Well-kept, very clean and comfortable hotel. Good welcome.
Hotel well situated in main square easy to locate.
Evening meal very nice . Restaurant beautifully crisp and pristine.
Our only adverse comment the staff could have been more smiley, otherwise they were excellent.

Lovely hotel The big problem is the lack of soap in the shower. We had to get out of the shower to soap ourselves and when we reported the problem, no apologies, just "thank you, we'll let the girls know"...
We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were back in Bain de Bretagne.

The manager is very welcoming, she is smiling, gives good advice. The place is well located and clean. Small downside for the noises (door slamming and TV noise) otherwise overall it was a good stay. We recommend and we will come back 😘
Great welcome and very nice room with comfortable bedding and brand new bathroom. I was not able to try the restaurant because of the kitchen team's vacation.
The hotel is carino. After the sound is heard with rumors, nothing is heard from 1 to 3.30 on the morning, there is little noise and there is also the doccia. A problem of education that does not protect the hotel but it does not result in a rough hope
I regret having booked this hotel, very cold atmosphere where no one is chatting. Mediocre evening meal, without presentation, we do not have dessert because we are in a hurry to leave this atmosphere. Very old furniture and room decor. Stained bathroom where we did not dare to have a shower, sink which does not retain water. Breakfast always in a very cold atmosphere where the staff passes by but doesn't say a word. On the ceiling, an unmarked camera seems to be monitoring us.
Listening staff. Clean room and good bedding. For the disappointing side of the breakfast atmosphere, this is the TV with BFM on repeat. We can no longer stand the constant propaganda on TV. I don't think it's an obligation in a hotel to have TV at breakfast.

Fantastic little find, great food in their restaurant, very dog friendly. Will be back lovely place and ideal for the ferry port stop over.
Advert states "Bar". Two seats and one table! Also "Free Parking". 34 rooms and 9 parking spaces, which the hotel itself occupies one or more spaces, is hardly an accurate statement. "Plat du Jour" prominently on display outside the Hotel Restaurant, for a good price, and at all times, even though on a movable board. It is not until you get the menu that you find the small print stating "Except evenings, weekends and holidays". Real price is 70% higher. And 41 minutes to wait to get a drink whilst waiting to order food. Really?! It was a bottle of beer not a fancy cocktail.
I was poisoned by the food I had in the restaurant. By the end of the following day I had severe diarrhoea which led to acute dehydration. As a result I was hospitalised for 3 days. Beware!
Very cold welcome
Here are several stays that I have made as an evening stopover, and always very satisfied. Pleasant room, very good bedding. Very good meal. Pleasant service and always with a smile.

Food excellent; welcome good; accommodation adequate but a bit ‘tired’
The staff, food in restaurant & accommodation we're great. However, there was a lot of noise (people talking, laughing etc plus 'water' related noise - maybe the main water supply was by the side of our room?) until 4am the next morning so we did not have a good night's sleep and had a long journey the next day.
We did make the staff aware of this in the morning.
A simple country hotel. Good-sized, comfortable room and bathroom. Clean and well-maintained. Good choice of dishes in restaurant. Copious breakfast.

A quaint Auberge in a pretty village in a great location. Staff are very helpful and the dinner was very good. 8/10 for the staff, but a pot of a poky room overlooking the street.

We enjoyed our stay in Brittany. The team at the Logis Hôtel Restaurant La Croix Verte welcomed us. We slept well, the breakfast was pleasant and plentiful. We recommend this accommodation with pleasure.
Very kind staff, very good table. A mattress that you sink into and which is at the end of its journey. Unfortunately, there is a serious lack of soundproofing.

The room, bed and bathroom were good but the window lacked proper curtains we had to improvise to ensure people outside coudn't see in from the street. Very strange omission given accomodation otherwise was very good.
A comfortable hotel in a nice town, friendly staff and good service. Slightly old fashioned premises although the bedroom/shower room had recently been fully modernised.

A pleasant establishment with attentive staff
Good welcome, good meal, good rest.
Access to the parking lot is very steep, our car is stuck on the ground! But the staff was more than very helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable with good reading lights. The WiFi code was behind the door.
Good value for money
Lovely hotel in a lovely little town. The young lady that welcomed us was so helpful, nothing was to much! whilst our Studio's deco was a little dated, it was very clean and extremely comfortable. I am travelling to the area again next month and will be staying there again!

Very high price per night (103€) for a studio room, very dilapidated shower cubicle. Buffet breakfast but nothing exceptional. Unsystematic room service, you are asked if you have to redo the room between the 2 nights?? For a 3* it's amazing.

Honestly, enjoyed every minute of my stay. As a Canadian there for work and speaking very limited French you guys were very accommodating and we made it work with a little help from Google Translate :)

Overall a pleasant stay. An establishment run by members of the same family with the help of a few employees. The atmosphere is professional and efficient, yet friendly and not lacking in humour. Just right. The rooms themselves are good and above all clean. The decor is simple in the understated genre. The studio I stayed in the first night was OK, a tad disappointing but clean, up a flight of stairs...interesting. On the other hand, the room that I inherited from my sister who was leaving for my second night spent in Bain, was great. Spacious, harmonious and of course very clean. Room 17. Immaculate. It is in fact a room equipped for people with disabilities .... or without, if it happens to be free. The restaurant, altogether disappointing for me. Definitely a very personal opinion. I much prefer the simple and authentic rather than the complicated and sophisticated which could pass for affected. Better is the 'Bon Bainais' and there is a lot of good in Bain de Bretagne. And it would be so fitting in the style of the hotel that the Legaud family should be proud of.
