Everything was very good and everything went well, the people managing the hotel were very friendly, kind and pleasant. The room was very good and well maintained, slight negative point there was a little thumb on the ceiling of the toilet but nothing too disturbing. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. I thank the hotel staff. If we have to return to Annecy we will come back here. Thank you

We stayed one night and the maintenance and staff were great!! But there was a lack of parking space but otherwise nothing to say

We had an excellent welcome from the owner, followed by a great meal and very good quality bedding. To recommend
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel as a stopover, and I am still just as satisfied! The bedding is really high quality, which guarantees a restful sleep. Dinner at the restaurant was a pleasure, with tasty and well-prepared dishes. Special mention for the manager who is charming, always smiling and ready to go out of her way to make each customer feel good. A place where I will return with pleasure!
The reception was very nice. Everything was explained to us. We were able to book a garage parking space for 5.50 euros. However, our Zafira with trailer hitch just about fit in. That was very practical for us. We walked to the lake for about 25 minutes and took the bus back (2 euros per person), which stops right next to the hotel.
Spacious room, bed, very comfortable, bathroom, large clean and a large shower summary, a very nice room breakfast, spotless and the people who work are very professional and very friendly. If I return to Annecy for a vacation with my wife We will stay in this establishment
Good value for money. A bit far from the tourist area, 30 minutes walk, but connected by a bus with a stop nearby. By the way, free in July and August. The hotel is noticeably old, but the cleanliness is impeccable. For the price it is very good.

Excellent location for our concert
Very nice welcoming staff, available and smiling.... We had a very good weekend at the nearby Arcadium to go see our concert. We were able to go there on foot. Very convenient.

Great welcome, very quiet and impeccable breakfast
The hotel is average, a little far from the centre, but can be easily reached by car in a few minutes. The availability of parking in the area is not always immediate, but in the end I always found a place. The first impression was not very favourable, given that the hall was full of dry leaves, but the lady at the reception immediately welcomed us in a very pleasant way: extremely kind, spoke good Italian and, given the lack of a lift, having assigned us a room on the third floor, she even offered to carry our suitcase for us: something never seen in any hotel, except in the very luxury ones which have staff dedicated to this. The spacious, clean room, with a nice large, bright bathroom, with plenty of storage space and a separate toilet, which allows for optimal management of the services. The breakfast was good with an excellent quality/price ratio, while the room itself has a cost appropriate to the fact that Annecy is a very touristy town with a great demand for accommodation.

Located on a main road 30 minutes walk from town center Old Town, lake. There is free onstreet parking near the hotel.Room is small but adequate. Ckean,and bed comfoetable.

Very good hotel but when booking request a room on lower floor. Also the walk into Annecy is a good 30 to 40 minutes.
We went to the hotel for a stopover night. it's friendly, practical and pleasant. Small downside the room is a little small (but spotless) and it was very hot, so the room was also a little warm

Pleasant, kind, considerate, attentive and accommodating staff. Really nothing negative to say! Everything was perfect. Just thank you for the welcome and the service, change nothing in this direction. If there is a small comment to make for an improvement, let's say it would be on the frame in the sense of an update on the decoration...but we weren't there for that...so it's according to the means and the envy, free to you. The presentation on the other elements was up to par, this point is only a detail.

We were very well received. The room is very clean, the quality of the bedding at the top, the soft bed linen. My daughter had breakfast and enjoyed a croissant, cake and Tome de Savoie! She was thrilled!
