Well couple of thoughts: - you had to pay extra for a room on the back despite there is a loud fair in front of the hotel - the water temperature is super unpredictable and it switches from warm to cold - why so smelly in our room and small rooms are super low quality Location was good and near shops and restaurants

Very quiet room. Free upgrade from economy to standard. Unfortunately no power socket in the bathroom and only two in the room by the entrance door. Air conditioning could not be controlled and was set to heating, but was not needed. Lockable parking space. Very centrally located.

Easy to access hotel and free parking right in front. Very pleasant and smiling staff. No soundproofing in the room. Average bedding and no shutters in the room. Very small shower and not easy to access. Breakfast to avoid, if the homemade orange juice is excellent, the bread and pastries were not fresh. The restaurant right next door offers a cheaper and better breakfast.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel de la Cloche.

I had a great stay Hotel de La Cloche for 2 nights with 2 friends in a triple room. The room was at the top floor with quite a few stairs but the receptionist helped with our luggage and the room was nice and spacious. The staff was excellent the whole way through - gave us good recommendations for restaurants and helped us to cool down our wine, so we could get a night cap. The hotel is also in the perfect location right outside the old town and with could parking facilities.

Third year at this hotel and will return next year. Lovely hotel conveniently located in the town. Very clean, comfortable with super friendly and helpful staff. Love this hotel.

A bit old-fashioned but charming hotel, near to downtown, private and safe parking, street is quite noisy, even at night.

Great location, great parking for €7 , right in town close to all shops etc.

We arrived on September 8th - a Sunday. As the hotel has no restaurant, we asked for a recommendation. This was useless, however, as the mentioned establishments are closed on Sundays. Of course, we ended up in a less good restaurant. We were actually on our way to Albi. In anticipation of excellent cuisine in France, we had chosen Beaune as a stopover. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired compared to other establishments in the same price category. No fresh baguette, no pastries... Simply a shame. The hope for good cuisine

Wonderful old hotel but no elevator. The room was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and the staff is super friendly and competent.
I would only say that the breakfast at 15 euros was overpriced. And that if you have mobility issues getting in and out of the bathtub could be a challenge. Plus not much water coming out of the faucet.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its old world charm, its location, the spacious room, and the excellent staff.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It would be nice if the room had a refrigerator. Overall it is rather old-fashioned but clean.

The owners were very friendly and helpful and helped me with a telephone call in French to my next hotel. The dinner at the hotel was delicious. It was very well located, a very short walk from the train station and just steps away from everything else. Beautiful hotel.

A good Hotel in a historic building. Worth a visit

Excellent hotel ideally situated with a gentle 5 minute walk into the centre of Beaune. Room large, quiet, clean and very comfortable with a terrace which enjoyed the sun in the afternoon. Staff very friendly. Secure car parking a bonus.

Clean hotel with all the necessary amenities, efficient and sufficient infrastructure despite the lack of an elevator. The 70s-80s decor gives the hotel all its charm. The room is spacious with very pleasant bedding, the bathroom and toilet have been renovated, it is spacious and pleasant. This hotel is right in the center of Beaune and is probably one of the best value for money in the city center.

Welcome was average but we could tell the lady couldn't really be bothered with us. The rooms are frightful. There was a dirty toilet, one tiny bar of soap (but not in my Son's room), paper cups, no water, no kettle and when we politely asked if we could get a coffee in the morning the overnight porter was very rude. Most of the cars in there were british and I guess also with an early start before breakfast. When I asked why they don't put kettles in the room he bit my head off. So rude! The rooms are dreary with nothing in them apart from a bed and a light socket and the bathroom is very poorly furnished. The only two positives are that the bed was comfortable and the parking is good, hence giving a good for Hotel accessibility. We won't be staying there and this hotel could learn a thing or two from others in Beaune. You have the bones of a good hotel with it's positioning and if you jacked the rooms up and employed some staff that are pleased to see you then you would have a winner!

Ideally located in the heart of Beaune!

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We had a room that opened out onto the garden with a little terrace, which was lovely and it was quiet. The room was very clean and quite big. The hotel was conveniently situated and only a short walk into town..

No but what a horror this hotel we were in a maid's room with a horrible skylight be careful when you get up otherwise your head hits the beams. Bathtub what a horror. The furniture you would think you were at your great grandmother's house. Dark lighting. The breakfast at 15 € horrible. And what's more they make us pay for the parking 7 €. So we paid 139 € for the room but be careful the tourist tax is not included and neither is the parking. You are told 7 € on the day of your departure. Same for the tourist tax. Which means that you end up paying 150 € for your room.

Well located hotel in the city center with private parking

Het was een prachtige locatie, waar we met veel plezier hebben gezeten. Vanuit Beaune naar Pommard en andere dorpen gefietst. Het was een mooi hotel met prima voorzieningen. Bij de bar kan je een flesje wijn halen. Bites e.d. moet je wel even zelf meenemen. Maar een heerlijke uitvalbasis om de omgeving van Beaune te verkennen en zeer vriendelijk personeel! Het ontbijt had wat mij betreft iets beter gekund. Best een forse prijs wordt hiervoor gevraagd, alleen de kwaliteit van de afbakbroodjes was niet extreem goed (enorm hard). Maar dat is wat mij betreft het enige 'minpuntje'.

Last time we had a nice room, not the best in the hotel, but nice. This time we were under the roof, two very long stairs to go up with all the luggage. To be honest, I was disappointed.

Very good only the bathtub It would need an Italian shower Breakfast (small bread a little hard prefer bread to cut with several choices) And Bonne Maman jam too bad (Cion jam more enjoyable and lacks a little seasonal fruit (August)

The hotel location was excellent for quickly walking into and around the old town. The room was large and mattress and pillow very comfortable, and the air conditioning was very effective. There is a very pretty garden at the back of the hotel - owned by the hotel - that was a lovely place to sit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We spent three nights in this town centre hotel. Our room was comfortable and set in an attractive garden in which we had our own dedicated table and chairs. We were made to feel welcome and enjoyed talking with the hotel staff in both French and English. Breakfast was adequate and served with jovial warmth. Their location is pretty central to the town without being noisy. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to any travellers going through Beaune.

The hotel was very good and truly excellent in our view! The biilding itself is charming and the location is perfect - between the train station and the old town. Breakfast was more than adequate. However, it is the attentive, friendly and helpful service which makes this hotel exceptional. If all the Logis hotels have this kind of service from locals who are proud of their town, then Logis will be our first choice for hotels!

This is our second visit to your hotel. We both enjoy our stay there - a short walk from the city centre of Beaune. We are always content with our hotel and room when whe choose You.

Nothing to say about the welcome and the service, the rooms deserve a little refreshment (70s..!) and the breakfast at 15 euros is not great

The hotel itself is a bit old. No elevator and quite steep stairs to the upper rooms. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was OK. The staff was very friendly.

Needed tea and coffee and water in the room though as we were thirsty after a long journey.

The hotel is good and clean, with nice and helpful staff. Favorable location and private parking. Lots of pluses.
However, breakfast looks the same every day. No choice. There are no baguettes (?!), only small buns with a very hard crust.
There is also a problem with departure formalities. It takes a lot of time and I got a lot of papers. Even though I paid for the entire stay together, I could not receive one invoice. Separate for each room...

Very nice room, spacious and well equipped. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, all you have to do is leave your car in the car park and then everything can be done on foot. Good breakfast directly served at the table.

Excellent location. Easy to access town centre and railway station and motorway.
Room in garden was fantastic and very quiet. Staff helpful and friendly. Parking across street free and safe. Ample room in car park of hotel.
Only issue was the air conditioning unit had no instruction or obvious control. We didn’t need until last night.
I would highly recommend and plan to return.

I booked a good spacious room and this was confirmed by the hotel. However when I got to the there, we got what they call a standard room. This room was of the lowest standard I have ever seen, and I have trawelled a lot. However the staff was very nice.

A lovely characterful old hotel beautifully situated in the centre of Beaune and, whilst it doesn't have a restaurant, there are so many fantastic places to eat in the town that this is understandable and, in fact, a positive. The staff were friendly and recommended number of restaurants in the same street!

Very warm welcome and pleasant stay in this ideally located hotel. 3rd stay and certainly not the last.

This was a great hotel. Friendly staff, very nice room, easy parking, great breakfast, quiet garden area room. The cherry on the cake is the location, about a five minute walk to all the main Beaune tourist attractions, all with zero parking hassles. A five star, we rebooked the same hotel for our next trip to Burgundy in July. Only criticism is that the mattress was not to my taste, but mattresses are a subjective type of thing so someone also may thing it's perfect for them.

Comfortable hotel in a historic building. Parking behind the hotel is a bonus. Friendly and good service. The center of Beaune can be reached on foot and is a relatively short distance away.

Our bedroom was two floors up steep steps - no lift
An attic bedroom where it was easy to knock your head on the beams. We stayed in February and there was no heating on so the room didn’t warm up. Not really sufficient bed clothes either.

Second stay at Hotel del La Cloche and I hope to be back next year. Lovely, friendly staff who always make you feel welcome and deliver a personal touch. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent value. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the heart of Beaune (which is a beautiful town) and indeed less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. One of my favourite hotels.

Beautiful location for visiting Beaune, the city center of which is easily accessible on foot. Surrounded by restaurants and essential shops. Good point for secure parking in the hotel. Spacious and clean room. But few facilities available (no kettle/coffee machine), outdated hair dryer... decent classic breakfast, nothing more, which is not worth the price in my opinion. It is true that the town of Beaune is not the cheapest there is but I remain disappointed with the services of the hotel which remains dated for the price asked.

Breakfast much too expensive for the quality and choice provided. Very minimalist in the accompaniments.

The only positive about the hotel is the location and on site parking. No lifts either. The room itself was tiny, cramped and old.

Comodo the internal parking (a payment) and the possibility of lasciare the car also dopo it check out. A little while he listens to respond to the camera, my ben indicates the frequency. Hotel in the center with very convenient parking. Bakery and brasseries just a stone's throw away. Impeccable welcome, impeccable room, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.

The room with terrace that we booked was excellent. The breakfast was extremely marginal. The breakfast room is very old-fashioned.

Ik vind het ontbijt wel heel duur, vooral omdat we 2 kids hebben en die echt niet voor 14 euro eten. In de straat twee bakkertjes, super optie.
Verder echt perfect, goede locatie, nette kamers. Familiekamer super leuk.

Very comfortable hotel in excellent location in downtown Beaune. Walking distance to all attractions. Large room (we had the family room for three people). Easily accessible parking in back for small daily fee. Just be aware there is no elevator at property.

A great stay in a beautiful hidden spot in central Beaune. A lovely and very comfortable room, a beautiful garden for relaxing and wonderful service from all the staff without exception. Highly recommended for short or long visits to one of our favorite towns in Burgundy. Thankyou! we will be back!

Very convenient hotel - easy to get to from the A6 and a short walk from the centre of town. The room was huge and comfortable. It's our favourite hotel in Beaune, which is a lovely place to visit.

Small rooms with windows that cannot be opened. The hotel needs renovation

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Room was cleaned daily with new towels and blankets. And a nice shed to store the bicycles. A harden with trees and some seats. But unfortunately no toys for children but all the rest was great. Very close to city center.

Excellent welcome from professional staff , room was well appointed and exceptionally well presented. Shower was excellent , however the bath is not ideal for those in advanced years and fuller figure with mobility issues . Hand supports would be an advantage . As ever the breakfast was superb and excellent value for money . Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for the warmth of the welcome, the professional staff and ideal central location . On site parking is a great advantage.

An older hotel, looks somewhat dated in its furnishings but comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable, only one choice of cereal, coffee very strong, nice pastries, fruit apples in the fruit basket weren’t that fresh.

We stayed 5 days in the backyard rooms, which are very quit and have an airco. Breakfast in the hotel is a typical french one and it has all you wish for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a 3 min. walk to Beaune centre. Supermarket 24/7h & Boulangerie is just a minute walk. If I have to recommend something a little fridge in the room would be beneficial on the other hand the hotel helped us out.

Very good hotel, close to all Beaune amenities. Lovely big room and bathroom. Only problems
1 bathroom should have small shelf in shower for soap, shampoo etc , a shelf in outer area for toiletries and a stool or chair would be helpful.
2 no way of controlling air conditioning other than getting desk clerk to come to change temperature
3 breakfast - very small helping of cornflakes.

We have been coming to the hotel for many years, the location is good, the rooms at the back are very quiet and the parking lot, which is locked at night, is a great advantage. You are in the middle of the city in just a few steps. The breakfast is sufficient. We would love to come back, at least for an overnight stay.

The room was hot and they could not change it to blow cold air. We had to keep the window open but then lots of street noise from cars and people much of the night.

There was a pungent chemical smell in the room. This could not be eliminated by airing and it was very present even during airing. If the stay had been subject to a product test, the product would have failed, regardless of all evaluation criteria, just because of this stench (pollution?).

No lift to second floor room. No amenities and not value for money. However, the staff was good and very helpful. They even arranged for our suitcases to be taken to our room. The staff never shied away from any request we made and I can say that at the end of stay, I was not as disappointed as I was when I checked in. However my valuation of room etc is as correct as I have written.

Hotel well located, close to the city center and also good restaurants nearby. Our room was a bit cramped for the asking price and no hospitality tray. Only downside breakfast, a bit expensive for the selection offered. Also not possible to ask for more ham or other it is rationed per person. For a price of 17€ it is a bit expensive. Fortunately the products are good.

Very clean hotel but avoid breakfast because it is not an all-you-can-eat buffet and when I asked if I could have an additional basket of bread and pastries at an additional cost, I was told: " we just have the number “scandalous for a 3 star hotel I had to go to the baker to satisfy my hunger. We rented for 1 night ; the matras in the bed was the wordt ever the shower is dangereus because Thérèse is no anti slip floor or carpet in the bath espessialy onder people can get hurt
