The hotel is open from 4:30 p.m., which is not very convenient. The room is ok, the bed is ok, but we had a macerator toilet that was inefficient and extremely noisy. Unbearable! We told the hotelier who did not understand the problem right away. We do not want to return to this hotel.
This is the fourth time I have returned to this establishment. The staff is very friendly and the food is very, very good. The dishes offered are very well prepared and presented. There is great research to highlight local products and there, I say "Bravo". In addition, the wine list is very extensive. I have a great experience there every time where Burgundy is put in the spotlight.
4th night at Jeannette's! Excellent stopover evening with an unrivaled quality of welcome and catering! A small downside on the last room where annoying smells of waste water in the bathroom were present.

Superb 3-day stay (half-board) spent at Jeannette's. An establishment to recommend to your best friends! Everything is pleasant, the environment, the welcome and the meals at the restaurant are perfect and varied (very good chef and also pastry chef).
Very very good table, good quality/price ratio. Downside in the bathroom with very very low water pressure, I removed the shower head in order to have a little pressure.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The welcome and kindness of the owners is a pleasure. It is a hotel where you feel good. If you can, book a table at the restaurant. Once again I was not disappointed, a treat. Top service. Dishes served under a bell. Succulent pairings on our plates and in our glasses. I recommend without hesitation.

Very clean but very noisy
Alexandra and Fabrice represent the best of French hospitality as it used to be in the country. Alexandra takes care of the front of house whilst Fabrice manages the back of house/kitchen F&B. When we stay at Jeannette's, we feel as if we are coming home, everything is relaxed, the beds are very comfortable, everything is clean, the breakfast is simple but very good and the food in the restaurant is fantastic. Fabrice cooks regional and classic dishes with a twist, the plates arrive at the table piping hot and under the "Cloche" which you would only see these days in old luxurious institutions. We love them both and can't wait to return.

I would not return as part of a stopover evening: 1 hour 45 minutes for dinner in a room reserved for stopover evenings, therefore not very friendly and even quite depressing; breakfast only from 7:30 a.m. therefore not suitable for professionals. This is not what I am looking for in a professional stay.

Pleasant evening stopover, too bad the shower in the Les Crais room had no flow, difficult to take a shower in these conditions and impossible to turn on the towel dryer.

I hate giving a negative review. I will therefore start with the positive and the discovery of the restaurant of this establishment. We feasted !!!! …a table that I highly recommend! But it is detestable when you go for a relaxing weekend to have to realize in this case, that the management tried to do it to us in reverse as soon as we arrived in the establishment. Following several exchanges by email and the possibility of being 4 or 5 couples, I confirm the reservation on Thursday for 3 couples. An unpleasant feeling begins when the manager tells me in a “very commercial” tone as soon as we enter the hall and in front of everyone that we are going to have to pay for 4 couples 😡 fortunately nothing is lost when we communicate by email!! !… and in the morning, it was clarified to friends that I had reserved breakfast for everyone… nope!!!… but were we asked if we were having lunch…???? NO!!!!… As much as we were Madam of the management, we wandered around a lot in groups or separately but we were always asked individually if we were having breakfast…. Too bad no chance of us coming back!!!…

Nice place in a nice location. Bathroom was lovely and the room had an ac unit, which was great because it was 34degs.

The lady owner was a bit off and could have helped out with her busy staff member who did a great job, but was very busy.
Upon arrival we are told in a peremptory tone and without explanation "we must leave the room at 10 am at the latest!" ". A Sunday !! Tiny room and a trickle of water in the Scottish-style shower. We won't be back.
Warm welcome, impeccable service and delicious food that honors Burgundy cuisine. A stage not to be missed in the heart of the Burgundy crus. Alexandra, the mistress of the place has preserved what makes the charm of this Burgundian land, and her husband, officiating in the kitchen, has been able to magnify the flavors of this rich terroir: gougères, snails, frog legs, or poached eggs. Not to mention a wine list honoring the winegrowers of Fixin. Congratulations to the whole team, in particular to Sonia who delighted us with her smile, her efficiency and her extraordinary memory as well as the kindness of her colleague We came back and will surely come back again. I am very disappointed with the service, a room bordering the street so very noisy and a restaurant that is too flashy. No parking space.

Excellent location in Fixin, very quiet, everything you need in the room, parking in front of the hotel - excellent mattress!
For a Logis de France not having a car park is not great. In the bathroom, the top of the water tank and the inside of the bowl are cracked and the sink is poorly fixed to the wall and in the morning there is no pressure in the pipes.
Kleines, hübsches Hotel, ruhig gelegen. Es verfügt über ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant - jedoch sollte man sehr genau auf die Öffnungszeiten achten! Parken an der Straße oder auf einem nahe gelegenen Parkplatz problemlos.
Reception and catering in relation to the brand, taste, quality, service. Only downside: the breakfasts charged (22€) even though they were not consumed since we missed the time slot (until 9am) a little late for a weekend. I mentioned the fact of being charged for this service not taken but that generated no commercial reaction... It's a shame because the establishment had been faultless so far.

Very kind and welcoming. Clean comfortable rooms delicious food and excellent position just off the autoroute in beautiful surroundings right in the middle of this fabulous wine growing region. All this at a very reasonable price. This was just as good when I Came here last year on my way to ski and look forward to my stay next year.

A wonderful surprise. Hotel chosen at random on the way back to Belgium (one of the reasons being that dogs are accepted). Very friendly room, no number, just a flower name for each room (I was in the "thought"). (small flat: recalcitrant key / lock, door difficult to close). Good size bathroom with bath. All the bedrooms are different and original (beware, the stairs are not very wide for the two bedrooms on this side - would be impractical with bulky luggage). The nice surprise was the restaurant. Beautiful presentations, original mixes and preparations, I had an excellent meal, accompanied by excellent wine. I will definitely come back, even if I have to take a detour.
