A charming hotel to have a great time
Very pleasant stay! We had a great dinner and the breakfast was superb. A small downside reported on our departure: you should not be in a hurry to close / open the door of room number 1 (the key is never there, it should be there to engage the bolt of a door --> lock to be changed).

A very nice discovery. Charming and attentive people. A magnificent place, a copious and delicious breakfast. A pleasant, calm and very nicely decorated setting. A perfect stay 😉
Our room was poor and old. The bed was too small. Even it was clean. Service was friendly.
Perfectly professional team, the equipment is complete. Pay attention to the finishes (room paint, door, seals) but also the equipment such as the toilet seat or the plastic toilet brush. We are getting closer to 4 stars here but we have to be even more picky about the details. Be careful, there are too many people at the same time in the pool spa center. There is also a problem, not enough space to leave these things when you enter the spa area where there is the swimming pool. Because only 2 deckchairs and a small table. If there are several couples, this does not allow you to put your things down. You should offer a cocktail or champagne service when you take the spa reservation, that would be great. Sausages for breakfast would be welcome rather than cooked ham. Congratulations to the whole team.

No air conditioning in the room, a fan was provided on request. No kettle in the room, hot drinking water could/had to be prepared by the staff. Breakfast was rather spartan.
Lovely setting and grounds with pool and terrace.Restaurant was very well furnished and comfortable, the service was excellent and food good.
The bedroom lacked amenities ie bottle of water, tea and coffee making facilities, only one glass and no cups.
When travelling you need a drink on arrival, without having to order something from the hotel ,luckily we had our own water and cups!
The bathroom had no soap on the basin, only the shower dispenser and no toiletries, which you would expect at this level of hotel.
This aspect was disappointing. Parking seemed limited in front of hotel.
Excellent hotel - we were made to feel very special!
We received a warm welcome. It felt very welcoming, almost like coming home. The bathroom and toilet were separate in the room, which was very nice, but both were a bit cramped in terms of floor space. But that was the only critical note.

Beautiful establishment offering an exceptional and opulent setting, excellent catering, beautiful park with outdoor swimming pool. We regret the paid access to the sauna and spa and the dilapidated state of certain equipment (bathroom and carpets)
