Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille les 29 et 30 mars 2025 à la Demeure de la Vignole. Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique, chargé de charme et de calme. Un grand merci au patron pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son grand sens du service. Il a été à l’écoute tout au long de notre séjour, avec une vraie attention portée au confort de chacun, y compris de nos enfants. Toute l’équipe a été adorable, professionnelle et attentionnée. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement, et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Endroit toujours magique dans lequel nous veenons tous les ans. Un petit rafraîchissement s’impose cependant.

A Logis hotel to discover, with a great location for exploring the region. A warm welcome, we stayed in the typical troglodyte apartment; the spaces, bathrooms, and bedding are superb. The underfloor heating was really pleasant. We were able to enjoy the pool, which is really nice under this cave. The small drawbacks: the main door doesn't lock, there's no TV in the master bedroom, no Wi-Fi access, a few degrees warmer at the pool would be appreciated, and a few additional options at breakfast (cake, spread, cereal, cold milk, scrambled eggs, for example). However, the establishment is worth discovering.

A well-known hotel that disappointed us a little upon arrival. Some electrical and toilet issues in the room. A pool that wasn't as attractive as the photos. The big positive is the staff's welcome and kindness. After talking with the newly arrived manager, we were reassured about the few negative comments we had and discovered the future improvements planned, which will only enhance the quality of this hotel.

Very pleasant welcome, dynamic and smiling team. Everything is well thought out to be able to enjoy the troglodyte pool (bathrobe, slippers). The massage service is high quality, adjusted according to needs. Delicious and generous breakfast: choice and quality at the rendezvous! Calm, good humor and comfort in an atypical setting: a moment out of time that I needed!

Nous avons logé dans cet hôtel durant 4 nuits, avec mon fils de cinq ans.
Nous avions réservé l’appartement troglodytique, à propos duquel voici quelques informations utiles.
L’appartement est bien plus spacieux et mieux équipé que sur les photos du site.
Il dispose deux chambres et est idéal pour un couple avec deux enfants. Il y a un lit d’appoint supplémentaire mais rudimentaire pour une cinquième personne.
L’appartement est vraiment bien équipé, avec une salle de bain et une salle de douche, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge.
La cuisine dispose d’un vrai four et d’un lave-vaisselle.
Gardez en tête que l’accès arrière donne sur la piscine et que cela peut générer du bruit audible depuis l’appartement, surtout en été.
Il y a également un accès avant.
Le chauffage par le sol est impeccable et il n’y a aucune humidité à l’intérieur même en hiver (début mars).
Les lieux sont vraiment originaux et plein de charme.
Si vous y résidez, je vous conseille de visiter le château de Brézé qui dispose de sous-terrains troglodytiques jamais vus ailleurs.
Guillaume, le nouveau propriétaire, est de très bon conseil et apporte beaucoup de soin à proposer un petit-déjeuner local et gourmand.
L’accès au parking peut être étroit si vous disposez d’un grand SUV type Q8 ou autre.
Renseignez-vous.
Et bien entendu, la piscine est très sympa. Un peu fraîche en hiver dû à la température extérieure mais chauffée entre 27-29 degrés. On s’y baigne avec plaisir.
L'appartement ne dispose pas de connexion internet Wi-Fi et le signal 4G ne passe qu'à proximité de la porte d'entrée (faible).

A brand new Team. Very welcoming, cheerful, available, attentive to making the stay pleasant. The setting is original and very beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and those in troglodytes particularly attractive. This Residence is well suited to family reunions. Varied breakfast with good local products. Original and "tasty" concept for other meals: dishes cooked in jars by a regional craftsman.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel very much and will recommend it to my friends and colleagues. The grotto pool is wonderful. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was just a lovely setting with panoramic views from the terrace. It’s is set in a peaceful and beautiful place especially for those who are visiting the area.

Guillaume is adorable, smiling, warm and helpful, our room was incredibly beautiful, with a view of both the troglodyte pool and the outside via its charming terrace. It's not our first, but it's even better than before and the ambition of future improvements has already made us want to come back, but can we do even better? Little wifi, don't change anything, we are finally disconnected in all respects. We love in addition to the setting, the highlighting of local products.

Cozy atmosphere. Very nice little bath in the heated pool. The only downside is that the winter period requires you to eat outside the village of TURQUANT. But that's just a detail. The troglodyte room is carefully decorated and gives a warm side to the whole.

We were satisfied with our stay, we were very well received. Just two small points to improve as far as we are concerned: We were missing a coat rack in the bathroom to hang our bathrobes and having had our breakfast at 10 am, the choice was more limited and there were almost no pastries left. A family stay out of season but very appreciated! We rented the apartment, it is located opposite the troglodyte swimming pool (unique in France) swimming every evening in water at 29 degrees. Impeccable cleanliness of the apartment and despite the cold outside we were in a real little cocoon. In addition we had a nice meeting with Guillaume, the new manager who takes great care of his customers and is very interesting. He is full of ingenuity to make this unique place even more valuable. Don't hesitate to go there!

This is our 2nd stay at the Demeure de la Vignole. We love it. Clean, very welcoming. Hoping that the future owners will be the same. A pleasant place with a very affordable price. We love the decor, the half bottles of water per person and the half bottle of red wine per room. There are bathrobes and slippers available and a tronglodyte swimming pool currently heated to 28/29 °. Quiet establishment where you can come as a couple, family or friends. The breakfasts are complete and excellent. You can have an aperitif inside or outside. It's great. Very clean rooms. Thank you for the welcome and very good luck. We will come back for sure.

The owners are friendly, the place is superb, don't forget to take a few lengths in the swimming pool, also in the troglodytes, hearty breakfast with local products.

We rented 2 different rooms, the 5-person troglodyte room, superb, nothing to complain about. The Ocean room was very nice except in the bathroom. The radiator and door handle were changed and we found 2 bedbugs and 2 caterpillars before going to bed. Otherwise, very good bedding.

Gift from our daughter for our respective birthdays. We were very well received in this unusual and quiet place. Spacious troglodyte room n°10 where we spent a peaceful night in a very large bed. It is really enjoyable to enjoy an extra breakfast mainly favoring organic, homemade products, from local producers, sweet/savory. Congratulations! The troglodyte swimming pool makes you live a wonderful experience. Small heating problem but that did not prevent us from doing several lengths (temperature 22 instead of 27 so it works without problem !!!). Finally, a nice attention awaited us in the room as a welcome. Thank you again for the recommendation of the restaurant l'Hélianthe in Turquant (exceptional!)

We stayed in the family cave suite. It was nice and clean. There was no shower however, just a bathtub with a sprayer. We sprayed water everywhere! The manager was nice and a 1/2 bottle of wine was waiting for us in the room. We didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool. The driveway was very narrow so no big cars! Breakfast was good. The wifi wasn't good in the rooms but it was a cave so it's expected. The twin beds in one of the rooms were horrible! Spring loaded mattresses. The other bed was very hard

Booked on the strength of the shot of the pool in the caves, but so much more to it than that, several of the rooms are half-built in caves, and gives a very unusual setting. Very warm welcome, dinner was arranged at the nearby Bistro, and there was a bottle of wine in the room as a welcome.

Original character of the whole, beautiful location. Friendly and present owner, original swimming pool but better to avoid peak hours! The suite with its old-fashioned and comfortable side is very nice, an upgrade of the bathroom would be desirable. Breakfast is an absolute must, the care taken with local or even homemade products is a must. Unfortunately wifi connection impossible in our room. We will return with pleasure.

we had a big weekend with the family for a birthday. There were 9 of us and we were superbly received. The best part of this hotel is still the welcome, the host is always present and there to help ensure a good stay. And of course the hotel itself is exceptional, the rooms spacious, the breakfast top notch. Strong recommendation for epicureans.

We had a very delightful stay: uncomplicated arrival and formalities, big room with tasteful and individual interior, comfortable big bed, everything was clean and neat, not brand new but well maintained. The amazing troglodyte pool, the excellent welcome bottle of wine and the outstanding breakfast with fresh, plenty and local products are a must (don't miss it). We booked a night's stay at Logis Hôtel Demeure de la Vignole as a treat after two weeks camping around France. We were overwhelmed by the beauty and unique character of the etablishment. We booked the apartment so we would have plenty of space to relax and it was a truly magical experience to sleep in an authentic troglodyte dwelling. A definite highlight was the cave swimming pool, directly across from our room.

However the shower is lacking, the bathtub is not what we appreciate the most. Apart from this detail, we have nothing to complain about. The terrace is a big plus for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening or a breakfast in the early morning. We recommend this place, the village and the surrounding area.

We spent 2 nights as a couple in a troglodyte room. It was simply exceptional. As for the swimming pool, it's the first time we've seen such an atypical one, with water heated to 28°. The owner of the place took great care. We had the chance to have a delicious breakfast in the shade of the olive tree. It is with pleasure that we will come back and perhaps spend a night or two there. Ps: just remember to water your aloe vera every 15 days. Lol

It was a wonderful experience. Our host was warm and friendly and very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the building is so interesting with a scenic view. Our room (one of the cave rooms) was so cosy and comfortable. The bed was amazing. We really enjoyed the option to swim in the pool at any time and loved how the pool was situated right outside our bedroom. So accessible and altogether unique.
Next morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the patio and felt very sad to leave this unforgettable hotel.

Quiet, comfortable and carefully decorated, this suite is ideal for recharging your batteries after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is a treat with homemade and local products. The hotel is faithful to what one expects of a troglodyte establishment and an in-ground swimming pool... this one is impressive and very pleasant. The room was very large, with a small private terrace adjoining. The welcome with a small bottle of local wine is particularly appreciable. The establishment as a whole is extremely pleasant. The host is like his establishment: very welcoming, very helpful, taking great care of his customers, caring about how the nights went, the meals in the local restaurants, which he recommends to elsewhere perfectly good...! Just a slight downside for me but which will not prevent us from coming back with great pleasure: the breakfast lacks fresh fruit and non-sweet products (cereals in particular...) Otherwise, it is complete and well stocked with products mainly local. The pastries come from a local bakery... moreover, if there are any left, the host offers them for "snack time" for little ones but also for older ones! Thank you for this great time...

The strong musty smell linked to the troglodyte habitat of the Marguerite d'Anjou suite should be noted. There are perhaps ways to mask it a little (essential oils, incense, etc.) It is annoying and overwhelming at first. Then you get used to it and end up not feeling it anymore. the swimming pool is quite beautiful and deserves a few degrees warmer and more careful surroundings. Water treatment may be a little too dosed in chore

The welcome was pleasant. Our host welcomed us kindly; he showed us the places, explained how to access the swimming pool. Bathrobes and slippers were waiting for us in our room without any extras. As well as a bottle of Champigny wine from a neighboring winegrower was offered to us. Nice attention. He recommended a restaurant in the village of Turquant, which was excellent by the way.
