Hello, I stayed there 25 years ago;;;;well renovated and still as welcoming
Picturesque hotel in a unique location, next to a river, and with beautiful mountains and nature around. Access is via a narrow mountain road, but perfectly paved and passable. It has a spa, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna that delight the tired traveler, who does not expect that haven of relaxation in the middle of the mountain. Dinner is not bad (23 €) but as it is a single menu (you can only choose dessert) it may not be to everyone's liking. Large, comfortable and clean room, with beautiful views. The pillows are a little uncomfortable (too thick). The bathroom is also large with a bathtub. Correct and friendly service.

The owners are charming and attentive people. The staff is the same. The restaurant service is fast and the chef adapts very well to requests. What a pity. in the middle of the summer month, we are told that the restaurant only serves a single menu in the evening (take it or leave it). The hotel being very isolated, we had no choice. We were treated to a stew (not really a summer or local dish) accompanied by white rice. Never seen such an accompaniment for a stew. Our room overlooked the passage to the swimming pool. No curtains on the windows. So, either you stay with the shutters closed all day, or the customers see you in your bed.............

We chose this biker relay, from October 6 to 8, for a very pleasant stay in the Basque Country. Very warm welcome from the owners and their team, who listen to customers. Very nice setting, peaceful, rooms with good bedding, half-board dinners, no menu for the evening... If we have the opportunity, we will come back.
Friendly hotel in a pleasant setting. I chose this hotel because it was listed as a "biker lodge"... Unfortunately it is not a biker lodge. there is no covered or enclosed space to park a motorcycle; the bike has to sleep outside in the parking lot... in the humidity, in the rain... Too bad

The hotel is located in a very peaceful, magical place in the heart of the Basque country, and close to Saint Jean Pied de Port and Iraty. The beds are very comfortable and the gastronomy is high quality. We were also able to enjoy the spa, the swimming pool and the beautiful autumn sun.

Single menu by default - very disappointed not to be able to have the menu, we wonder when they offer it, I asked them they didn't know what to tell me - we wonder if it exists because we are not the only ones to make the remark it is disappointing to go to a logis and not be able to eat à la carte especially since it is not specified on the Logis website Scam we bring the customers and as it is very far from everything we are obliged to stay I think the bosses are smart!!!
