We were very well received, charming hotel in the city center, comfortable and clean, I recommend.
Spacious room, comfortable bedding, very clean. Overall the room was ok but dated. A cable comes out of the wall to power the office socket, the paint is curdling, the power button on the remote control did not work. A socket next to the bed would have been appreciated. These are details but still.
We were welcomed even at a late hour. Large, comfortable bed, clean linens, generous breakfast.
The welcome is pleasant and the hotel is well located, but the rooms are quite old, the appliances do not all work (heating, hair dryer) and trip (electricity problems).
Hotel from 1980 (it's noted in the elevator) which has clearly never received the slightest renovation since. The hotel is generally clean, even if the carpets are out of date (and very very stained in the room I occupied), the decoration non-existent (in the room or in the common areas). The bedding also has its time, not to mention the bed linen from another era, and the pillows without content. In short, for a hotel displaying 3 stars, it is no longer worth it, especially considering the prices charged.
Lack of maintenance of the room (damaged wall covering, curtain unhooked, very damaged bathtub seal). Breakfast much too expensive (12€) compared to the limited choice and poor quality offered). Only positive point: the location which allows easy access to the historic center.

Good stay. Hotel a little old, could do with a little refresh. Very good reception. Spacious room but lack of electrical outlets near the bed to recharge phone and computer. Good bedding that would deserve to replace sheet and blanket with a duvet and pillows too small.

A dilapidated hotel that could do with a good facelift in all areas. High price.
A very good stopover in Parthenay: the hotel is ideally located for visiting the town (and with private parking), the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the room is pleasant, with comfortable bedding, and the breakfast is very well provided, all with remarkable value for money. We have been here before and will come again!

Compliments to the man and the woman who ensure the reception 24/24. attentive and kind. Full breakfast and starts at 6:30 so it's very good. Only dissatisfaction: even the upper class room is unworthy (worn carpet, stains and splashes on a wall, rotten door bottom …) a renovation is essential. A hotel is profitable, I know it from my profession
Very nice home! Friendly and flexible. The room offered all the necessary comfort. 2 adults and a child we had a single bed for our child and not an extra bed. Varied breakfast, fresh bread pastries. Excellent value for money. We recommend!
A simple but quality establishment, everything was perfect, the welcome, the comfort of the room and the breakfast at the top.

Decor a little aging but very comfortable room! Very good breakfasts but a bit expensive all the same. But great stay, very pleasant welcome and staff always available and attentive!
Sound insulation almost non-existent whether for the hallway but especially for the outside. Passing cars in the street were in the room... Even on the 3rd floor. No facilitation to collect the keys for just 30 minutes in advance for our arrival compared to the rules of the hotel. This is the first time that I have been refused this type of request. Seals in the shower black. Far too high price for the service.
