Among the chef's specialities are: blanquettes of veal, beef bourguignon, small sauerkraut from the sea, not forgetting "La Pouteille" (a dish made from pork and beef typical of La Canourgue).
Our dishes and pastries are prepared with fresh Read more products. This is the secret of the freshness and flavour of our cuisine. To accompany the dishes, we offer a wide range of wines. Our supply is local, mainly from Lozere and Aveyron.

A comfortable stopover with good traditional French cuisine, which is becoming increasingly rare.
Hotel well located in the town center. Very friendly and professional waiter manager and housekeepers. Hearty breakfast. Very high quality and... quantity of restaurant menus. I recommend the local specialty Pouteille. Spacious room. Small downside, however. 140 cm bed and no sockets at the bedside. Large screen TV and Wi-Fi. The village of Monpeyroux is worth seeing. Beautiful little market out of season. Fish farm on site. Excellent smoked trout, stopover village near major roads. Very good stay, unfortunately very short. Definitely to extend. In addition, dogs are allowed in the spacious room. Key deposit upon arrival. Very easy reception
