The only thing that was bad about our stay was the lack of response to questions asked beforehand about a late checkin. This meant we had to ring on arrival. Other than that, the hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
Very well received upon my arrival as well as at the restaurant in the evening and at breakfast. Excellent meal, copious and very varied breakfast. Very clean room and comfortable bedding. Small kettle with tea, coffee, herbal tea. I recommend!!!

Room is very good, nothing to complain about. There are only 2 disadvantages here: people can not speak another language well and the hotel closes at 18.00 so communicate in time if you are late.

Clean & tidy. Advertised private parking, we were told by hotel staff, was only for classic cars and motorbikes. Perhaps this could be specified when booking, saves disappointment on arrival. Admittedly plenty of public parking on street, but don't advertise what you cannot give.
Hot water in shower took very long time to come through and wasn't that hot. Buffet breakfast was very good. Did not have other meals in the hotel so cannot comment. Excellent restaurant nearby.

One of those nice, charming hotels where everything is good.
This was our umpteenth stay, Very satisfied as always with our experience. Two small drawbacks this time: Difficult access due to the Christmas Market in front of the door; not the hotel's fault and a lovely atmosphere to boot! Management had warned us about it so we were able to manage. Problem continued with the towel warmer during our stay but we called the technician. Wifi not exceptional in the annex but good in the main building. These small difficulties are largely offset by the kindness of the staff and the warm atmosphere of the establishment. We'll come back!

We choose this hotel on the way to England because it is close to the Calais and Dunkirk ferry ports. It is a typical French hotel according to our taste and we are here for the third time. We always look forward to the good French dinner and the friendly atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and now even have air conditioning. We are completely satisfied.

A lovely hotel in the fortified town of Bergues, near Dunkirk.
The hotel is in the central area, and it is a short stroll to get to the churches or fortifications. It has a relaxed feel,and the staff coped with all of the demands of a family with young children. The room was extremely comfortable and clean.
The restaurant has a reasonably priced menu with an excellent range of options - covering most bases. The menu aims more at honest food with generous portions rather than fiddly or experimental options.

the hotel very well, however the restaurant to avoid... Very expensive for what we ate. Very insufficient quantity and poor quality. For my part, fillet of white fish (undercooked and smelling of ammonia) breaded (just a hint on top) and the undercooked risotto.... I pointed it out, the waitress took back my full plate saying to myself "no problem".. I left the table with an almost empty stomach... They offered us the aperitifs
An interesting hotel that is full of character, situated in a small village/town a few miles in land from the A16. Much better than the normal corporate chains. Clean and comfortable rooms and a good breakfast option. The restauraunt looked good, but unfortunately I was not able to eat there on this occasion. I would certainly consider returning on a future trip.

Hôtel simple et plein de charme. Les lieux inspirent le calme et la sérénité. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux. Notre séjour de trois jours sur place a été d'une parfaite quiétude. Le petit déjeuner, servi dans une belle salle lumineuse, est excellent, d'un rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Nous avons eu la bonne idée de réserver un soir une table au restaurant de l'hôtel: une expérience de saveurs inoubliable !
