On arrival, the floor was very dirty and sticky, and there was no freezer or clothes dryer.

Large room very well appointed, comfortable with a magnificent view! The staff was very friendly! Between the hiking trails, the waterfall and the village visits, there is a lot to do. The restaurants are of very good quality! There is also a swimming pool and Spa so everything to relax in peace!

Dream place for a quiet stay surrounded by nature, located in a pretty little village with walks nearby. Practical, there is the tourist office in the village. Well-stocked breakfast in a pretty basket. Everything is homemade or comes from the area. The same goes for meals at Marie's or at the inn where we enjoyed ourselves. We had a wonderful stay that makes you want to come back.

Very professional but also friendly welcome, we found our room to look like a pleasant suite. The tasteful decoration, the quality services (linen, bedding, copious and local breakfast) were there. The dinner served at the Auberge des Montagne was perfect in a typical and warm setting.

Very pleasant night with a very warm welcome

Welcome and warm, family atmosphere. The setting is relaxing. Everything is there to let go and relax. Dinner, served in the apartment on Saturday evening, consisted of fresh, local products. Same for breakfast. The decoration is neat. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need, and even more. On our arrival, we were able to take advantage of the spa which is located near the accommodation. The next day we discovered the village through a short hike.

The room was big and with a fantastic view. The food was excellent and tasty. The dinner was very good homestyle cooking. The breakfast basket and lunch pack were plentiful and delicious. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. We would have loved to have stayed longer as the region is beautiful and the hotel ideally situated for hiking. We'll definitely recommend and hope to be back soon.

The only downside is access to the spa. The spa is very good. Too bad we weren't able to go there in the morning before our departure, the cleaning employee was there and told us to come back from 10:30 a.m. (too late for us😒). We were surprised when paying that access to the spa was extra, during our 2 previous stays, this was not the case. 😯 Otherwise our stay was like the previous ones very very good, very good welcome, very good cuisine,........ Thanks to the whole team

magnificent setting, everything is perfect, we slept one night at the hotel and two nights at the Buron de Bâne, a complete change of scenery in the heart of nature. Well done to all this courageous family who bring this beautiful Cantal village to life.

I came to spend 3 days alone to recharge my batteries and I can't wait to come back with my partner. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, the place has a crazy charm surrounded by nature with its small lake. I had dinner twice at “Chez Marie” and once at the inn with half board. The meals were excellent and very plentiful (I forgot what it was like to be hungry during those three days.) The Spa area is very pleasant. Thank you for this wonderful moment.

Very nice establishment. Good bedding. Our daughter's room is a bit small but it suits her very well. Calm a beautiful place and the owners are really very attentive to the well being of customers.

If not for this clumsy message because bellicose and identifying surfactants as "enemies" of the volcano park while it lives thanks to tourism which necessarily involves additional hygiene activity, everything was perfect.
