We have been to this establishment several times. Nothing negative to report, the staff is very friendly, the place is clean, the rooms are sometimes a little cramped or noisy.

Nice room and bathroom with separate toilet. The kitchen was very good! And the restaurant looked nice.

Very large room, comfortable bed, good shower. Friendly staff. Restaurant for dinner was trying a bit too hard to be something it isn’t which made it a bit stuffy and a little pretentious. Choices were limited and not good value for money. Staff were nice though and tried hard. Didn’t bother with the breakfast as a result

All excellent, far beyond my expectations - restaurant is fine dining brought to a high level - I had a truly wonderful meal (after an excellent apéritif sitting in the very congenial lounge) and some startlingly good wine at a very reasonable cost. The decor of the dining room - the old implements of the harvest in years gone by deserve attention on their own. I simply can’t fault the place - it was a stopping point for a night between the Loire Valley and the Amsterdam ferry, but I shall now return and use it as a base to explore the region

This was a one-nght stay on our way from Geneva to Rotterdam. The room was excellent with all the facilities that we required. We had an absolutely great meal in the restaurant and the breakfast was superb as well with a multitude of options. Our only disappointment was with the wi-fi connection which kept dropping out in our room (113). It was very strong in the restaurant and reception, though. The hairdryer also needs to be upgraded as it generated very little heat. But overall, this was a really good experience and we would happily return if in the area again.

The overall experience was one of the best we had on our vacation, in spite of dreadful weather!

2) Kwaliteit van het vlees was ondermaats Veel te veel vet, weinig vlees en taai.
Dus wel serieus ontgoocheld na een volle dag in de auto gezeten te hebben.
In ons belgenland worden wij dienaangaande veel beter verwend!

A very convenient stopover heading north or south. Very friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms and a pleasant restaurant and wine list.

Very good meal. However the room was very basic. No welcome tray, kettle or water yet other Logis we've stayed in had them and were a lot cheaper than here.

Good, meets our expectations

We had stayed at this hotel avout 3 times in the recent past, but hadn't been there for maybe 4/5 years!! We stayed this time in a suite which was very comfortable & good value. All the staff were extremely helpful & attentive. The meal in the restaurant was exceptionally good quality & value for money. The buffet breakfast was also very good. The on-site Boulangerie is an extremely good idea & we purchased a kilo jar of local honey.

What a wonderful find - a lovely well-established hostellerie thoroughly modernised sensitively retaining all its charm and located very conveniently for major transport routes. Large, well-equipped and comfortable rooms and a variety of first-class shared spaces including a pretty garden and of course the pool. The restaurant was also exceptional providing delicious fine-dining with a good range of wines, including of course Champagne. All the staff, both in the hotel and the restaurant, were very friendly, cheerful and thoroughly professional. We are certain we shall return to repeat our delightful experience here.

This hotel is a great discovery! We started with dinner at the restaurant, the welcome was warm and the staff charming and attentive, we enjoyed good products beautifully decorated and nicely presented, all accompanied by a good wine. Our room, a few steps away, was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this place

We logeerden in suite 1. Goed voor 3 sterren.
Tapijt in woon en slaapdeel, zetel in leefruimte is een slaapbank maar zeker niet comfortabel als zitbank.
De zithoek naast suite 1 is een vuile boel met afgebroken douche, vuile muren, kapot plafond, rommelkoffer, gevaarlijke trap aan rotte vloerbalk....
Aan het zwembad geen douche beschikbaar.
Het onthaal, ontbijt en avondeten zijn zeker 5 sterren waard.
Parking bij het logement is eveneens super.

Besides an excellent restaurant, the staff of the hotel offers positive alternatives to accommodate an inconvenience. In our case we found out after booking the hotel that the restaurant was closed on Sunday, day of our arrival after a wonderful motorbike trip from Belgium. The hotel offered us a great alternative "picnic dinner with champagne" ready in our room which we enjoyed on the patio.

I booked this hotel as it was billed as ‘a lovely hotel with a great restaurant’. To arrive and find no staff at all, restaurant closed and all the lights off was very disappointing. No welcome at all. Nothing. Why do guests on a Sunday get treated like this? Awful.

the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the environment is very good In terms of catering, the cuisine is very tasty but it is a pity that there is no possibility of a menu and only the menu and for breakfast there is sometimes a traffic jam at the coffee machine, table service would be a plus

We have the following words in our comments. A camera puts a trap in nog een camera for children. De kamer ziet er ruim opgezet en netjes uit. Er is a shower in an apart toilet. Het enige nadeel was de lekkende airco, ondanks de aangeboden den doeken, maakte het gedrup mij meerdere keren wakeker. The hotel is at the moment when it is ready to go, but it may take some time to wait for the gas to come, but the hotel is still in danger. Er is overal wat te zien en te ontdekken. Ruimte genoeg om je af te zonderen de gezellig te zitten. If you don't have any reservations for your food, you don't want your dog to be welcomed in your restaurant. We have to deal with some of your needs, so it's important to have your nuts in your lobby. Het eten was truly fantastic! If you present this information, you may see it and it will be sent. You will be able to find out about your vacation.

We use this hotel once or twice a year. Very convenient location (just off motorway). Good restaurant. Nice pool. Large rooms. Only improvement would be air conditioning in rooms (which can get a bit stuffy on a hot day).

We stay at this hotel on our way bavk to the shuttle the highlight of our holiday is dining in the restaurant the food is always excellent and good value for money. They have there own bakery on sight we purchased a Chicken Wrap for the journey the quality again was excellent. We would not stay anywhere else.

We spent two days in this more than superb hotel. Superb and comfortable 'King Size' room. Perfect bedding, impeccably clean. Small suggestion, when you spend more than one night there a small fridge would be appreciated. All the staff are charming, welcoming and very professional. The catering is delicious , very well presented and of excellent quality, worthy of the greatest restaurants, to recommend without hesitation or we will return in a few months.

This was our second visit to the Auberge - the restaurant is enough of a reason to stay!

An item (alfalfa we believe) that she did not know would be a problem. We decided to leave after the first night, because she wasn't feeling well and we were driving home. Small downside in finding one, no small bottle of water and equipment for making coffee or tea in the room. Very good quality breakfast buffet!! I recommend work to travelers!!!

Setting, decoration, little extras (like billiards or chess), the quality of the room and the comfort of the bed! Very good breakfast and the restaurant is a gem at a fair price given the quality and originality. We'll come back to that.

We do not appreciate the bed linen which is now a strange rumpled waffle type. This would deter us from visiting again despite all the other positives we love about the Auberge. Please change back to crisp cotton/linen bedding

A very charming hotel. Everything fits

We have stayed here twice. On both occasions the service from the hotel and the restaurant have been first class. The rooms were immaculate. Very comfortable. The food was to a Michelin star standard. The wine selection was brilliant too. We will be back again!!

This time too, the welcome was friendly and correct. Once again the room was tidy. But once again there was a setback in the restaurant. Set the table so that guests have a view of the restaurant and not of a wall. Mousseline is not just whipped cream, but hollandaise sauce with a little whipped cream. Fish with a very sweet sauce in not the best combination. The same dish but with a classic white wine sauce would have been great. But perhaps no one dares to contradict the chef.

A very comfortable small hotel, conveniently located off the autoroute, with a good restaurant. Staff are friendly, helpful and speak English when helpful to tired travellers. We have overnighted several times and always enjoyed our brief stays. The breakfast buffet is very good and timings are flexible. For EV drivers, there are Tesla superchargers on site. The site also includes ample parking and a useful dog walking area. Although dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or breakfast room, the hotel offers dog friendly rooms.

We booked when our regular place to stay on our overnight journey was full. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the place, the overall ambience including the small bar but above all the quality of the restaurant. Very reasonably priced wines (although my initial choice was no longer available) with wonderful starter, main and dessert options. Merci beaucoup!

A very well situated hotel for our overnight stop from the South en route to the Channel Tunnel. Easy access from and to the A26 motorway and only 3 hours from Calais. For some, the 8 hour (minimum) journey time from the Mediterranean might be too much for some. In Summer, you could add several hours to this time. Accommodation spacious, quiet and clean, with large comfortable bed. Some reviewers had complained of no tea making facilities in the room. This is normal for an Auberge in France although, make no mistake, this is an Hotel describing itself as an Auberge! Take a bottle of water to the room! The restaurant was conveniently sited and served an excellent a la carte menu of local produce at reasonable prices. If this had been an Auberge one would have had an option to buy local wine in 1/4 and 1/2 litre carafes instead of by the bottle or glass. Prices for wine were therefore much higher than a couple like us would like to pay. The bar served excellent locally brewed light and amber ales. Parking was free on site and there are 4 Tesla Supercharger points for electric cars, all of which seemed operational and only one in use. Staff and service were top class.

It's not a stage evening, it's the STAGE EVENING! Sincere smiles, kindness, a big thank you to all the staff and to the Chef, in his kitchen there is love that delights your taste buds, nourishes your stomach and your heart.

Everything perfect! Super organized! Despite arriving late on a Sunday, check-in went very well. Plenty of secure parking spaces in the courtyard. The gate is locked at night. Absolute recommendation! We will be back!

Good location but poor service. When we complained to the manager he was more interested in blaming COVID for lack of staff than apologising for the poor service. We did not like having to choose all courses of the evening meal from the A la Carte menu before seeing how large the portions were. The starter and main course were good but we had no dessert and no coffee. Waitress told us we had to order in advance or not at all The barman went home at 9pm. Unable to have breakfast as there was a queue and no clean tables.

Solid overnight stay in a very friendly and attentive house. Close to the motorway and the very good in-house restaurant guarantee a perfect overnight stay. It is certainly also a good starting point for the surrounding area, which is not only interesting for drinks.

Hello, Usually in the evening when I stay with you because your table is excellent, I exceptionally reserved a (basic) room and breakfast. Result, more expensive than the evening stopover. That seems improbable to me. Should I book an evening stopover so as not to come to dinner and therefore pay less? Never in life would that be disrespectful to you. In the meantime, I am sorry to pay more for the night + breakfast, more expensive than the evening stopover for a business trip.

Top notch welcome. Friendly and professional staff. However, no welcome tray in the room. As for catering, the menu is too short and there is no local menu.

The courtyard rooms can be a bit noisy and unfortunately we struggled to get to sleep until the room cleared of cigar smoke caused by a guest sitting & smoking, in the courtyard nearby our room.

Accommodation was adequate although the air con was not working in childrens separate room. Great swimming pool!
The food was incredible, really delicious, although more expensive than what we expected based on when our booking was made so we couldn’t afford the three courses which we hoped for. However what we did have was delicious!

Comfortable, functional and clean room with very good bedding. Only the decoration could be more contemporary and the surroundings of the swimming pool more attractive. Very good restaurant with pleasant and smiling service. Copious and quality breakfast but lacked fresh cut fruit.

A real surprise find . Hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly . Lovely outside area to have a drink and rooms large and comfortable bed . Noticed hotel are struggling with price of energy and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and support this business

Very well kept, attractive grounds and location. An ideal overnight stop off the Autoroute.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Evening meal very good . However on checking our bill we realise that we were overcharged so check BEFORE paying.

We didn't find the room pleasant - not much light, overlooking an uninteresting courtyard and with lots of people passing through the only window. No atmosphere. Then, even though the hotel accepts dogs and we have to pay for the dog, we should have eaten dinner and breakfast separately because dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and there were no tables outside. We paid for the room but left the hotel..

We were very pleased with the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and made us feel welcome. The manager was i think perfect for the role he was was professional warm friendly and happy to listen to me try and order something in french and correct me when needed. My husband thought it would have been nice if he had given us a free drink to thank us for moving rooms to avoid a situation when our disabled friend arrived and had been allocated a room on the 1st floor.the pool was a welcome sight to refresh ourselves after along car journey in the heat would stay again if in the area. the food was magnifique . our waitress we noticed doing everything from cleaning rooms and poolside to serving dinner she worked very hard but did so with a smile and friendly manner

Arrived on Sunday evening, we could not appreciate the restaurant. We were only passing through for one night, and if there was no staff to welcome us, all the information to access our room had been sent to us by email. Spacious and quiet room overlooking a green space, impeccable bedding. In short, everything was perfect. If we have to stop in the region, it is for sure this hotel that we will choose.

A very well run and very tidy house. Clean rooms, very nice employees and a very good kitchen. We felt very comfortable there and can absolutely recommend this accommodation. The location is rural, on the national road, but still quiet.

A very convenient location, close to autoroute and easy to find. A pleasant setting in a village, with dog walks nearby and a popular patisserie next door. We had a delicious supper, washed down with a good selection of wines. A busy EV supercharger site on site is so convenient for Tesla drivers.

The bedroom and facilities were excellent, and the arrangement of rooms around an open courtyard with shrubs and plants added to the ambiance. The accessibility of the rooms to the parking spaces made the luggage handling relatively easy.

We have used this hotel on a number of occasions and have always been extremely happy with our experience

the hotel is in a brilliant position, in the countryside, so woke up to birdsong rather than motor cars and only 15 minutes walk into town. Fabulous walking along quite lanes above the hotel and Les Charmettes, home of JJ Rousseau 5 minutes walk. There is loads of safe parking which is important with a car full of luggage. The management and staff are very attentive and helpful and the food delicious, well presented and reasonably priced. Bedrooms, clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Being so small with only 10 bedrooms feel very homely

An excellent Logis Hotel conveniently situated on a main road not far from the autoroute and perfect s an overnight stay when we travel north from the French Alps.

Very good value for money, quiet establishment, clean, very good service. On the other hand, the wifi in the suites does not pick up very well and some small maintenance work would have made me give it 5 stars, but a really good establishment.

This establishment deserves to be known (if it is not already). Certainly you have to locate the entrance, but it is made easier by the signage operated by the hotel. One does not suspect, on entering, the real extent of the inn, any more than the facade does not suggest the comfort and the interior layout. The room is very clean, quite spacious, and has an impeccable and well-equipped shower room. The bedding (double bed) is perfect. The breakfast is like the rest, plentiful and of good quality (especially the breads). As for the restaurant, the service is friendly and efficient, the cuisine very good and the wine list sufficient. All this for a quality / price / service ratio quite correct.

Good place to visit the Champagne

Very nice establishment, sufficient parking spaces all around the building which is very significant. The dining room is magnificent and the dishes are of high quality and a great variety. Special mention for the tuna tataki which is divine. The staff is attentive and very friendly, the room was very nice, comfortable and very quiet. In conclusion everything is perfect I will definitely come back.
