, if you have mobility problems, there is no lift, so you have to climb 39 stairs to access the room.

A good little hotel to recommend with a normal outside temperature. For our part, we stayed the night of August 2 to 3, 2024 with an outside temperature of more than 30 degrees which was practically identical in our room ... (despite a valiant fan circulating hot air). The absence of air conditioning is obvious and we were informed by the friendly Owners of their impossibility for the moment to install some because of the Historical Monuments (listed building).

Great stay
A late arrival certainly but specified when booking but I felt rushed for the arrival time. We were told 1st floor for the room even though it was the 2nd.... The room was equipped with a wardrobe, we didn't even dare to open it because of the solid air. The shower is full of scale and not necessarily in great shape. For the price, frankly, I'm disappointed because the setting and setting of the hotel was great. It really made you want it. And let's talk about the price of breakfast 10 euros per person!!!!! You have to think about people who only have coffee or who have very little appetite too.

Correct accommodation but very disappointing catering. Little choice apart from hamburgers in a region with a reputation for gastronomy. Breakfast very good. Paying for a 3-night stay upon arrival is very rare in a Logis Hotel and it seemed unwelcoming to us.
A very pleasant stay with quality staff, excellent cuisine, impeccable service, kindness and availability, for my part I highly recommend the Hôtel des Cygne, the meals on the veranda, what more can I say other than perfection for me.

Simple hotel in the good sense of the term, with slightly dilapidated aspects, but inevitable in an old house and largely compensated by the more than reasonable price. The welcome is perfect and the restaurant is difficult to beat in terms of quality/price: very nice combinations and fair cooking. We will definitely come back if the opportunity arises.

Stay of 8 nights, therefore long enough to evaluate the entire establishment. Pleasant, warm and family welcome. Private parking is a plus. The establishment is old, clean and comfortable. The meals served on the terrace are very pleasant, original and copious. The chef took the trouble to vary our dishes so as not to eat the same thing during our stay. Thanks to him. The staff was always attentive to our needs. The commitment of these young owners to their customers commands admiration. We wish them good luck and success in their project.

Very pleasant stay apart from the presence of neighbors of the hotel, disrespectful revelers (music and songs at the top of their voices until 3:45 a.m.) de facto preventing any physical recovery, despite the double glazing. Fortunately, these facts only happened once. They were reported to the person in charge of the reception.
Everything is old and charmless. Staircase carpet eliminated, cobwebs all over the place. Stifling heat on the top floor. No air conditioning, a wobbly and inefficient fan, Oligion to open the window but the noises of the road are incessant. Very poor bedding and the shower gel dispensers were empty. At the restaurant when the manager asks us what we thought of the meal and we found the meat a little tough, she replies that she had nothing to do with it! Hearty meal but not high quality. In short, this poor swan has lost its feathers.

Only downside: there is no air conditioning in the rooms... our room on the road side was noisy even at night and we had to leave the window open to cool down.
