My wife struggled to use the shower, the bath had a smooth surface and she was slipping as she tried to get into and out of the bath.

Everything was actually ok, except that the beer from the previous evening was charged several times. It was confiscated within 5 minutes by 2 people in our group, which would never happen unintentionally. The stay fee and breakfast were also listed twice on a colleague's bill, but he noticed this. We definitely won't go there again.
