Warm welcome. Comfortable room although small. Very cozy atmosphere. Extra breakfast in a beautiful room
Very warm welcome. The room is very pretty and comfortable. Very well located in the city center. Very good value for money
Access to the room by a "spiral" staircase that is as impractical as possible, very narrow and steep (high steps), on two floors, in short! climbing..... Then a "prestige" room with insufficient central heating (warm radiators) with a supplement by a very uncomfortable and noisy electric fan heater. In addition, from the window, an uninteresting view of the back of the houses in the neighborhood. As a result, although we had booked for two nights, we left the next morning.... "paying for both nights" -- There are no small profits.--
Second stay still as pleasant at Fushias. The establishment retains the charm of its history by offering a level of quality that meets current requirements. The garden is magnificent. The breakfast is excellent and the desire to offer excellent local products and short circuits is appreciable. The establishment is also committed to a sustainable development approach to be commended. A small miss for us on a promotional offer but nothing serious. As for St Vaast la Hougue, it is a haven of rest whatever the weather.
Good reception, quality services, room on the 2nd floor but our luggage was brought up. Good breakfast. Above all very well located 300m from the port. I recommend.
A very warm welcome, beautiful house and grounds in a very convenient location, with nearby parking. The rooms were excellent, well appointed with everything you need and beautifully furnished in a sympathetic style to the age of the building. The breakfast used mainly local ingredients and was high quality with a wide range of options.

We had a great stay at the Hotel des Fuchsias. The welcome, the large room, the breakfast, everything was perfect.
The hotel's decor is full of charm, just like its delicate garden. We thank the staff for their warm welcome and especially for the upgrade to a pretty room overlooking the garden. It was a nice surprise for this romantic weekend!

Quality of welcome and quality service
Charming and friendly hotel. Comfy bed and lovely breakfast. No problem parking. However, a couple of slight niggles - I had a room with a bath and it was impossible to keep the shower water IN the bath and not all over the floor. I would much have preferred a proper walk-in shower. Also, my room key was impossible to turn - needs fixing.

This is a lovely hotel well positioned in St Vaast. The economy rooms are very bijou but adequate. The rooms in the annex are much bigger. The breakfast was amazing and the crumble and rice pudding was delicious. The stairs were very steep in the main building
Great welcome and magnificent establishment, decorated with great taste. Stay made in a professional context, the wifi was limited, it is the only negative point.
Very good stay
We had heard about this hotel and were interested to find out more. However, the ‘comfortable’ bedroom was pokey with nowhere to sit comfortably. Having said that, the shower worked well and the water was hot; the bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to take advantage of the garden by sitting in it with a drink but we were told the bar was not available as a massage was taking place. Breakfast was ok except for the fresh fruit which had all been turned over ripe by the black bananas.

A lively, authentic French experience in a lovely setting and amazing garden.
Great location. Although our 3 rooms were dated they were clean with comfortable beds. The shower rooms were very small but adequate with good water pressure and almost instant hot water. The conservatory room is very pleasant and the garden is a lovely bonus. The continental breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and somr nice touches with the local honey and juice. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We had three rooms and each of us said we would love to return.
The hotel was fine. Our bathroom had quite a bit of mold along the wall under the sink and we needed to keep the bathroom door closed because of the very strong mold smell. I did address this our first morning but unfortunately nothing was done to rectify this problem. At our departure, I mentioned it again so that future guests will not inhale mold spores. It a shame that this could not be cleaned when we mentioned it.

We spent 2 very pleasant days. The staff takes great care. We had the pleasure of chatting with the gardener and the entire team is really welcoming, smiling, and very kind. We felt a bit like home. The garden is splendid with these little relaxation areas.
A pretty large bedroom with a large, very pleasant, bright, quiet bathroom. Excellent bedding. An absolutely magnificent garden worthy of a botanical garden. The welcome is efficient and smiling. We came by chance, we will come back for pleasure.

disappointed that the evening stages was canceled due to the anniversary event of the landing on Monday only one restaurant is open therefore impossible to eat in the morning at breakfast at 7:30 a.m. scheduled time no place for buffet lunch practically empty not a cup for having a coffee was not my week

Love this hotel, this was the third time we stayed here and it did not disappoint. The staff are very attentive without getting in the way, great quality throughout but retaining a real feel for the history of the building and the town. Always welcoming and friendly, Valentine was very helpful. The rooms are beautiful, very clean and warm. Finally breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food and drinks, the freshly made pancakes were a lovely surprise.
2nd stay in this hotel, as friendly as ever, great welcome, in the heart of St Vaast, near the fishing port. Great breakfast. Beautiful coastal hikes in the surrounding area, all while tasting the good oysters of St Vaast, in short a little moment of happiness.

Magnificent exterior, too bad the hotel is a little in its original state, in need of refreshment. When we arrived there was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom, which was still present two days later. We found a pair of glasses under the bed! . Otherwise the bedding is quality and we had a good welcome.

The hotel with its wonderful garden was really great in every respect. Humanely warm, authentic and loving. Every morning we looked forward to breakfast with homemade jam, honey and cake. The beautiful natural and well-kept garden invited you to linger. We had several rooms which were very well maintained and invite you to linger. All in all it was a wonderful stay in a great setting. We will be back definitely.

Very comfortable room with 2 beds of 140 for 2 people .... Old-fashioned bathroom (no shower, only a bathtub, the hose is too short to wash standing up).. cleanliness not great (toilet and carpet) ... breakfast a little tight for 16€ (more pain au chocolat, no scrambled eggs) The value for money not at all up to par for 230€ per night.....
This is a delightful hotel conveniently situated near the harbour with restaurants and bars. The rooms have been renovated to a high standard although some are quite small but quite adequate for a short stay. It does not have a lift. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was adequate but supplemented daily with interesting and tasty pancakes delivered by the charming waiter. Parking is available but not at the hotel itself being about 250 metres away - okay if you have no mobility issues and it's not raining. The other rather weird aspect is that the hotel closes up at 8pm (access by coded lock) with internal doors locked and no-one is on duty there. This makes contact with guests staying in the annex rather difficult.

For the 2nd year we have stayed at this hotel. Everything is charming, the reception, the garden, the breakfast and the room. An exceptional moment outside of time. We loved it

This is our 3rd visit over several years., Sadly the kitchen was closed of which we had been warned in advance. The bistro suggested served an unsatisfactory menu of very poor overcooked moules and very cold frites.. we complained!
