the second volta che ci vado mi trovo molto bene!
The receptionist was very kind and adequate. However, the hotel does not have its own reception which is located in another building. The rooms had some problems such as the French window that gave access to a shared balcony with another room that did not close. The entrance and stairs upon arrival around 4pm were messy with staff who were evidently cleaning but did not pay attention to where they placed the materials that were cluttering the stairs (see garbage bags of the rooms subject to intervention). There was also a strong musty smell. So the only positive thing was the professional and very kind gentleman at reception.

Des petites choses à améliorer :
- la fenêtre ne tient pas ouverte (difficile d'aérer),
