An establishment with excellent services in its category, ideal location on the banks of the Charentes. Very warm welcome, room equal to our expectations, good bedding, cleanliness at the top. Very good experience in terms of catering and also an affordable wine list. We highly recommend this establishment and the experience should be even more pleasant in the nice weather given the location of the place. Bravo to the owner and all the employees
Lovely view of the river and bridge. Nice friendly staff. Great large room with balcony and large bathroom with separate WC. Really good restaurant with superb food and wine. Good breakfast.
Great location on the river and a warm welcome. We ate very well and the breakfast was exceptionally good. Lots of freshly prepared food and a wide selection.

I have known this hotel restaurant for many years. I wouldn't come back if I wasn't satisfied.
Friendly staff, excellent food and fantastic location
Good location in the centre of town, on the river. Peaceful setting. The room was small but adequate, wonderful view from the second floor.
Be warned that there are no lifts, and a winding staircase to the second floor with your cases is a challenge. The hotel restaurant was very pleasant, a lovely terrace overlooking the river when weather permits. Set menus good value for money, a reminder of old style French hotels.

Very nice hotel / pleasant setting. Perfect restaurant
I had booked a room online and rhe room allocated was on the second floor, but actually a large height difference from the first floor. This room had an excellent view over the river, but also contained 3 beds. Unfortunately the hotel has no lift which made that room impossible for me to reach with luggage. Consequently we had to be changed to a first floor significantly smaller anf inferior room.
The restaurant was excellent both for dinner and breakfast.

A warm, comfortablr hotel with a very nice room - spoiled only by the fact that we were on the second floor and there is no lift.

Friendly welcome, room & bathroom clean. Unfortunately the room was a bit small. There is enough space in the bathroom. The restaurant is highly recommended, very good cuisine and attentive service.
The staff are welcoming. The rooms are spacious. The garden is very pleasant, landscaped with taste and appreciable after a day on the road. A good table. Good value for money overall I recommend this address.
