Hotel remarkably run by enthusiasts of a kindness and friendliness like we rarely see. Spacious and comfortable rooms. A quality breakfast. A hotel with a perfect renovation. Do not hesitate to stay there for several days and make it an excellent base for visits to the splendid valleys and peaks of the region. Three must-see sites, the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, the cirque of Gavarnie and Pont d'Espagne. And of course all the legendary passes of the Tour de France.
Our stay was short but charming thanks to the warm welcome from the managers, the quality of the services and in particular the "small" catering which is not "small" and the delicious breakfasts...! The advice given for visiting the region is very judicious... In short, we really enjoyed it and will surely come back!!! An address not to be missed!
The hotel is like the owners: perfect. The rooms are very functional and spacious, the breakfast is plentiful and varied. The snack bar does not correspond to its name: a menu that changes every day and a varied menu: fresh and delicious products. The Nordic square is magnificent. Only positive in this establishment.

Very neat hotel, comfortable room
Excellent hotel with an attentive welcome from our hosts, very good advice for hiking in the surrounding area. A very good breakfast buffet with multiple savory and sweet choices. And if you like cats, Anita(?) loves petting. We will return there with our eyes closed and with great pleasure.

Ideally located for going skiing, the shuttle is just childish. All shops nearby. The managers are very kind and accommodating. Breakfast is hearty. Games and a ski room are available. The spa area is very pleasant and very pretty.

The staff/owners are lovely people, and very willing to help or make you feel at ease. It is the second time we have stayed there, and if next time, if they have room, we will repeat. Breakfast has quality products and in the quantity desired. It's a shame that this time they couldn't give the option of half board (dates/staff), last time it was worth it.

Perfect welcome, very comfortable hotel and friendly atmosphere
The central hotel is ideally located, opposite the departure of the shuttles for the resort, right in the center and only 2 minutes walk from the thermal baths. The comfort, decoration and cleanliness of the rooms are impeccable. The establishment has a very cozy overall atmosphere due to the layout of the various relaxation areas (fireplace, TV area, private sauna/spa, etc.) and the calm that reigns there. The breakfast and dinner served in a secluded lounge with fireplace, are also of remarkable quality (fresh and varied products, diversity in the choice...). Finally, the management team is really friendly and remains attentive to its customers. No false note during the stay, rate the indicators are green to return to this place where you feel at home!
The location, the quality of the catering, the cozy atmosphere and the friendliness of the people are an undeniable plus of the hotel.
