Very very good contact with the owners of the place
Location on the banks of the Dordogne, the welcome of the staff, their kindness, very comfortable rooms, and very quiet! The chef offers excellent products and prepares with research! Everything is excellent!

A bucolic hotel on the banks of the Dordogne, very close to Trémolat (panorama) and Monpazier (old country house). Ideal for a quiet stopover or a tourist stay in the Dordogne valley.
Very warm, friendly welcome, in this very beautiful hotel, on the banks of the Dordogne. Nice room, clean and big. Small table for working, with rest area, well equipped. Clean and functional bathroom. Good speed WiFi, which allows you to work. Restaurant of very good quality, both in terms of dishes and service (even in the evening).
Charming hotel, good in every way, nothing to complain about. In addition, dogs are very well received.

Warm welcome, quality catering, hearty breakfast, very pleasant room with Dordogne view, hotel to recommend. Areas of possible improvement: fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice in the morning.
I would only comment on the small menu, only three choices, not to every ones taste and it was the same for all 3 nights. Otherwise we recommend.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and we really liked it. Beautiful terrace in front of the room, quiet and pleasant place. Aurélie is attentive, friendly and dynamic. Everything is done to make your stay pleasant; we really feel like we're on vacation :) The restaurant is also very good, there are menus (this is not the case everywhere!) and a beautiful menu. Everything is homemade! If we have to make a downside I would say that one or 2 salads are missing from the menu (for those with a smaller appetite) and a steak and fries (for those who are more classic). The bathroom (although spacious and well equipped) could do with a little updating with a walk-in shower instead of the bathtub in which it is complicated to shower. Go there without hesitation if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and charming place!

The hotel is very nice, comfortable. The cooking prepared by the owner is excellent. We were half board, had dinner in the evening in the hotel restaurant: we were not disappointed once. The couple who run this hotel are very friendly, available and attentive.
This is a very comfortable family-run hotel on the banks of the river Dordogne surrounded by wonderful countryside and very pretty villages. The only drawback was that I hadn’t been informed that there is no checkin until 18.00 and I arrived at 15.00. However, I spent a very pleasant 3 hours exploring the villages and admiring the impressive scenery.

Nice hotel but it's unpleasant to have to ask for a coffee or a piece of bread. Especially since the price of this breakfast is in the upper range of the prices charged.

We were very warmly welcomed by Aurélie. It is a very tastefully decorated hotel, located directly on the Dordogne. The aperitif, dinner and the beautifully presented, tasty breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace or in the slightly lower garden when the weather is nice. With beautiful views of the Dordogne river. When the weather is less nice, the rooms inside are also very attractive. Beautiful menus are served, prepared by Jerôme with love for the profession. The room and bathroom we had were very clean and very tastefully decorated. We would love to come back!

Totally seduced by the location of this hotel on the banks of the Dordogne! The owners are charming. and endorsements. The restaurant is worth a visit! Perhaps a little "refresh" of the decoration of our room even if everything is a matter of taste; the bedding is very comfortable anyway and that's the main thing. and the room is very clean. We had a small terrace with a view and we appreciated being able to access our room at our convenience.

I rated our stay at this hotel as DISAPPOINTING to draw your attention to a problem you (Logis) are causing, our day started at 02.00hrs to catch an early morning flight, we arrived at the hotel at 14.30hrs ready to relax after a long day, to find it all locked up, approx. an hour later a french man turned up also booked in at the same hotel and made two telephone calls to the owners and explained to us that they are not open to receive guests untill after 18.00hrs.
These rules have been explained to Logis group many times by the owners, but you fail to pass on this information at the time of booking, the information you clearly print on the booking form is and I quote "For any arrivals after 18:00, it is recommended to call the hotel directly" therefore turning up at 14:30hrs should not be a problem but it was, the same happened the following day, around mid afternoon unable to gain access to the hotel.
Please put this right as it is not fair to the owners of the hotel nor to your customers.
