Logis Hôtel 15 Montparnasse

Stayed here earlier in the year and had a great experience so for my next visit to Paris I decided to stay here again. I wasn't disappointed. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel, the room is tiny and the bathroom follows suit. Good quality breakfast, good products and plentiful

I was welcomed perfectly upon my arrival. Convenient luggage service to avoid having to walk around Paris with your suitcase.

Hotel located right above metro line 12, so you can hear the metro passing every 3 or 4 minutes, at least when you have the ground floor room. Room overlooks the street and is therefore noisy (passers-by, emergency services which are right next door...) Very small breakfast room which cannot accommodate all the guests at the same time...

This was the third time we came to this hotel, two of which were for birthdays. We were never disappointed. Warm welcome, helpful and caring staff. We particularly like the small hotel feel and the cozy atmosphere that emanates from it.

Not at the level expected for 4 stars

The staff was welcoming, very professional. The rooms are clean, the bedding is of good quality. The rumbling of the metro is indeed noticeable but does not disturb the night. If we refer to the breakfast, it is clear that the four stars are usurped if we refer to what three or even two stars offer in the provinces... A single coffee machine with a limited choice (no hot chocolate for example), only one quality of bread (frozen dough certainly heated on site)... A customer assured me that for a Parisian hotel "it was very good"!!! However, the price is somewhat exaggerated. Customers of "imposing" physique, the cramped bathroom could present disadvantages. A very negative point that I would like to highlight (here the designers of the place, and the safety commission) are entirely responsible: the bathroom door opens inwards and brushes (1 millimeter, I measured) the toilet bowl, how then can you open the door in case a customer sitting on his earthenware throne feels unwell? How can you quickly help someone who faints, falls behind the door?

Hotel ideally located and clean. On the other hand all the spaces are small: Reception, bathroom, breakfast room, rooms, corridors.... Little choice for breakfast: only coffee and hot water (no more cocoa or cappuccino). 4 stars?

It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel to me, the rooms in the photos are taken from a perspective that makes them look bigger, the space from the toilet bowl to the wall is so narrow that I had to sit sideways.

Very nice hotel and great room, especially the bathroom. However, the vibrations from the metro limit the ability to wake up late.

Excellent location, extremely polite and helpful staff! Bathroom is amazing (at least in the room I stayed), room size is good for Paris standards and the overall stay was very positive. If I could make two suggestions, those would be the following:
- the Nespresso machine is a very nice touch but a kettle for boiling water would be a big plus
- for a 4 star hotel, room could be dusted out a bit better (a lot of the light fixtures over the bed, the coffee machine, etc were full of dust).

Room at the meeting point in an interior courtyard, quiet from the street unfortunately noise and vibrations much too frequent in connection with the metro. The bathroom and the shower area are much too small. For the rest the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness, the quality of the breakfast and the staff present were very satisfactory.

The room was very very very small

Alles was zeer proper. Alleen waren de slaapkamer en de badkamer aan de kleine kant. I had never seen anything, but nothing happened. Your rest was all prima, zeer verzorgd!

Excellent hotel, very welcoming and very well located at the foot of the metro. Only the small size of the room is to be regretted, as well as the equipment of the bathroom: a "real" hair dryer would be a real plus as well as a better closed shower so as not to flood the bathroom. Apart from that, everything was perfect, special mention for the welcome, the bedding and the breakfast.

The staff is friendly but the 4 stars of the hotel are not there at all, the essential spaces are missing, the bathroom is small so much that the toilet is almost inaccessible, the room which will be 3x3 is very small you can only stay on the bed there are no other livable spaces, and even the common spaces are very small, the room used for breakfast if there is another person you can no longer move, the small table and the spaces around are uncomfortable.

The value for the orice is amazin. The team working in the hotel is very nice and helpful. They did everything to make our stay great!!

Simply, there are not many points to improve. The breakfast eggs are battery eggs (industrial). Their taste is not great, especially when soft-boiled. And the pastries are not made with butter, but probably made with margarine or butter substitutes.

The hotel stay was nice. Please know that there are a couple ground floor rooms off the back of the hotel. I had one of these - it was fine and the price was good but not much of a place to hang out in.

everything was perfect the only downside was the remote control did not work and the manually turned on TV did not have a good network. the image was not clear

On the 1st floor, suddenly noises from the metro. The towel dryer was constantly hot! The shower room window is banging against the false ceiling! The circulation space around the bed is narrow, once I bumped into the wall, too close to the foot of the bed. Well located, for us, in the 15th. Metro not too far. Parking surprising due to its mode of circulation: entry and exit the same way, 600 meters from the hotel. Television from another era, really too small, especially for a 4 star!! And asking each time you change channels to do a full search: really painful! I was unable to book by telephone despite my call and my request: redirected to the website.

Our hotel is enchanted, at a great price, and the accommodations are comfortable, silent, very clean, and easy to read. We will leave you a little before the check-in time and we will kindly ask you if you can access them, and you will be able to do so. Be sure to check the security, speedy and efficient check-out.

Small hotel located in the Montparnasse district, very well served by public transport and with several cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Small but comfortable rooms, ours overlooked the back and the internal micro courtyard, with a good level of silence. The buffet breakfast is of a good standard despite the small size of the restaurant.

Very lovely and attentive staff who made us feel very welcomed! The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

An excellent location, with plenty of local restaurants, and close to 2 Metro lines/stations so easy to get to and from the Gard du Nord and Auteil for the racing. The shower head was broken and the receptionist was very helpful and tried to fix it, but it needed a proper fix which was obviously not going to happen at the weekend. A lighter duvet would have been appreciated, again staff tried to help but no thinner ones available, but they did provide a sheet, my friends in the adjacent room would also have preferred a cooler duvet. The breakfast was excellent.

You may well not live with vegetables and in your home a bottle of water is used.

Overall decent stay. We were well received. Room 21 itself was good, but a lot of noise: our room was next to the elevator, poorly soundproofed with the corridor (light under the door) which meant that we heard and were woken up by people entering the room. their rooms at night and finally, it overlooked the street (we could hear the sirens despite the double glazing). Note: we received a questionnaire before our arrival to know our arrival time and our needs (iron and others). We had requested an iron and it was not in the room when we arrived. Why do a questionnaire if you don't use it?

We are used to 4-star hotels with a certain spaciousness and comfort. La stanza per colazioni è molto piccola, non tanto organizzata, ma per il resto siamo trovati bene!

I went for 2 nights and the location is ideal. Breakfast is not included and you must pay for it, it does not have a wide variety of foods, so I do not recommend it due to its price. Hotel well located near Metro lines 12 and 13 Montparnasse less than 1 km away. Good restaurants nearby. Quiet for our courtyard side room. Small breakfast room, nice breakfast. Its TV with speaker in the bathroom which is pleasant and better quality than in the bedroom!? TV in the bedroom from another era, really too small, the size of a “postage stamp”! We were made very welcome and it was very easy to find the parking lot which is very close to the hotel. The room is not big but it has everything you need. Cleanliness was OK except in the bathroom (stain on the mirror and hair in the mini bathtub) but nothing too bothersome. The bedding is good. The lady who checked us in proved to be helpful and kind, subsequently the rest of the staff were unsmiling, often when we entered the hotel we were not even greeted. Very bad, a smile costs nothing. Incredible that our room had the toilet in one room (without windows) and the rest of the bathroom in another room, absurd. The window in the bathroom was badly designed and couldn't be opened completely. Our room's view was on a wall, no view. the bed had hair everywhere. We had forgotten our slippers, when we asked at reception for a pair, we were told that they didn't have them, a basic service for a 4 star hotel. Christmas decorations of no kind, all the hotels in Paris had decorated their hotels in an enchanting way, yours was as if you were in September. Dust was everywhere in the room. The carpet in 2023 cannot be seen. It cannot be a 4 star hotel

Hotel was very disappointed. We had a reservation for parking but there was no space. We had a room next to a public toilet. It was very noisy and you could hear everything. On top of that the fire alarm went off 10 minutes long for nothing and no excuse. Breakfast was also disappointed. We were lucky to have one slize bread. There was almost no space to sit. We have decided to leave and checkout earlier than planned. This is definitely no 5 star hotel but you may expect more for your money

Good morning. Requested a room for the disabled but number 5 has serious errors which make it difficult to use the room: the very strong front door, excessively high bed, wardrobe not accessible, toilet next to the sink, very spacious shower but without an optimal seat.

Nuit horrible . J'ai eu une chambre sur le fond de la cour : lumière toute la nuit de l'hôtel malgré les rideux occultants; et surtout le bruit et els vibrations du métro.
Les murs sont peu épais aussi on entendu beaucoup la TV des voisins .

La moquette devant la porte d'entrée complètement mouillée. Une chambre très bruyante car très mal insonorisée. Un petit déjeuner et un personnel de l'hôtel gentil mais pas assez exigeant pour un 4 étoiles. En bref un séjour à oublier !

All the staff are very kind. The location is excellent and very convenient!

It is certainly not a 4 star hotel. It looks like a B&B. Tiny rooms, non-existent common areas, breakfast room a hole. I always go to 4 star hotels, I have never found one so poor in the whole world. You should lower the category and also the price. One positive thing is the courtesy of the staff. Then on your site it says that you speak Italian, that's not true.

My room was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful. I had a good breakfast in the morning and the location was great: my favorite area of Montparnasse. It was an easy walk from the Gare Montparnasse. I plan to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Relatively cramped accommodation. Also in the breakfast area. Or elevator. You can order lait chaud, coffee 2 types from a machine that constantly needs cleaning. Otherwise narrow selection, but everything you need is there. Croissants fresh from the oven on site. Be careful, the toaster produces toast that is charred on one side. Room smelled a little like cleaning agent when cleaned. Music in breakfast area cool Jazzi. You have a view of the longest street and the ugliest facade in Paris - Four stars = Tres Grand Comfort?... Well.

I would love to stay in this hotel again because the room was as it was showed before booking. The accessibility was good from the hotel for the public transport like bus, metro and rail.

Tiny room and bathroom Coffee maker not working

The reservation and payment was made by phone and internet, no problem. Impeccable and accommodating welcome. Simplicity at the time of departure. New facilities. I have not tested the restoration. I will come back because the quality/price ratio is better than in the other hotels in the area.

The Hotel was clean but rooms were quite small. Location is great there are 3 different metro lines walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was terrible. There was not enough room/ tables for all the guests and not much choice if you don't eat meat.

The breakfast is not up to 4 stars. The breakfast room is too small, frozen bread and pastries and not good. No bacon and overcooked scrambled eggs. Shower too small.

Meets expectations

Quality hotel and pleasant and efficient staff. I recommend for a stay near Montparnasse.

The breakfast is not very varied, and the products are a little too industrial. We would have liked Parisian baguettes. And seasonal fruits. The windows, on the other hand, insulate perfectly from the noise of the street.

This is the third time that we have come for one night so that we can reach the nearby Necker hospital as soon as possible and everything is always perfect at 15 Montparnasse.

Location and staff are very good. Stay was nice. Room was kind of small and spartiate for a 4-star hotel. Pricing ok.

The PMR Paris room on the ground floor is great, but it is placed next to the guest toilets which makes the place transient and noisy

Unfortunately the room was quite noisy, possibly because it was in the ground floor so there was the metro passing by noise per five minutes, the road noise and the noise from the reception

Great location! Comfortable room. Elevator (max 3-4 people) and stairs (spiral) may be an issue for some but we thought it added to the old building chic.

The hotel has fully lived up to expectations and there is only one thing to improve, the bathroom should be more accessible for older people or someone who may have mobility problems, as the bathtub was too high. The rest, perfect.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome and attentiveness of all the people we dealt with. The hotel is comfortable and quiet. Not too far from Montparnasse station and served by the metro, it allows you to enjoy Paris without worry. Note the luggage service which allows you to leave your suitcase outside the "check in - check out" hours.

Room on the 4th floor. Clean and luxurious hotel. Very good bedding and good breakfast. Very good address for me.

Well located hotel with easy access, comfortable bedding, well soundproofed room. On the other hand, difficulty in booking, with contradictory information (impossible to book by phone, and after requesting a reservation by email, we were told to call to book....). Correct breakfast without more with scrambled eggs tasteless and soft.

In my opinion, the downside is at the level of sound insulation both at the level of the exterior glazing and at the level of the bedroom door. You really hear everything that happens in the hallway and the door opening/closing system is very noisy.

We are in a 4-star hotel with a small room for 3 with the necessary toiletries for 2 coffee for 2 … long dirty dragging at 4 p.m. in the corridors …

A special thank you needs to be passed on to reception staff who went over and above to help resolve issues our group had over Eurostar cancellations and a lost passport. They were exceptional.

Room for two cramped! Too small to accommodate our 3 travel bags + our cabin luggage and our two backpacks, opening our travel bags in this tiny space was a feat! Everything is too small, the space between the WE and the wall, the cupboard where we can't even store the cabin bag, the very evening of our arrival, I had to leave a bag at reception to be able to move around bedroom. I had asked for two independent beds to be able to separate them but there was almost no room to separate them. Poorly thought out furniture, stools, bedside tables too heavy and without drawers to store and save space. I hate carpeting in hotel rooms because it's unhygienic! The night we arrived I ordered room service, the toast was charred

The cleaner entered our room to clean when we were clearly still in occupied & not checked out. We were at the shop and had left all personal items out and food in fridge. There was no point cleaning until we had checked out. The cleaner didn’t understand he was intruding and carried on cleaning. Surely there is a system for room change over? It’s a shame as this reduced the score.

very practical hotel next to 2 metro exits. welcome always very pleasant, breakfasts very correct. two downsides the noise of the ventilation in the hallway or the roof is quite loud on the top floor, it's a shame because we hear it a lot from the bedroom and it's a shame not to have put a door to the shower because the bathroom bath is quickly filled with water on the floor when you take a shower. the price is quite high but it is the price of the district! welcome at the top we will come back and we recommend it.

Despite the fact that we found ourselves locked doors on our arrival after a long trip with a one-year-old baby and a big bag, after multiple calls to the doorbell and on the phone where no one answered us, a cleaning lady ended up open after 20 min. The receptionist was on the floors and prepared the rooms.... A portable telephone should be provided in case a client arrives at the same time or simply leave the doors open to avoid ending up in the street to wait. All the employees were very welcoming, attentive and very kind. The room very clean and comfortable, the breakfast very correct with sweet and savory, the price nevertheless a little high I find. 25min walk from the Eiffel Tower! Thank you for this stay

Came to redo my passport and take advantage of the same opportunity. Super cute little hotel. With really welcoming staff. Working in the hotel industry, I am very attentive to it. From the receptionist, to the technician, to the maid, everyone has a smile and says hello, not out of politeness but because they had to know how to live and that, in my opinion, they feel good in this hotel. So keep it up.. Because if I come back to Paris it will be with you without hesitation for a second. Room at the top. A little ric rac compared to the spaces we have in the south, but it's really for quibbling. The bed is really very comfortable. Slept very well. The very generous breakfast. Nothing to say except thank you very much.

The room had a few small problems (noise related to the lighting and the ceiling plate that comes off in the bathroom). The bed, on the other hand, was particularly comfortable.

Hotel with a very good location, well insulated between the rooms. A negative point on the fact that we hear the roar of the metro. Room clean overall, just to note a little dust on the cables of the televisions and the coffee maker with traces of coffee. TV has rough working, lots of channel frieze. Very personable staff.

Very pleasant overnight stay with a very friendly welcome and a spotless room! Good and varied breakfast. A few more special breads would have been much appreciated! Only small downside concerning the metro that you can feel and hear when falling asleep... On the other hand, the double glazing filters the noise of the street very well.
