Great welcome and comfortable room.
I find it a shame that when electrical problems are reported in the room, no one comes to check and the only response was: "that's how it was when I bought it". I had to adapt! On the other hand, as it was the Basque cake festival, there was one menu and only one; I had no other suggestions! The price was "a little high". I was personally disappointed.
Very good welcome, pleasant and comfortable room, small drawback in the restaurant. The presence of customers who speak loudly at the bar which is less than 1 meter from the tables! I know that it is not easy to manage but I have always considered that the presence of a bar is not compatible with a restaurant room!

Unfortunately, paying with a debit card did not work, so I had to go to the bank first. It was not due to the debit cards, but probably due to bad internet or something at the hotel. It was suggested that it was due to the debit cards, but that was not the case.

We had a wonderful week at this hotel. The welcome was warm, the staff attentive and very pleasant. The room was quiet with quality bedding. The dishes served in the restaurant were generous with local produce. We will definitely be back.

An adorable welcome from a caring team... it’s already exceptional! The room (privilege) is a little small but offers all the amenities, storage for example, separate bathroom and toilet, what more could you ask for! As for the restaurant, it's simple but very good and here too the service is attentive and friendly! In summary, a hotel to which we want to return!

Exceptional hotel for the quality of the welcome, the facilities and the charm that exudes from it! Everything is perfect, very good bedding, charming room with delicate little touches. Overall, a pleasant stay with a very warm welcome. Room 9 to avoid because above the restaurant room and with only 1/2 window. Missing a kettle or a mini fridge in the room to deserve 3* as well as something to hang up the bath towels.

I do not recommend this hotel if you want to sleep because at 00:30 there was a scandal in the restaurant. I even had to get dressed to beg them to keep their voices down.

The breakfast is not up to par with the hotel. Bread from the day before, ham whose consumption limit must have been very close! No dairy product or fruit and you have to ask for orange juice. For the price charged it's really disappointing.
Correct and very clean facilities although small rooms. But we had booked half board and they offered us the same set menu for dinner as the one offered that day at noon (15 euros), with the difference that the price applied for dinner was double (30 euros). The hotel manager acknowledged that this difference was exclusively due to the fact that during dinner hours they do not apply the midday reduction, even though at night they also had a sign that continued to indicate the midday price for said closed menu, without indicating that It was an exclusive price for noon. The manager also acknowledged to us that it was proportionally more interesting to dine a la carte instead of applying for half board. In most hotels, the half-board option is usually cheaper than the a la carte service for a similar level of dishes.

We have often stopped in Logis de France for our leisure and for our trips to and from the Netherlands, our native country. We have always appreciated the family and calm character in its hotels as well as the quality of the meals. Comfort and atmosphere were always assured. At the Pavillon Bleue our room n° 8 was really too small: not even room for chairs and a small table. Access to the toilet was almost impossible. The dining room too noisy and the furniture too tight. In the evening as in the morning (breakfast) the owners and their friends seemed to be celebrating the third half of a rugby match. We will return to Hôtel Logis de France but not to the Pavillon Bleue.
