Well received and very nice room
Very warm and friendly welcome, people who take great care of their customers. Work is underway in the common areas which is not disruptive, the result will be, given what has already been done, undoubtedly very beautiful! Good bedding, bathroom a little dated but everything is spotlessly clean. I just prefer a shower to a bathtub but a matter of personal taste I think. All for a controlled budget.

The hotel is a building site. No wifi, no TV, heating in one room was roasting, but the other wouldn’t work. Rooms were very poor

Your room was not affected by the work in progress, and our team was available throughout the evening to respond to your needs. We would have been delighted to assist you if you had requested our help, particularly with the heating settings.
Also, we were flexible in allowing you to use our new breakfast room for your dinner. Unfortunately, this resulted in material damage that forced us to incur professional cleaning costs on our chairs. We did not charge you for this.
We place great importance on the comfort of our guests and do our utmost to provide the best possible experience. We hope that you will understand our point of view and that we will have the opportunity to welcome you in better conditions in the future.
