A superb hotel renovation. The restaurant renovation is less successful, a little too neutral with overly present safety equipment. For an evening meal, the pace of service was too fast. As for the food, it was generally very good, with one downside regarding the scallop carpaccio, which had to be prepared in advance, which caused it to lose some of its flavor and freshness. As for the welcome, it was perfect, with very pleasant and professional staff.
