A very warm welcome in a unique and well-kept establishment. Everything is done for the comfort and well-being of customers. Farm products served with a real search for excellence. The boss is very welcoming. We can feel that generosity is in the air of this place very close to the Chemin des Dames.
Very welcoming, we are very satisfied with the services, welcome, accommodation, quality of meals served, creative and local. The farm products are very well prepared and showcased with know-how.
The hotelier, Alain, is a wonderful host - exuberant and ready to give guests a wonderful experience. A highlight was the champagne that he crafts himself...

Room and bed were okay. Dinner and breakfast were disappointing. The team was friendly but very unprofessional. Pity, that the manager did not pay more attention to them.
A wonderful, friendly and brilliant hotel. The owner/chef and his wife go out of their way to make you welcome. A lovely quiet location away from the madding crowd. Can't recommend enough.
After a surprising arrival, discovery of a very pleasant team and exceptional quality of catering using only fresh and local products. A BIG UP to Alain Braconnier the boss.

124 euros! For a room that smells like sewage, overall the establishment is not clean, average bedding with huge, very hard pillows, no shutter and a small curtain not completely covering the window, lots of lights in the window. outside, so difficult to sleep well. The television is tiny. Decent meal but really small quantities. Breakfast charged at 12 euros, for not having much, the buffet where the food is displayed is really not clean, crumpled fruit, intermarché brand yogurts... In short, really disappointing to pay such a sum.

Unique dish… pizza!!! that I haven't finished, I have to review the chef's recipe or else I haven't understood the concept. I asked for a green salad with my cheese, but there was none… A bottle opener would be welcome in the room since there is a bottle available. Skinny breakfast…no fruit, no yogurt but 1 croissant (and no more) in the basket. Overall for one night I can tolerate it but for several days it would have been difficult.
No heating upon arrival in our room. No light above the sink in the bathroom. Room without shutter. Owner of the establishment not friendly, not commercial.
Non-functional swimming pool as well as the jacuzzi and the spa although at reception we were told that it was possible to swim and take advantage of the facilities.

It seems that I did not fully appreciate the little improvised concert this Thursday evening nor the SMS from the manager at 11:30 p.m. inviting me to come and taste the champagne.... The place invites calm and rest.
The room was fine but slightly dark due to single Velus window. There was no choice for dinner and service was somewhat disorganised. The entertainment was unexpected and not to everyone's taste.
Room poorly equipped- no bath mat, only 1 bath towel, no basin soap, spare pillows without pillowcases. Worst of all, the only food on offer was pizza! Appalling for a Logis. Didn't do breakfast obviously and couldn't wait to leave. A fabulous building- such a shame.
Price quality excellent! Special experience with an owner who cooks, gives live concerts and also runs a farm! Alain is a genius! Maybe it is a bit chaotic, but we do it all with the help of family and staff!

Very good value for money in a pleasant setting.
Very good setting and room, very good bedding. The reception needs to be reviewed: I waited almost 10 minutes before someone arrived, I rang several times (it was 2:30 p.m.). Not having had time to eat, I realized that it was forbidden to eat in the rooms (display at reception) under penalty of a fine (I can understand that) but not having the right to eat a sandwich or something in the garden, I find that excessive! I asked and was told to go to the square near the school! The restaurant in the evening: opening at 7 p.m., no reception, we sit wherever we want and wait.... the waitress arrives at 7:15 p.m., few people in the restaurant, it should go quickly..... 1h30 for main course + dessert, I do not take a starter and the other people in the restaurant who have had a starter are served before me. I eat my dish at the same time as the others eat their dish (I waited almost 45 minutes). The dish arrives: overcooked beef skewer (cooking is not requested when ordering), very dry, herbs all over the plate and in the pasta, the dessert (apricot tart) very good. Breakfast: opening at 7 a.m., the coffee hasn't come (I won't have any coffee!!), Poor buffet which doesn't appeal: 2 croissants all crushed in the basket, jars of jam which don't really give don't want to. I often travel to Logis de France, this is the first time I have been disappointed, apart from the room and the setting, I do not recommend the catering part.

Leaking toilet, dirty shower screen, non-existent shower door seal, no hair dryer, lawn everywhere in the hall and hallway, access to the spa and swimming pool is very dangerous with slippery floors, 1 5 m of weeds around the pool and terraces, provide vinegar in the spa to remove limestone and clean this large pool because the bottom is green. The restaurant: I hope you like Unique menus, change the menu. It's been the same since April. The service let's not talk about it. Entries are coming. There is no tablecloth, no cutlery. The dessert arrives after 45 minutes, the coffees are no better. Great potential for this Logis de France. But very poorly maintained. What a pity. Sell it. Leave it to the professionals.
Good at first glance.... But then..... What a shame to offer access to the SPA swimming pool (really unsanitary water... You can't see the bottom of the jaccuzzi!!! Algae all over the side of the pool pool......). Room ok (no hand soap at the sink... And hand soap instead of shampoo in the shower... Correct bedding... Hard cushions). Meal.... I don't know what to think: canned foie gras cut up and put on your plate with pepper... Reheated mashed potatoes... And to finish... Karaoke evening where the boss sings. ... Timid applause says a lot about the quality of the service... Very disappointing... Yet the place is very beautiful...
We had the impression that the hotel had been overwhelmed on the weekend. The lady on reception greeted us properly but other than that there were very few staff, and everyone was poorly trained. In the evening we were offered a single starter (very simple) and a single main course (even simpler) - at breakfast it seemed that they had never heard of black tea, (English Breakfast) there was none was not - and the bottles of fruit juice were quickly empty - like that of milk Very disappointing for our last night after very pleasant stays in three other Logis. It seemed that the management had very little experience in the restaurant or hotel industry!
Satisfactory welcome and smiling staff. On the other hand, poorly maintained interior and exterior premises (weed one meter high around the pool). The places have real potential, but the hotel and catering trades are unfortunately lacking here.
Gone way downhill since our last stay pre-Covid. Under new management. So many things wrong, too many to list. But just don’t stay there. Restaurant and staff were good but hotel dire. Inadequate staff who tried their best but lacked professionalism.
Nobody at the reception. Bell supposedly broken down, boss without a phone and a pitiful excuse. The place is cute but not maintained. The pool liner is green with algae, the jaccuzi in pieces. very tired hotel, poorly maintained and sub standard. web photos misleading and actual experience way short of expectation. food and catering was dreadful.
Only 1 option for dinner and even that not written down.
When we arrived there was no one there. We had to search for someone to check us in. The room was OK, it was a bit dusty and could be cleaned better. The bed was hard and the sheets and matrasses looked very old. The WiFi did not work in the room. The shower was nice, but there was a bad smell. The pool should be removed! It was very dirty (green) and the smell was so bad! Also the jacuzzi was not ok. It was green and white and also had a bad smell. We didn’t dare to use it! We made dinner reservations at 19, but there was no one in the restaurant. We went somewhere else. The breakfast was OK. Lot to choose, but things as honey and Nutella are in very big packages, so there was a lot of dirt of other people in there. The check out was also a mess. Again no one to find and we had to search to check out.
More pension than hotel No work table, mediocre bedding comfort, pipe smell
A charming set that promises a pleasant stay but the hotel is experiencing staffing problems and the stay turns out to be just ok. Reservation for two, towels for one person only. After complaint, it is a towel with holes that we had In the restaurant, no menu no choice of starters and it is only because the dish did not suit us that we were concocted something else. To remember, the good will of the overwhelmed staff.
Hotel that could be good but alas many disappointing things: no key for our room, we had to change after we were installed, no toilet paper. The restaurant is disappointing, only one menu, very long wait, very very staff insufficient and not professional, too bad because the boss and the boss very friendly

Reservation made a month and a half before the date of arrival and confirmed...phone call one hour before arrival...no more rooms available. Practice of overbooking. Ineligible
Inexpensive hotel compared to the advertised services (swimming pool, spa). Swimming pool not open and spa with dog droppings all around (so we didn't set foot in it). The room is decent and clean. But there are downsides: only 1 towel when we booked for 2, only 1 roll of toilet paper almost finished, a good hole in the sheet… by asking we got an extra towel and a roll of new PQ but hey, we shouldn't have to. Concretely this hotel is correct if you are passing through and do not want to pay a lot. That's all.

Beautiful setting but unfortunately no one to welcome us, missing towel, no toilet paper in the room on our arrival, we could not take advantage of the spa on our arrival because no one was there. Nobody at the hotel during the two hours following note arrival. Cleanliness that leaves something to be desired (towel with hair on the towel dryer, dust and spider webs everywhere ..)
Unusual discovery
Good reception, good level of service.
A good location just north of Reims and close to the motorway. and two and half hours from Calais. Difficult to make a full assessment in the first week of January. It was open and the restaurant was open. The buildings have been restored around the original courtyard.. A good stopover after the drive from Switzerland.
For an evening stopover, the hotel is correct. The room, the cleanliness, the comfort, the equipment is Good or Very good. The disappointment comes mainly from dinner and breakfast. At dinner, the service was very long. Admittedly, I sit at the same time as a table of 10 p., but this table was served before me, whereas at 10 we make conversation, alone it is more difficult... . And the breakfast buffet is disappointing, 1st baguette not fresh, insufficient butter wafer, out of fruit juice, and I took the last coffee. (sorry for the following)

Magnificent welcome in a large farmhouse. Access to the room via the courtyard. Restaurant: very pleasantly surprised by the choice and quality of the fresh and homemade dishes. The service is fast despite the crowds. Madame assures. And monsieur puts you at ease straight away. Really good value for money. Only remark, the rooster of the farm behind the building a little early.
