Everything was as I expected, don't change anything.
Bed very good. Nearly no noise with closed window. Beautiful view.
Avoid the manager, not at all welcoming! Parking in a disabled space with the card, he told me not to park, I showed him my card, he replied, I'm not a cop! The next day, no hello or goodbye. Maybe it's my first and last name that made it so bad! Dusty room, pieces of food under the beds. Dark and non-functional bathroom

I wanted to have dinner but unfortunately I left it too late. At the reception the gentleman then offered to prepare the dish of my choice and bring it to my room. So I was able to have dinner in my room and it was very pleasant. Thank you

Dirty, we found stains on the sheets, in the bathroom and the floor was full of dust and hair. Nobody could speak English, it was very disappointing especially because it wasn’t cheap, we spent 100 eu/ night for a dirty and smelly and noisy place. Awful!
We didn’t try breakfast because we were scared of the hygienic condition of the kitchen.

Totally deficient reception service when we arrived on Friday afternoon: it took 1 hour 30 minutes to find the trace of the reservation of the second room. In addition, the person at the weekend reception should change jobs, as he seems to be there to scare away customers: bordering on insulting customers, denigrating them and his colleagues, as well as the use of Booking, and providing distorted or even false information! Otherwise, the quality of the rooms is satisfactory compared to expectations. On the other hand, the restaurant offers a simple menu, but with generous and quality dishes, and with very friendly staff.
Friendly and attentive team. Well soundproofed room (from the road/motorway). Continental breakfast, with delicious local cheese, good coffee. Ideal location between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, at the foot of the Bauges.
Aging hotel, carpet over 10 years old, lack of cleaning under the beds (dust, hair ties, bedspreads) although I am not a neat freak. It is a shame because the staff is very pleasant, I congratulate the lady this morning.

Unfortunately the reception was terrible, we received all the information in French and we couldn’t understand.
There wasn’t any effort coming from the receptionist to help us.
The restaurant was closed although the information was to be open.
The breakfast was charged twice.

Room that needs to be redone, every other curtain in the window, the spotlight in the bathroom is out of order, the shower head support is broken, the floor slats are going up in the center, a TV is on the verge of falling. .. the Restaurant.....the meal was very average, questionable service...the breakfast or the machine does not serve chocolate, non-fresh cut bread, a basket of pastries (only croissants) and some treats but nothing exceptional......... I WILL NOT RETURN

Hotel on the side of the highway. Fortunately there are fewer vehicles driving at the end of the evening and at night. Swimming pool available and children's play area. Impeccable breakfast and quick dinner. Superb welcome.

A hotel wedged between a road and a very noisy highway. As an evening stopover for two days the food was terrible! unacceptable at 7:30 a.m. almost nothing left for breakfast (ham, milk and cheese) only a laughing cow remained!
