We had some trouble with the shower, which was probably our fault. We are sorry for the water on the floor.
A cramped bathroom, impractical or even unreachable toilets. No blackout curtains for a room on the 1st floor (direct view of the car park) (room 4). No offer of a commercial gesture when paying for the room (€120) for very loyal customers!!!!

Very positive experience: services, courtesy, quality of products and very good cuisine (we had breakfast and dinner in the small garden of the hotel restaurant). Calm and quiet place. Very large and very clean room and bathroom. In front of the hotel there is a large space with large trees where you can park the car and start a gentle walk to continue discovering Morlaas which offers a magnificent church and the spectacle of bowling!
When it’s good and even very good you have to know how to say it. This was the case for me. I stayed there for a week on business in the PAU region and the stay was very pleasant. No false notes on the service offered, but of course at the expected level of service. With even a special note for the young woman who managed the room in the evening and the reception. Thank you for your good oenological advice. I must return to the region and it is certainly in this establishment that I will stay again. I could have sometimes given 4 stars out of 5 but each time I asked myself the question "what more could I have wanted" and ultimately nothing so the 5 stars are, in my opinion, justified each time
I discovered your hotel during a business trip. The exterior and interior are clean. I booked an evening stopover for one night, the bedding is very comfortable (former sales representative for a bedding manufacturer), and if I have to point out one detail, I find it fair that for an evening stopover the choice of entrance and dishes are just a little short.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Minibar and coffee maker are also available in the Zimmer. Parking in one of the above-mentioned Hof möglich, das ist als Motorradtourist besonders wichtig.

A very pleasant hotel/restaurant in a town in Béarn where the people are very welcoming. We have stayed in many hotels but this is the first time that we have been so well received with 2 points to note: > We arrived around 9pm and without having made the slightest request a table at the restaurant adjoining the hotel had been reserved for us. > For the first time in my life, the Director of the hotel (extremely friendly and welcoming) accompanied us himself to each of our 2 rooms. It should also be noted that like the Director, all the members of the establishment were very friendly and attentive.
