Charming hotel in a rather lovely small town. The room was spacious and comfortable, the food in hotel/bar was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely location. Good restaurant. Although the room was clean, it was somewhat dated, especially the bathroom.
Please note that this hotel is in a convenient position. The staff is very kind and extremely available. The hotel has a restaurant with excellent cuisine. Unica pecca, the structure is not equipped with the elevator.

Family hotel that would benefit from being quieter and an elevator or freight elevator for the 3rd floor. No one informed us of this inconvenience when booking online. As for the noise, this noise level is unacceptable with unscrupulous residents. Finally, the toilets did not work properly and the shower needs to be repaired. As for the service in the restaurant, a little more discretion would be welcome.

We go there 3 times a year. We like to hike in the area. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are comfortable facing the lake. The team is very welcoming. We strongly recommend.

Only hotel in the area
The hotel is very well located, facing the lake and a stone's throw from the granite chaos of the Huelgoat forest. The large car park opposite avoids any parking problems. We had a large and beautiful room overlooking the lake, with a bathroom and separate toilet. Note the presence of electric radiators in the bedroom and in the bathroom. We were half-board and therefore did not have a choice of menu, but the 3 dinners served to us were delicious, varied and plentiful. Finally, we appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of all the hotel staff.
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Lac. The rooms are quite basic, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom ‘pods’ are a bit on the cramped side, but they do the job. We enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast.

Poorly soundproofed room but pleasant setting
Alas, a boiler failure can always occur.. and therefore no hot water, but in this case it is necessary to better manage the relationship with the customer. Fairly average dinner, but attentive and friendly staff
No elevator, room on the third floor with a double staircase for each floor...
Lack of sound insulation: you can hear everything from outside: footsteps, conversations... Uncomfortable bedding: we didn't sleep all night. I had booked for 4 nights, I left after the first night! A bathroom-cell where there is no room to turn around (and I am only 50kg) unstable internet connection, to be recharged regularly
We had a pleasant stay for three nights. Clean, comfortable room and bed. Dinner and breakfasts were good. Very pleased overall.

Perfect stay for a period of 15 days in May. The team is at the top, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. The pizzas are delicious with a super thin crust. The a la carte dishes are also excellent. As for the room, it was very beautiful and very spacious. What happiness!
