Perfect this site will be our new hotel for Lons le Saunier
Excellent value for money. Despite a high level of activity, the staff remains available and smiling. Waiting time on my arrival because there was no one to welcome me. But it was only supposed to be punctual. I will come back

Very nice hotel and excellent stay. Very warm welcome, comfortable room. As for the meals, dinner at the restaurant was excellent with a choice of local products. Same comment for the breakfast which was plentiful, very well stocked with excellent homemade and local products.
Nothing to complain about, excellent welcome, service AND always sumptuous breakfast that would make a Swiss-German hotelier green with envy.

Very nice hotel with a great restaurant
Excellent hotel with very good value for money. The staff is competent, efficient and friendly. The setting is very nice with a park to get some fresh air. The restaurant was full on Saturday evening both outside and inside which demonstrates the quality of the cuisine, products and service. I recommend it and we will gladly return if the opportunity arises.

Very good hotel, easy access, quiet accommodation, good restaurant for the dinner table and very good desayuno.. Brilliant paintings and sculptures. The only thing is that the colchón is a little inconvenient.

Perfect for an evening stopover, indoor parking. The restaurant's cuisine is very good. I arrived at 9:00 p.m. and was well received despite this. The room is clean but the air conditioning is a little noisy.

We keep coming back here because of the friendly and professional welcome, the excellent rooms, the delicious dinner and the delicious breakfast.
To note a rare thing, a large group of sportsmen was present in the hotel. Not a peep, no noise disturbance during the night. 1) the hotel management is vigilant on this point and we thank them for it 2) we were sensitive on this point because we had benefited from the same situation in a hotel in Grindelwalt and they were not athletes but a group of Swedish tourists or the evening supper was transformed into orchestrated soulography, entertainment which lasted all night.
Visiting for a weekend with my girlfriend and the establishment turned out to live up to our expectations. The staff is smiling and very pleasant. The room was perfect both in terms of the bedding and the bathroom as well as the equipment available to us. The hotel restaurant offers different dishes, each more appetizing than the last, and the prices remain relatively affordable for the quality of the dishes. All in a warm and pleasant atmosphere. As for breakfast, the service offers a multitude of choices, both sweet and savory. I'm not used to writing reviews but when the quality is there, it must be highlighted. I therefore highly recommend the La Fontaine hotel!

The service and quality of the restaurant, with a nod to the breakfast buffet, which would not be out of place in a British or Swiss-German hotel. A real pleasure !

This is now the second year that we have been visiting this establishment, we are really satisfied. The hotel is well maintained, the table friendly, the service impeccable, friendly and to make you blush with envy a Swiss-German table the magnificent breakfast. Regarding breakfast, it's a PLUS!

Good surprise ! the rooms are pleasant and very well soundproofed, the decor is up to date. Evening meal (evening stopover) very good, and extra breakfast with quite a few choices!! the only downside was that it was a little cool in the room when we arrived, quickly resolved by turning on the air conditioning and the bathroom fan heater only ever produced barely lukewarm air (I forgot to report it). I highly recommend!

I am the director of a British company and I have just spent a week in France on a business trip. I had made a reservation with the Logis headquarters for an "evening stopover" stay at this hotel (price €98) and I was well received by the evening staff and the room allocated to me was GOOD. When I showed up at the restaurant for dinner, the waitress showed me the slate listing the dishes and told me to choose from it. I had a pitcher of wine (€12) with the meal and I ate very well. So, I was expecting a total bill of €110 (€98 + €12). The next morning I had breakfast and showed up to pay my bill. Imagine my surprise when I was presented with a bill of 170€!!!! I informed the man on duty that I was on an “evening stopover” package and the tone completely changed. First he accused me of having chosen dishes from the menu and when I told him that the waitress gave me the slate so that I could make my choice and never spoke of "menu stage night", he called me a liar and of course I told him what happened. Not satisfied with this approach he started to question my professional status and asked to see my merchant card and I gave it to him. This didn't seem to convince him either so I told him he could keep the card and do research on my company if he really thought I was trying to "rob" the hotel but he started on another track. I am of a certain age and he told me that there were people who presented professional business cards but who were no longer in business....he was trying by all means to take his €170, making proof of ageism in addition.... There were other people who were behind me who wanted to pay and leave, so in order not to embarrass these people, and to put an end to this story, I offered to this aggressive individual that we could "cut the pear in two" and I offered him to pay 140€. He accepted but grumpily and reluctantly. It’s obvious that €140 was way too expensive but I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. I have very bad memories of what should have been a pleasant stay. I hope the hotel will be honest enough to reimburse me.

We were greeted very friendly and, as always, felt very comfortable. The room is well equipped and we were able to sleep well in this cozy bed. At breakfast nothing was left to be desired, and we can rate the restaurant in the same way.

Good stay and good welcome. 2 points to improve: the pillows are too big, and we would have liked fresh baguette to accompany the good local products, rather than sliced bread. As for the restaurant, the prices for Jura wine are reasonable for an establishment of this type. Not always the case elsewhere...
What a gem! We have become used to delightful finds amongst Logis Hotels – we've never found a disappointing one – but Hotel la Fontaine really is something special. Comfortable, absolutely clean, well maintained, and the food is amongst some of the best we've experienced in a Logis hotel. Thank you to all the team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Hotel very well located, decorated with great taste, very well soundproofed. The perfect bedding apart from the pillows a little too big but overall a very nice discovery even if it was for one night only and without breakfast. We will go back to the restaurant because we have heard that the food is excellent!

Superb restaurant
This hotel is in a good location and contrary to what the proximity to the road would suggest quieter than I would have imagined. The double windows certainly help with this. The room was very good and the food excellent.
Everything was perfect, we had asked for a quiet room, and that was the case, we were facing the forest.
A little noisy for the front rooms facing the national. For the restaurant, a menu should be offered rather than 3 separate menus (starters-main courses-desserts) which will quickly raise the bill.

As always, very friendly, we have known the hotel for years. It's always like coming home. And we will be back! As for the reason for our stay (see below), it was to do a stopover during the ascent to Germany.
We very much enoyed our stay here at La Fontaine. Our room was bright and airy with an excellent, modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food very good, both at dinner and at breakfast. The only difficulty was the lack of a lift to our second floor room; I found the two flights of stairs a challenge and will ask for a more easily accessible room next time. There will certainly be a next time and I recommend this hotel for its amenities, its food and its exceptionally helpful staff.
This hotel has 3* and it is well equipped. We also really liked the quiet location. The breakfast surprised us with a good selection. When staying here, dining out in the evening is a MUST, we enjoyed it. Thanks very much
Employees and staff very welcoming and professional. The rooms are small, but very clean. The beds surprised us, we slept very well. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Very reasonable prices. The rental very well, in the country, but not far from the highway. Conclusion: Great!
