We received a very warm welcome. The owner showed and explained the room. Free bottles of water. The room was cozy and nicely modernized. Very good bed (only 140 wide). Good shower - hairdryer provided - very very clean. Although on a main road we slept very well - the good windows were closed. We chose the Hotel for the restaurant on our way through the region for one night. The food quality and service of the restaurant did disappoint us. It was excellent traditional French cooking that we truly enjoyed. The service throughout the dinner was excellent. Dishes were explained - they provided the menu in English and French. English is spoken. Before dinner we had a wonderful walk along the river. We will stay there again when traveling in the region. Thank you !!!
Doesn't look like much but a very nice surprise! 5 stars in the restaurant: classic dishes but very well executed, plates more than garnished (plan a small diet beforehand) and a service worthy of a starred, really! The rooms have been renovated in terms of layout: there remains the environment (floor, corridors ...) which recall the probable age of the building. Come on, a small criticism, watch out for the joints of the shower, not very pleasant with such a beautiful bathroom it is obvious!
First of all, very well located and easy to access. After a charming welcome, a varied and quality local cuisine! A real pleasure spent at the table to end a day of work. An example to follow by many hoteliers...

Nice hotel just outside of Sens; friendly welcome; clean rooms; good breakfast by French standards. The restaurant is definitely worth a detour. There is also excellent authentic French regional cuisine. The service was excellent. Value for money was very good.
