The facilities are more like 4*. Excellent breakfast.Friendly helpful welcome. Well appointed bathroom. Merciful absence of “music” at breakfast and dinner. A second chair on the balcony would encourage conversation. Air conditioning would be very welcome in the hot weather but is very expensive to install. The location is ideal, just by the bridge to the town centre, but away from it so facilitating space for a swimming pool and lawn for sunbathing.
Charming owners, available, discreet even always present for customers. There is real serenity. Everything is designed to provide calm and amenities to relax. The geographical location is just perfect. A great discovery!

Het hotel is fijn gelegen ten opzichte van Morzine en de skipistes. We voelden ons welkom in dit familiehotel.
Het zwembad en jacuzzi waren een fijne surplus, heerlijk in de avondzon met zicht over de vallei.
A lovely hotel with pool, hot tub and sauna facilities and easy access to Morzine. Staff were friendly and helfpul.

Great location just over the pedestrian Bridge to the gondola
Really great hotel. 5min walk to the Super Morzine Lift. The evening meals were really good, and great value for money. Only things that didn’t make the hotel 5* is lack of hooks to hang clothes in the bedroom, we had to hang our robes, and ski clothes over the doors. Also the jacuzzi wasn’t very hot. Was more like a luke-warm bath.
Fantastic hotel. 4 course dinner with cheeseboard was amazing. Owners incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend as location to piste and ski hire brilliant too. Would definitely book again.
We really enjoyed our stay in this family run alpine hotel. We particularly enjoyed the welcome, the Spa area and the easy access to the local amenities. The breakfast is excellent, and rooms are comfortable, spacious albeit simply decorated.
Only negative for us was the size and quality of the room towels. They Could do with an upgrade. And no towels supplied for the spa area.
Excellent value for money and friendliness as a bonus. What more can we say except that we intend to return

Went the extra mile. Looked after me charmingly.
This was a nice hotel in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from SuperMorzine lift and just outside the town. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and also provided us flexibility to shower and change at the end of our final days skiing even though we had checked out of our room. The sauna, pool and jacuzzi were a very nice and unexpected bonus. It seemed like they are almost brand new.
Perfect location 2 mins from bridge and 5 mins walk from cable car: Hotel very homely and peaceful and staff very helpful and welcoming! Will absolutely return
