Friendly, smiling and responsive staff
Excellent welcome in a very pleasant establishment. The big plus being their restaurant which alone is worth a big detour!
Too bad they don't refill the breakfast buffet when new guests arrive. At 8:00 we had run out of omelettes and there was only a small piece of fresh bread left.

Nice and quiet, good beds, small room and tiny bathroom with a comfortable shower. Steep stairs with a partially unusable handrail. Basic, but good value for money.
Joli hôtel sympa et confortable où l’on mange très bien. On regrette juste les petites « radineries « : une seule serviette dans la chambre alors qu’on est deux, très peu de savon, des plats vides au petit déjeuner. Il faudrait peu pour que ce soit top!
The hotel is almost always curated and beautiful. The porte si chiudonono facendo rumori pesanti per il legno vecchio. La stanza è talmente piccola che dovevamo passare a turno. Molto patisce te. The unica cosa positiva è the baguette calda e buonissima a colazione. Per il resto non consiglio la struttura. Pessimo rapporto quality prezzo .

Supposedly over-classified! The room is tiny and not soundproofed, from 6am onwards it's the sweeping of the doors of the adjoining rooms and the airlock group leading to the room
The hotel is very well located, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is just perfect. The small downside is that there was no air conditioning in the rooms and we were at a time of year (August) when it was very hot. We recommend this hotel without problem.

Too expensive to have a room sold for 1 person and there were 2 of us missing towels and dirty handkerchiefs on the floor
Simple but nice hotel. Central location, close to the town and the lake. Nice atmosphere, rich breakfast (for 11 euros though), very good dinner (at medium-high costs as in the whole region). Outdoor space with tables also for dinner. Street parking, not insured but with many solutions nearby. Small room although functional. Three floors of stairs without elevator. Reception hours not always respected, even with friendly and helpful staff.

Lack of front desk people is a bit of a problem
Fairly basic hotel, room a little dated but everything is clean and pleasant. No noise at night. The restaurant is excellent, very good value for money.
Hotel does not meet current hotel standards even with 2 stars! No elevator to access the rooms, narrow staircase Small surface rooms, bathroom with narrow shower cubicle On the 3rd floor, rooms 18 and 19 benefit from the noise of the kitchen exhaust fan until 10 p.m. Correct catering without being inventive Inadmissible to charge €2 for a cancellation of vegetables in the ordered dish... logic would dictate a reduction in the price of the dish given that there is no replacement by another vegetable. No parking at the hotel, parking on the street depending on availability.
We are coming for the 2nd time to this hotel from Nice to meet the family. and we are still very satisfied. The restaurant is of excellent quality, refined and plentiful.

For the attractive price, we were not expecting a PMR type room.... Impeccable cleanliness but difficult not to have your feet in the water, especially very risky for drying your hair. We have previously experienced better suited rooms...

De kamer, en zeker de badkamer kunnen een upgrade gebruiken, echter als ik de prijs zie dan denk ik, die moet dan wel omhoog. Dus niet zeuren en boeken want alles is perfect, van de vriendelijke ontvangst tot en met de vloerverwarmde vloer in de badkamer! Gezellige kroegjes binnen loopafstand.

The accommodation was ok, so was the food. Location is absolutely fabulous. There is no elevator in the building and the stairs are way to steep for people carrying luggage. Also, the WIFI is spotty, so I would not recommend it for longer stays (people working remotely). The staff is friendly. They speak English, which makes communication easy. Overall adequate

We occupied room number 2. It is clean but it should be renovated (spray peeling off, damaged walls, curtain detached from the bar).
the hotel was fully booked. We had very small rooms. My friends room 5 - I assume otherwise as a single room (was only equipped with a towel once) was even smaller and at over 30 'the shutters weren't closed during the day. Sleeping was not an option. The food was excellent!!

Breakfast was exactly what I expected in France - good croissants, bread and jams, and exceptionally good café décafféiné.
I was unable to have lunch at the hotel and therefore cannot comment on the Menus de jour.
At dinner, my favourite dish was Calamares à la libanaise.

Welcome and quality service. I stayed there because I had an event in Geneva. The quality / price ratio compared to accommodation in Geneva is unmatched. Quiet and clean hotel everything was spotless!
Very friendly and smiling welcome. The receptionist provided us not only with all the necessary information about the hotel, but also about what to do in the Pays de Gex. The room is quite spacious, very clean with a bed with firm bedding. Magnificent. Only downside is the size of the shower. Given my stature, taking a shower was practically impossible. I originally asked if there are bathrooms with bathtubs, to make it easier to take the morning shower. According to the staff, no problem, you just have to ask. Very good buffet breakfast. There is really everything you want: sweet, salty, fruit, cheese, meats, ...... and above all a good, very black coffee.
