VERY WELL LOCATED HOTEL TOP RESTAURANT REFINED CUISINE STAFF
Perfect welcome, impeccable cleanliness, a table to recommend.
Fantastic position, view on the Dordogne.

Everything was perfect, a little advice only in the bathroom a bar next to the sink for towels and in the shower a soap dish to put toiletries so as not to have to bend down which could be dangerous.
Loved the whole experience. The hotel is located in the middle of the small town right on the road and across the river. If you are carrying luggage the drop-off is made easy with parking space under the hotel. Then you move your car to a public parking just a few minutes walking distance. Parking is free for guests. They were very welcoming and efficient. Everything was ready for the arrival. It's an old town and the hotel has been accommodated to have and older vibe but with the modern necessities of today. It's clean, practical and charming. The view to the river is amazing and it's quiet at night. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant are worth it. Not only for the quality of the food but the overall experience especially if you sit outside in the terrace. If you stay for more days there are other options in the town or around. But definitely worth at least one meal at the restaurant. Service was always very attentive and friendly. I fully recommend the stay at Belle Etoile.
Parking in front of the hotel is impossible and the garages provided for punctually unloading luggage are not always available. Equipment of the rooms a little basic and old-fashioned. Noisy and creaking door to bedroom.
