I have been to this establishment several times but this time I stayed there for 3 nights. As usual everything was perfect, meals, breakfast (with a bonus this time with cold cuts, thank you), room with quiet terrace etc. Just a small downside in the room: - First day, bottle of water, coffee pods and tea bags and chocolate squares - Second day no bottle of water or chocolate squares - Third day, no bottle of water, no coffee pods or chocolate squares too bad because I found it interesting to be able to drink a coffee in the evening without leaving the room and nice the little chocolate treat. Rest assured that is not why, if the opportunity arises to visit your establishment, I will do so but it will be in retirement and no longer as a professional because I am retiring at the beginning of January 2025. The survey scores will not reflect a true response of actual hotel as we never got to a room as logis booking system did not fwd our booking to hotel so as we could not be accommodated there they had to find us a nearby hotel that had got space. Very very disappointed after a long 7hr drive and a 20min twisted hillside route to get to hotel very very annoyed with logis to say the least.
Having said that the hotel staff and manager were very apologetic and did all they could to get alternative accommodation sorted for a Sat eve at very short notice.
In total an hours detour and time sorting it at that hotel added to a very long day along with no restaurant facilities at alternative hotel. 😕
Note 1 stars below are not accurate as didnt get in to a room there.
