Very pleasant hotel, friendly staff.
We had a good stay in the hotel. Location is perfect for walks in Nancy. the parking for the car was perfect and nearby. It does not have the charm of a Logis de France hotel, unfortunately, although we booked at Logis de France. There was a misunderstanding about if we had booked with or without breakfast, the logis de france website suggested is was included, but it was not. So the 4 breakfasts were 40 euros extra costs for us, which we didn't expect. Besides from this we were satisfied.
A good, centrally placed hotel, but far enough from the centre to be quiet at night. Eating establishments a short walk away. Very helpful sympathetic staff. Cycle store close to reception. Nicely traditional, not fancy. We had everything we wanted here.
There were 3 steps to enter the hotel, but it was not a problem with loaded bikes.
Staying at La Résidence was a pleasure.
A comfortable quiet hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. It was some distance from the main sights and restaurants for evening meals, albeit walkable.

Our double bed creaked very much, we could not sleep. Furthermore, I found the family room really too small. Our teenage sons and we just fit in, but there was almost no room left. I found the photos of the hotel misleading and promise a lot of luxury, but I did not see that in the room and in the hallway. Only the bathroom was nice and clean and satisfactory.

We namen geen ontbijt, was erg klein in het ontbijtzaaltje. Ontbijt was from 8:00 -10:00 uur. Het is een prima hotel, schoon, vriendelijke mensen, private parkeerplaats voor eur 10.- per nacht. Eerlijke prijzen. We hadden 2 hondjes bij ons en ze rekenden hiervoor ook eur 10.- wat we zeer netjes vonden. Badkamer is erg mooi en nieuw, groot vergeleken met het kleine slaapkamertje. Hier is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, schoon en netjes maar nogmaals piepklein vooral omdat we een hondenbuggy en 2 mandjes kwijt moesten. Prima voor 1 nachtje en zit op 20 minuten lopen van het centrum. Het lopen is prima te doen en voelt niet onveilig in de late avond. We waren er wel op vrijdagavond en dan is het een stad die 'leeft'. Aanrader!

The room is really small and there were odors. When I booked I requested a double bed. I ended up with two small single beds. Also there is no parking 😕 On the other hand the staff at the TOP 👌👌👍. And the cleanliness nothing to complain about 👌
I had reserved a parking space and it was eas promised to me I arrived around 1615 And was told that the parking space had been taken And there were no other parking spaces Bad turn

Nice hotel in the center of Nancy. Small flat on the soundproofing of the Rooms, if you have barbarians as neighbors it must be border line. For the rest perfect.

Our stay was very pleasant, very comfortable. The hotel is very well maintained. attentive staff. The breakfast with fresh and homemade products is ideal to start a great day of sightseeing. Thank you - Value for money ++ - There are no easily accessible sockets in the room (Headboard for example for laptops) - We only found one, under the console.
Always well received by the team which is always attentive. A very clean room and good housekeeping. The shower gel smells good, but the carpet product is a bit strong. I recommend the homemade mirabelle plum jam. I recommend this hotel which is not far from the train station and transport.
Great hotel, very central, easy to reach. Fine and simple breakfast. Only the report that the rooms are soundproofed is reasonable for the street with a tram that passes by. You can hear him, but that's doable. Only the noise of the neighbors can be heard really well. As if they are in your room so I would nuance the message and indicate that this is only for the street side.

Warm and smiling welcome. Very clean and perfectly soundproofed room, our room overlooking the street, the sounds of cars were muffled. Very quiet, nicely decorated for Christmas. 10 minutes walk from the city center. I recommend without problem.
