Good hotel. We'll be back. Note, however, that the height difference between the two beds pushed together is a bit uncomfortable for a couple. Some floor restoration would be welcome. Otherwise, very quiet. Good restaurant. Adequate and varied breakfast.

Clean room. Large TV. Small but adequate bathroom, we take turns and it's ok, room 35 is quiet. Fresh bread in the morning.

Room not heated before our arrival, we were cold. The corridors of the hotel are not heated. Disappointing breakfast very little choice compared to the photos not worth the 12 euros per person. We had done the hotel in summer for one night and it was ok the room but the not really room not very clean, dilapidated, bathroom not very clean and moldy. Friendly and pleasant staff.

Room smells of cold tobacco. Noisy hotel, noise until 00:30 without forgetting the waste water flows. Cleanliness of the room also needs to be reviewed.

The room and the hotel are ok, however the restaurant service needs to be improved, the waiters and waitresses are not organised and you can wait a long time for an order to be taken or for the dish to be served.

Mais surtout nuit calme on entend rien et ça fait du bien.
Nous n'avons pas prix de petit déjeuner mais de ce que l'on a vu c'est équivalent aux autres autour

Good hotel but problem with key to enter the room.

Apart from the roommate who was smoking at his window, the noise from the neighbourhood, everything was very good. Special mention to the staff, who took great care of us. Especially the waitress in the restaurant.

Some mold in the bathroom, aging establishment and wake-up call at 7am by trucks located just below the hotel... Breakfast until 10am would be a plus

I chose this hotel for a 2-day stay at Terra Botanica, traveling with a child, I was looking for a hotel with catering, on site, for the evening. Easy-to-access hotel, large free parking. Good reception, attentive staff. Hotel, clean common areas, Twin room (2nd floor) clean, comfortable bedding, no air conditioning however a fan for hot periods is available in the room, in addition a thoughtfulness of the staff who close the shutters during the day so that the sun does not heat the room in summer. No elevator, however easy stairs to climb, help from the staff if necessary to bring up luggage. The staff who make the rooms, when customers leave, are polite and very discreet about the comings and goings and noise that their work could cause. Restaurant, very good, well cooked, there is a proposal of 2 lunch/evening menu formulas, plus the menu, with good value for money. Just a small downside for a 3 star, it lacks the small welcome tray kettle tea coffee in the room (which is found in other 3 star hotels) however a small bottle of water is available, and only offers a children's menu dish, for 2 consecutive dinners. I recommend this hotel, I am satisfied with my 2 night stay and catering.

Hotel close to Angers and Terra Botanica. The staff is pleasant, available and professional. The room is a little small with minimalist decoration but it is functional and clean. When it comes to noise, everything is relative. We were bothered by the noises of non-respectful travelers in the common areas, but in no case by noises from outside the hotel. The breakfast is very good, plentiful and has fresh products.

Renovation to be done urgently

The rooms are spacious and quiet. The welcome is satisfactory, the variety of breakfast is very good. The staff is professional and respectful. Even if the hotel is a little outside the city center of Angers, the quality/price ratio is more than satisfactory.

For one night ok but old toilet room. Not even an electrical outlet on either side of the bed. Shutter does not work.

Disappointing. No air conditioning. No elevator. Broken roller shutter. Room on delivery side, too noisy at 6am. Mediocre food (flavorless salad, too little seasoning, therefore too expensive).

Very impractical PMR room: no electrical outlet, towel rack in the shower, toilet not raised, no possibility of moving around the bed with a wheelchair, TV on the left wall, not facing the bed...

This is our 2nd stay in this establishment and we are always satisfied with the welcome, the comfort and the cleanliness of the rooms. The only downside was that we had dinner at the hotel and we were a little disappointed by the dishes.

Disappointed to find that the Hotel was so close to a main road, with no air con we had the window open resulting in poor sleep with the road noise. Rom was a bit tired with even a missing lamp shade. Pillows and mattress uncomfortably.The saving grace of the stay was the restaurant food and service.

I was a little disappointed because the restaurant was closed even though it was not indicated when booking.

A family room at first glance very damaged, old-fashioned, but above all very dusty, for someone with allergies, it's bad luck. Uncomfortable and itchy bedding. Bathroom, ok nothing more.

Very good value for money. the decoration is succinct and the establishment is a little old, the shower room is relatively small. The bedding is very comfortable which is the most positive point of the establishment and I did not encounter any noise disturbance. The employees are smiling and pleasant.

High price in relation to the quality of the room, not very clean, various dust, a blood-stained pillowcase. Thicker or memory foam pillows would be recommended. Polite and attentive welcome to customers, decent breakfast, just the pastries a little overcooked but overall it is suitable and sufficient.

Having already been here for the first time, this time we had a room without heating (the bare radiator cables coming out of the wall), no electrical outlet was working and therefore no TV. When we noticed it, reception was closed. We are very disappointed for a Logis hotel. However, I note the extreme kindness and professionalism of the person at reception as well as the quality and choice of breakfast.

We did not find the philosophy of Logis de France in this hotel. More like a large chain hotel with a restaurant not offering local products.

Friendly staff, easy to access hotel. The rooms are a little dated, especially the lighting in the rooms which is a little gloomy... but clean and very reasonable for the price.

A hotel well located in relation to my place of intervention but which needs to be renovated. The room is a bit outdated with degraded flooring. Not bothersome for one night but I frequent other much better lodgings for the same price. A restaurant menu that is not very clear (mixture of several languages) and prices that are a bit high compared to what is on the plate. A few small adjustments would allow this hotel to become more welcoming

We had reserved a quadruple room, when paying we were told 294 €!!! I refuse to pay this price since on the site it was indicated 118 € with breakfasts (free children). The receptionist notices an error and makes us pay 144 €! While we were at the table, we had 2 room changes!!! Surprise when arriving from the supposedly good room, 1 bed was missing!!! We go down the floors with our luggage (no lift), we are assigned a room on the top floor in the attic! No air conditioning, just 2 bottles of water offered and a fan that we had to run all night given the heat! no compensation was offered to us

The Attol de Beaucouzé hotel is really very good. The room was clean and spacious with . Comfortable bedding. The restaurant is very good. Breakfast with choice, including scrambled eggs, which is rare in France. The staff is naturally friendly and kind. Our short stay was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel-restaurant, and I will return

Near Angers, 1 night, single room, good bedding, cramped bathroom.

The hotel is well located, clean and the staff is attentive to our needs. Namely, the restaurant reopens only in the evening. I noted however that the showers don't have a mixer, and the showerhead doesn't save water. Staying there for 2 nights, I didn't expect my bath towels to be replaced as they were meant to dry out. These efforts should be made for the planet.

Room quite satisfactory for the price. The big plus is the bedding! Both the mattress and the duvet! We slept very well with my daughter. The room is very clean. I recommend this hotel with my eyes closed.
