Fantastic location and very helpful team. My room was very comfortable with a nice en suite. My only issue was the plumbing. The shower tray kept overflowing onto the floor because it could not drain. Otherwise, it is a good hotel for the price. I enjoyed my stay.

As for our breakfast, however, it is specified that it is a continental breakfast, so not salted, and in addition, it is delivered the morning itself, just after the design. As for the price, the breakfast costs €10, this is indicated at the reception and on our website.

The Château hotel is located in the center with walking access to the various places of interest. The hotel has only a few parking spaces. The rooms are welcoming and well soundproofed (no noise while the tram lines pass under the windows). The hotel does not offer a catering service. Regarding breakfast, it is a basic breakfast (no buffet) identical for all. At 12 €uros, it is a little expensive.

Strengths: hotel in a central location. Weaknesses: check-in by 10 pm, breakfast not very varied, lack of safe and air conditioning in the room, narrow bathroom with a pipe in sight. Not adequate in terms of quality/price ratio.

Well located, close to attractions and restaurants. Staff, especially Marion, were extremely helpful. Room quite small, but comfortable. Could do with tea/coffee machine in room and better bathroom products

Hello, Only small remark about my stay in room 18. The shower is much too small, unworthy of a hotel in this price category. Likewise there is no soap dispenser in this same shower, how can you explain that?! That being said, I have absolutely nothing else to complain about the quality of your establishment. Sincerely. The hotel is well located, about ten minutes on foot from the train station and five minutes from the old center. Tram and bus pass nearby. The rooms, without being very large for those I have stayed in (in the years 2010-2015 and again since 2023), are convenient and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent (fresh bread, croissant, hot drink, orange juice, etc.) and the staff is still unfailingly courteous and available today. My only recommendation would be that the coffee be served, not in an elegant pitcher, but in a closed coffee pot that keeps it nice and warm.
Very friendly staff and very good location but the bathrooms and rooms deserve to be renovated and/or decorated. Does the job but without improving the quality of the services. Little extra: breakfast, very inexpensive and high quality.
Perfect welcome, Overall very suitable service Only parking is difficult in the city center and the private parking offered by the hotel at 10 euros per night is too expensive! The breakfast is unpretentious but correct.
Access is complicated because of the tram which passes right in front of the hotel, so it is not possible to come to the entrance of the hotel with your vehicle to unload the luggage. Another consequence is the rooms facing on the street are subject to tram noise. Apart from this difficulty, the welcome is pleasant and professional.
I would like to be reimbursed because I left the hotel on Sunday morning at 11 a.m. on 11/12/2023 so I hope that we will do what is necessary. I left the hotel because my wallet was stolen with all my papers, bank card, cash, so I do not could no longer stay I spent one night but not 2 I thank you in advance cordially
