Beautiful stone site in the heart of nature. Friendly welcome. Ideal place for a short stopover in Ardèche. Pleasant swimming pool in this period of high heat.

I don't recommend this place because it's too expensive. The bathroom is really stylish, decorated like my grandparents'. The TV satellite connection is very poor. Same for WFI. Everything costs money, there's no way to even get a coffee without paying.

Very pleasant hotel and stopover on my several-week walking trek
Great welcome from the owners, thank you again, very beautiful courtyard and magnificent room for meals with friends.
We spent a few days in the family suite. We felt like we were in a hotel that seemed to be waking up from the winter season. Everything was not yet ready in all the rooms or the courtyard, the restaurant menu was not yet available, but the essentials were there. And the kindness, helpfulness and authenticity of the managers did the rest. The menu was unique but we enjoyed it every time. We'll come back!
Arriving at the hotel at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday April 16, 2024, there was no reception (it was a craftsman who worked on site who went to get the boss). The hotelier received us in disheveled clothing, visibly busy doing something other than welcoming customers even though we were expected. On arrival, the establishment gives the general impression of being poorly maintained. Disorder is omnipresent everywhere: broken equipment and furniture, tools, baskets of laundry lying around. The boss seems a little overwhelmed by the task. Hotel. Room no. 8 is correct (2CV car decoration) but the shower spray did not work (not practical for customers...) and the toilet bowl was loose and moved. No WiFi in the room. You have to go to the outdoor terrace to benefit from the connection! The room is charged at €104.00 while the display inside the room mentions €95.00 for this time of year. Restaurant. The room was poorly maintained despite a setting that could make it a warm place (stone vault). Papers and butter wrappers are lying on the ground…. The food was of good quality, homemade but no menu or prices are displayed. The breakfast corresponds to the criteria of the hotel industry (bread, pastries, jam, ham, egg, etc. the establishment offers eggs from its chickens) The second evening, the restaurant was closed without explanation (no presence of the owners) and we we had to manage. The next day they told us they mowed the lawn until 8:00 p.m. and apologized for the inconvenience…. Logis-hôtel must inspect the establishments it recommends more rigorously. This “Cozy” hotel and “Terroir” restaurant clearly does not meet the expected services. Despite their good will, the staff is not up to the task assigned to them. I have photos taken during this stay.
