We had a delicious time. This is the 3rd time we have come and we are always very well received.

We were this Friday June 21 at this establishment, everything was perfect, the welcome, the restaurant the dishes were refined worthy of a 4 star the impeccable service, we will return there, the spa very clean.

Room too warm, no working air conditioning, toilet too dark, very slow service at dinner (group of 40 people)

A short stay at the top, welcome, the magnificent nature room, very pleasant spa area and outdoor swimming pool, and the food is divinely good.

Magnificent SPA, all the hotel staff are smiling, pleasant and attentive, the cuisine is excellent.

Very beautiful destination, this "Source des Sens", spacious and modern room, very beautiful SPA, we would have appreciated being able to enjoy it a little more on the day of departure (opening at 9 a.m. only and check-out at 11 a.m.) for example with a opening at 8 a.m. reserved for hotel residents. Good restaurant, a bit of a wait though.

A very mixed experience. It's a very friendly and pleasant place but if you're looking for a moment of relaxation in complete privacy it's a miss. In fact, the hotel is open to people from outside the hotel, which means that the spa session is a real traffic jam. Ditto for the parking not accessible upon our arrival. The hotel restaurant is VERY expensive for the quality of the dishes offered and especially the service (1h30 to be able to enjoy your dish after your starter). Breakfast is also a disappointment despite quality local products. Remember to arrive as early as possible for breakfast, otherwise most of the products will no longer be offered to you. The rooms are wonderful, clean and very comfortable.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, very bright and quiet room (nature room), large spa with numerous relaxation areas, quality catering with an extraordinary wine list. The only downside is the slightly high price.

Perfect experience as the name of the hotel indicates, all the senses are in the spotlight. The view, careful and soothing decoration for all services. Taste and smell, the chef and his team divinely enhance it with exceptional dishes and wines. The touch: an expert and very professional spa team. Hearing: the calm of the place, relaxing. Congratulations to this very beautiful establishment and to the teams for their kindness and professionalism!

3rd stay and certainly not the last

What we didn't find in the room was a shoehorn. Everything (including the spa) is signposted and described exclusively in French, including the menu. What a shame - and in Europe! Vive La France! Here’s to German-French friendship! There is an institute in Strasburg that promotes bilingualism........ doesn't that apply to Mörsbronn?

We appreciated the setting of your hotel. We were able to recharge our batteries and especially for me to de-stress. We really liked the nature room. It was quiet and we had a good night. For the catering, congratulations to the chef who knew how to make us appreciate the different flavors
