The appartement was a bit outdated. But worth for the price we payed.
The staff and the restaurant were great!!! The hotel room and facilities were very good. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise until late at night and in the morning suitcases, loud conversations and little soundproofing. Thanks to all the very professional staff and delicious meals!!!
Well located on our route. Friendly welcome
The family suite is ok but would benefit from a refresh, especially with regard to the interior decoration (aging walls and floor) and the bathroom which is no longer up to date with a bathtub. To review some details on the electricity, in particular the bedside lamp and faulty TV aerial socket. For the rest, the meals and breakfast are plentiful. The only negative point is the proximity of the main road.

We were very pleased.
In full development. Very good mattress, we ate very well, we can see that all the staff do everything to make this place a must if you are in the area. Very clean, nothing to say. There are still a few things to do to make everything perfect. Good team, they will get there. We will come back without hesitation. Corinne and Jérôme.
The description of the hotel is simply wrong: "In the heart of Rouffach"... about 3 km away! Regional cuisine? There was the usual grill stuff. The descriptions of other Logis hotels were more realistic.

La carte du restaurant sans aucune originalité, que les spécificités Alsaciennes "re, revues" c est dommage ! Et pas de menu light pour le soir.... Par contre la qualité de ce que nous avons goûté etait excellente !!! Bravo au chef de cuisine. La direction est très sympathique et très commercante +++.
This hotel is practically impossible to find, because the entrance is very poorly indicated if you do not know that access is directly in the TOTAL station on the edge of the national road
Poor soundproofing.. we heard other guests arriving at 3am.. everyone's movements all night..

Excellent stopover! We will definitely come back. Restaurant and terrace: great! The room and bathroom are very clean, spacious, comfortable. The bed is super good. We appreciated the slightly old-fashioned side of the accommodation, but that's what makes it charming 😉

A very decent accommodation at a very decent price, quality service. Rooms are being improved, they are a bit dated in the bathroom area. Showers would perhaps be more practical than bathtubs. An electric towel dryer would be a little extra.
Very good reception. The room suited us well, simple but functional. Had dinner at the restaurant, and we enjoyed our meal. If we were to come back, we would certainly do so.

The photos highlight this hotel, but the reality is quite different. It's a three star from the 80s. Very difficult to find if not impossible on GPS.

World champions of hospitality, Alsace and Alsatians know what it means to welcome. At the Logis Hôtel Au Relais d'Alsace hotel, it's like anywhere else in this magnificent region. The village of Rouffach is magnificent, 10 minutes away. We take care of you, we eat very well for a very reasonable amount, we are considerate, attentive, discreet, friendly. We just don't want to leave because we know we won't find anything better elsewhere, even at the end of the world. The evening stopover is just magical at this price level. I saw people who didn't know each other chatting during the evening meal, all in a friendly atmosphere and under the watchful eye of the hotel owner and the amused and amusing waiters. A lovely moment in a lovely place with lovely people in charge.
Warm welcome from the owner, very attentive
The accommodation was not appropriate for the price - there was a wet towel in the bathroom when we arrived - the room smelled of damp, so we opened the window and door right from the start (but the other guests seemed to have felt the same way too) At breakfast we had ( my wife and I had dirty coffee cups on the table, which were upside down but if you. Looking into the cup you could see kaffir edges and other dirt. So it was relatively unsightly - I didn't think something like that could happen with an Expedia booking.
The hotel is a bit old. The beds were good. The service in the restaurant was good, the menu was down-to-earth and plentiful. Recommended for an overnight stay.⁷
Nice welcome
There is a Logis loyalty program, I wanted to use my vouchers and I got remarks such as: "You are not a customer of mine, I shouldn't have to do that to you", "Fortunately all the customers are not like you”, “My customers are waiting at the table…”. Nothing stopping me from coming back 1 hour later after the service? But hey, trust is out of the question. How do you want to become a customer when courtesy is not required. Access to the hotel by a steep path. I don't recommend this Logis Madame, it's official I won't be coming back and will talk about you around me.

Good welcome. For one night it just happened. Apart from the fact that the hotel is on the edge of the D83 4-lane, next to the gas station and it is not so easy to get there with some GPS. The room is old and so is the bathroom. The stopover dinner is correct, as is the dining room. Average breakfast. Impression of an old Campanile hotel. In summer it may be suitable, but certainly not in winter.

A good evening stopover spent in a good hotel, the dinner was perfect, the bedding nickel and a room with heating, so this detail can make you smile but at the moment many other establishments have chosen to reduce the temperatures in the rooms, and finally the breakfast was very good!
