Lovely people at reception. Perfect beds. Bathroom a bit spartan. Nothing to hang the shower head from the bathtub. Just a shower gel at the sink. But good space.

I don't understand the 3rd star... The paint is peeling, there is no drain in the sink or a system for hanging the shower head above the bathtub, the hygiene/comfort products are not very useful (frankly, who uses shower caps or sponges to make their shoes shine...). The hygiene products hanging on the wall are not practical to use. The hair dryer is out of date, all this is only worthy of a first price hotel. Let's not talk about the decor, not very cocooning. In addition, neighbors devoid of any respect for others, noise, coming and going until 2 a.m. And since there is no staff after 10 p.m.... In short, I blame myself for having chosen this hotel for our weekend, we will not return.

The room was really good, we overlooked the courtyard where there was no noise. Very quiet. The bed was large and comfortable. The only small downside is that there is parking but only 5 or 6 spaces. I would have liked more explanations on this subject before booking

The receptionist is very welcoming. We had reserved a parking space, we called 5 minutes before our arrival, she was waiting for us. Very well located hotel, close to the historic district and restaurants. Very clean, nothing to say. Original decor. Very generous breakfast. Great discovery.

Upon arrival at the hotel you feel transported into the colorful and joyful atmosphere of comics with the very original decoration of vintage machines and industrial art atmosphere. All the staff are welcoming and good advice. Very well located to visit the historic center of Angoulême in the evening and in the morning before leaving.

Old and moderately maintained premises and furniture. Ex: the water runs hot from the 2 sink taps or the fire detector has not been replaced in the room, its support remains on the ceiling. You have to invest a little. The decoration is really tacky. Breakfast with plastic jam doses, minimalist. On the other hand, the young girl at reception was very friendly and helpful.

we booked a PRM room and the hotel has steps at the entrance and a bathtub in the room. You completely ignore disability. And access via the car park must be before 10 p.m., why can't people with disabilities arrive late? (we had said this and asked for confirmation for access). Your hotel is not accessible, your advertising is misleading and contemptuous for the people concerned.

Street side room a little noisy in the morning

Good value for money, convenient location close to the station and pleasant welcome. The big weak point is the soundproofing of the rooms (you can hear everything...) and the sometimes somewhat dated bathroom ceilings which could do with a little updating. Also remember to report when you hand over the keys when there is a problem with the door handle, at least we know it. 😉

An old-fashioned establishment very far from the 3-star standard, which would need a thorough renovation to qualify for it. Parking for another age charged 10 euros. I can't understand how such an establishment could benefit from the Logis Hotel label. I will be much more careful in the future before selecting a hotel through your app.

Not slept the noise of the crossroads is amplified at all hours of the night. Soundproofing is zero inside and out. Very poor quality bedding. The smell of the air freshener is ayvv c worse make you nauseous. In short, despite a charming welcome, the building is to be razed.

Very disappointing on the other hand for the incessant noise from the street, room 221 despite the double glazing. . We could not rest even though the room was very comfortable (bedding, furnishings, air conditioning...). We had made a reservation since March, and expected a quieter room.

The reception is very friendly, - water problem in the room: impossible to have cold water! it is lukewarm - not even a bottle of water in the room! - no decaffeinated for breakfast!
