Everything was perfect.
Hotel was locked and dark on arrival.
No notification that I had a deadline to check in, until about 15min before arrival - how do you check emails whilst driving? Hotel could have phoned to find out where I was but nothing and no response to the phone number provided (I rang 26 times). No response to emails to the hotels or requests for refund.
I am really disappointed by the services offered. No bottles of water, the minimum for two people coffee herbal tea for a room that is supposed to be more expensive with a higher level of service. In terms of hygiene, no cotton buds, wipes or anything else... The room is really cramped. We wanted to take the cushions that were offered in addition above the wardrobe but they really smell like vomit and that is really horrible. And when it was time to leave, well, I had already been charged even though I wanted to use my logis checks even though I had put my credit card as security and not as the main means of payment. We will never go back there again.

Great experience, but the breakfast buffet was really bad. Unfresh industrial croissants and tasteless fruit juice, all for a price that is way too expensive. Other hotels have cheaper breakfast rates and much better quality.

Room described as "comfortable", lack of light in general in the room, toilet window which opens into the room for playing sports... In other words, avoid opening it to evacuate bad odors. Shower to be reviewed, leaves water everywhere, and no WMC identified in the bathroom… result in a lot of water and steam after a shower. Lack of light in the bathroom. Room a little dated fortunately the furniture enhances everything. Top quality bedding. TV the same. Be careful of the slightly dangerous steps to go to the toilet.

Great hotel, super big room! Great welcome however for the cleanliness of the room and bathroom it was not very well cleaned making one wonder if it had really been washed before our arrival. The team was warm and the breakfast (unlimited €15 per person) was to our liking quite high for the choice there was. Paid parking 16€ per night a little expensive for one night
The bedroom cleaning staff were excellent
Small room with toilet on a balcony, very dirty reversible air conditioning. TV remote control not working due to oxidizing batteries. the box of tissues offered was empty like the shampoo dispenser in the shower. We booked to enjoy the spa but when we arrived we were told that it was closed for renovation. Not specified on the reservation site! Breakfast a little expensive for the buffet offered (15€). And poorly insulated room phonetically. We have room 14.

Everything was very good. The super comfortable room, the very warm welcome, the breakfast more than perfect. The only downside is the HS spa, the hotel is not responsible for breakdowns, but when you book accordingly you could have imagined a gesture.

Simply awful! For a 3 star, we were accommodated in a room that looked more like a broom closet! No storage for personal belongings, very noisy hotel (a lot of scooters go by in the street, music, people who speak loudly from 1 a.m. to about 4 a.m.), poorly insulated, disgusting smell in the bathroom, when we sit on the toilets, it's simple, we have our heads in the wall given the available space ... Not to mention that the blind on the window was broken and that we could only open the window halfway, no air conditioning also The only point positive is its geographical location, 200m from the beach if I may say so. It was the worst stay I have had to date! Just run away... It's not at all worth the price paid for a 3 star... Especially since no service is offered and the reception closes at 8 p.m.

Pleasant and very accommodating staff. On the other hand, some rooms (notably the privilege room with a pink sea view) deserve a freshening up because they are very aging and the tapestry is peeling off.
The staff is very nice and helpful, the room is correct, the shower is very, very small, a small fridge would have been a real plus. The location is beautiful no need for bus or car beach restaurants barely 4 minutes from the hotel. The train station isn't too far either. Remember to take an extension cord to charge your laptops.
Room too isolated in the maintenance rooms so from 8:30 a.m. maintenance personnel pass below the parking lot dark and noisy room And the price of this room is very high because of its location, it's a shame...

the welcome was deplorable, the person at the reception refused to let me leave my vehicle for 5 minutes in the parking lot during check-in, forced me to reload my vehicle with my luggage, find a place, walk 2km with my luggage to finally get my key. the room is dilapidated, dirty and leaks everywhere (toilet, air conditioning, sink, shower, I have rarely seen such dilapidated plumbing.) Lack of hot water (non-existent shower faucet) in the bathroom and more than reception after 7:30 p.m. No light in the toilets and little place to sit. the air conditioning guzzled all night and finally, around 4am someone tried to break into my room.. I find it hard to believe that it is a 3 star. Run away !

No air conditioning even though it wasn't noted air conditioning, living cockroach when I woke up in the bed with a photo to back it up. Toilet door does not lock at all or even close at all. Horrible location of the hotel, too much noise outside: car, scooter, neighborhood, etc. We didn't sleep all night. Just the perfect breakfast.

The rather expensive price of a catastrophic night and paid parking is absurd The fixing bar of the shower that falls on my head, the toilets where you have to stand in profile to be able to pass between the shower and the sink so with a little corpulence we do not pass. Honestly, at €150 a night in a privilege room with a balcony, that's abuse. It's a cajibi painted pink. A tiny room, a tiny bathroom, let's not talk about the shower, 50cm wide. Aging decoration, very badly soundproofed rooms as noisy as a formula 1. The breakfast at 15€ is really meager, and the orange juice is hot. A 3 star hotel, my god it is worth 1 and more. Its only strong points are that it is well located near the sea, it is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast room is sublime, that's all. We have a much higher quality of accommodation with a room at 45€ in an ibis. In addition, you still have to go to the cash register to use the jacuzzi which is great but you have to book a session to have access to it to supposedly preserve your privacy, except that all the hotel comes there to smoke. Frankly the hotel overall is really low end. The price of the rooms is simply theft. You could also hear people complaining in the corridors complaining of the same things. I think the good comments are posted by the owners of the hotel themselves because it is impossible otherwise. Yet we are not difficult but this is clearly abuse.
Horrible, deplorable cleanliness, toilet already used when we arrived, hair in the bed, mold in the bathroom. When we arrived at 9:30 p.m., a CUSTOMER and I should specify a customer had the keys to our room, obviously this one had already been to visit the premises… From 6 a.m. there were friction noises in the shower, noises from hair dryers and the like. At 7 a.m. someone tried to enter our room. After an explanation with the receptionist, this one tells us that this is normal because it is an old hotel. But cleanliness is the minimum.
We are a couple…both 85 years old…no help offered: heavy suitcases and very steep stairs to go up from the car park. On the 1st morning we went down at 9:20 a.m. for breakfast (normally served until 10 a.m.! Greeted coldly by the person on duty by "but, we started to clear"! So very little choice! In our room: kettle which didn't work, as well as the spotlights above the bed.
The location is ideal, the welcome is very good, the breakfast varied and plentiful, the bedding comfortable. On the other hand, the hotel is aging, poorly maintained, we even found a used child's diaper in our room under a piece of furniture that was still visible. The photos on the site are very flattering compared to reality.

An excellent weekend in this establishment which offers, in addition to quality accommodation, a perfect location close to the beach and the town centre. Very significant in this weekend of festivities where we left the car in the parking lot. The possibility of parking adds value to the hotel. To do again and to recommend.
Original bedroom decor. The hotel is very well located, near the embankment in a quiet street. Breakfast is served in a historic room whose history is displayed outside. Everything makes you want to come back.
