Top staff, rarely seen this, very motivated and helpful
The fire station was on fire alarm from the beginning of the meal until the next morning. If there had been a fire in the establishment, no one would have been informed. I find this very serious and contrary to safety regulations. I highly recommend this establishment. You risk your life by sleeping inside.

Hotel in the center of Troarn. Private parking available. Building had been renewed partly. Clean room. Breakfast is simple, as one can expect in France. Evening meal ok, but straightforward. Overall ranking: nothing special but ok for the price. Hotel could easily improvise in some details(breakfast, simple repairs to do) and then would score a full good rating.
We came for the second time to this hotel which benefits from very good value for money for the region. In addition, it is very well located near Cabourg, Dives and Houlgate (11 km) as well as Deauville, Trouville (around 20 kilometers). The only downside is that the appearance of the hotel is a little dated from the outside; it needs a good freshening and cleaning: there is a pile of cigarette butts near the entrance to the restaurant in a container and panels and structures which are rusty, too bad...
Really very good. The team takes great care of you. Nothing to complain about the breakfast or the really very good dinner. The only downside is that the walls allow the neighbors' voices to pass through somewhat.
Perfect restaurant and service, dog accepted and parking. Need to renovate the bathroom from floor to ceiling!

Our room was good. Renovated bathroom with excellent sanitary facilities. Good bed, although smaller than we are used to at home. Good mattress. Only praise for the restaurant, we had a delicious meal and a lot of choice in dishes and prices. Everyone can find something tasty here.

The details about the hotel were not correct in the brochure. The publicity said the restaurant was open until 11:00pm but when we arrived at about 10:00pm it was all in total darkness and had to go to bed without dinner. We were lucky to have one person there to show us to the bedroom

Very good value for money, both for accommodation and for catering. Only the quality of the breakfast remains perfectible. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. We appreciated the friendliness and availability of the staff, as well as the presence of secure parking.

Conviviality cleanliness, and quality of meals it is worth the detour. Take the time to book directly with the very interesting establishment. Avoid booking sites because overcharging.
We had room 18: a cramped room, a very dirty carpet, blinds that go down with great difficulty and a lot of noise and then don't go up anymore (!), the noise of the national road which passes almost under the windows, an electric kettle in the room, but no cup or tea bags or coffee pod ... Not many pleasant things in this accommodation. Except the dedication of the ladies in charge of the restaurant service. As for the young man who takes the orders, he is not unpleasant but never smiling and in a very neglected outfit for a restaurant that wants to be something other than a diner. The price-performance ratio is therefore clearly negative.
Nice hotel. In particular, the owner's son, who is very nice and helpful, as well as the little waitress and the cleaning lady, ready to help, very dedicated. The room is clean, large with a very nice bathroom. The restaurant, great dinner, hearty and excellent.

A first in this establishment, will return.
Strong smell in the room and in the corridors giving access to it This chemical-like smell causes irritation of the respiratory mucous membranes and forces the room to be constantly ventilated. The image of the "Logis" suffers from the lack of care at all levels. We do not recommend this establishment where the "laxity" appears as soon as you enter the garden where cigarette butts are strewn on the ground and the pot used as an ashtray is in the saturation phase.
