Incredibly kind and welcoming staff, great location, great accommodation. Breakfast could have more options.
Room was tiny, no bedside tables, paper cups for hot tea, 3 tea bags no breakfast tea, air con uncontrollable, one socket in whole room, very very poor for a logi, and we've stayed at many over the years.
We were given a very friendly welcome. Best selection at breakfast, quiet rooms
Hotel in the city center, peaceful and pleasant, easy to access. Nice room
Three points unpleasantly surprised us in this accommodation: 1) arrival in the hall, a very strong smell of extremely unpleasant cooking. 2) the light of the entrance of the room which turns on automatically even when in the night you get up to go to the bathroom, totally incongruous. 3) the breakfast at 12 € composed of defrosted pastries and tasteless jams, while a bakery is right in front of the hotel!!!

Hotel ideally located with parking which is not neutral in the city center. The owners are exceptional in their professionalism and hospitality.
This is a nice, friendly, very well located hotel, with good parking (book ahead). Not ostensively posh, but smart, and very quiet so a good night's sleep awaits. Breakfast stars great bread with home made jams (6) and farmhouse butter, plus the usual yoghurts, cheese etc. You can even boil your own egg. Our second stay - we will be back.
There was only one set of towels in the bathroom. As we noticed this while reception was still open, it was quickly remedied. As we were planning to have dinner in the attached Logis restaurant "Ecume" anyway, we booked the overnight stay with half board. We were not disappointed. The menu was excellent. All in all, good value for money. We can recommend the hotel and restaurant and would stay there again at any time.
Very friendly and well located family hotel.
The room was ridiculously small, as was the bed. There was barely any soap for showering (same thing for toilet paper)… difficult to find someone at reception (but when we found the staff was rather pleasant) The real downside is the relationship quality/price The only really positive point is the location

As a family run Hôtel the staff/owners took every opportunity to make us welcome and be helpful. They recommended somewhere wonderful to eat one night, and allowed us to join a booked-in party the second night and eat with them.
Our room wasn’t huge, but was comfortable and clean, well provided with a very posh shower!
Breakfast was plentiful and very varied, everything you could want to set you up for the day.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Chartres, you won’t be disappointed

The proprietor was very helpful and efficient - she took the time to help us find a restaurant to suit us, even though she was extremely busy. She coped very well with multiple languages, and lots of queries.
Convenient position with good parking. We were pleasantly greeted when parking and checking in. The bedroom / En suite was very clean with comfy bed. We finished our stay with a perfectly adequate breakfast.

Very well located close to the city center. The small parking lot is very convenient.
The hotel room had a window overlooking the inner courtyard, half taken up by a spiral staircase. A strong light was on there all night. We had to draw the curtain so we wouldn't be staring at the spiral staircase all the time. The window lever was broken and completely removable. It was only with a little skill that the window could be opened. The breakfast was extremely poor and did not contain any salty products like cold cuts or ham. No eggs. Very simple in the choice of products!
Close to the city center and the train station and quiet. Very welcoming and very friendly staff.

Location was Excellent and was able to walk in Town and see the Fantastic Light Show. Good Value for Money

very well located and quiet hotel. Good welcome. We had a large room for three and with very good bedding for us. The bathroom was okay but there was a lack of space to put all our products. Breakfast was to our liking with friendly service. We have a reservation about the decoration which looks a bit Ehpad (But it's a matter of taste)

Hotel easily accessible, very quiet and very well located in relation to the city and historic center. Fortunately, the hotel has a car park, which is difficult and paying in the area. Small flat independent of the hotel: grouping near young people not very correct generating a feeling of insecurity.
