HUGE heating problem.
Cool (too cool) in the room, cold in the bathroom (heater out of service).
Nothing improved despite of our claim early in the afternoon.
Minimalist breakfast.

Great hotel. Excellent value for money. Just offer pains aux chocolats for breakfast. And see about changing the shutters in the rooms.

Hello, two small complaints: questionable cleanliness of the shower tray and clearly insufficient ventilation of the premises, a few touches of mold here and there, otherwise everything is perfect (breakfast a little basic but we are here in a two-star hotel) very quiet room, that's what I asked for so thank you

Just a quick note about the Hôtel du Tigre in Verdun: the heating in the rooms is a bit insufficient; the radiators are cold and barely warm in the morning.

Hello, Clean room, decent bedding, bathroom without VMC. Noisy hotel, poorly insulated, lots of noise from traffic on the street, rain and wind make a racket on the canvas that covers the windows. Smell of mold in the stairs.

Nice welcome, very clean hotel, spacious rooms, very decent bedding but some improvements could be considered: filling the silent toilet bowl (for those who get up at night...), air conditioning in the attic rooms ( because the size of the Velux is reduced, size of the breakfast room reduced especially to 7 people, ...)

Good hotel been there for the second time!

Simple and spacious room. No duvet but a blanket. We were very disappointed by the cleaning that was not done in the bathroom. The towel put in the sink to be changed was not changed, the trash was not emptied and the bath mat was not changed during the three days of the stay. Access to the 2nd floor is via a fairly narrow staircase and it is not very easy with large luggage. The reception staff are welcoming. The hotel has free private parking.

Room allocated was front facing and close to main road, lots of traffic noise hard to sleep. Room was clean but smelled of damp dog.

A tired old hotel outside the city but clean room and everything worked.

The hotel is a lovely, traditional place. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff welcomed us with a smile and were very friendly. There was a good selection of breakfast items. In fact, we will be staying at this hotel again in September.

Very nice hotel - The staff is smiling and welcoming - The rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable. The bathroom is clean, the shower works well. The Wi-Fi is well received (this is not the case in all hotels) - The rooms are quiet. I recommend.

We were here two years ago, knew our way around and even had the same room. Overall it's a bit noisy, but that's because of the way it's built. Otherwise, the reception is always friendly.

Warm, efficient welcome, clear information. The less positive point is the sound insulation between the rooms, the door handles which squeak very loudly. Breakfast was very good, good bedding also.

A small hotel ideally located at the entrance to Verdun coming from the motorway, very friendly welcome, spacious, bright and very clean rooms, very nice buffet breakfast.

Beautiful hotel which has been renovated; our room was large and spacious. Just a small downside: the heating was a little tight: non-existent when we arrived at 4 p.m.; it was started in the evening but not very hot given the outside temperatures; In the bathroom it was also a bit tight.

Very warm welcome, perfect breakfast. The only small downside; The bathroom. Refreshment should be provided. (coat hook behind the door coming off, non-functional toilet paper dispenser, inconvenient shower curtain system). On the other hand, very quiet hotel, very well located, large parking lot, functional wifi, secure entrance, you feel good there.

Room is small,showercurtain sticks to your body,just a half roll of toiletpaper.Breakfast is the bare minimum with old croissants, not enough sandwiches and very bad coffee.
Allot off noise at 04.30 - 05.00 h in the morning in the next door rooms.

A 18h30 nous avons reçu la clé de la chambre 209 et qu'elle ne fut notre surprise en ouvrant la porte que la chambre n avait pas été faite... Heureusement la réceptionniste nous a proposé la 207.

Well, hotel somehow in between of nowhere, at least the bar could be open after 9 pm.

Quiet outskirts of Verdun 2km from the city center

25 minutes walk from the city center. Quiet and comfortable hotel. Breakfast (included in the price of the room) is plentiful. I recommend this perfect hotel for short stays. I really appreciated the friendliness of the reception staff.

The lady from the reception was great, she speaks english and very kind and calm. A very good and fine hotel, it was perfect and for a nice price. The breakfast was good and there were enough parking places. Big Rooms with Fine ba droom and good beds.

We very much enjoyed our two night stay at this "old fashioned" hotel. Excellent welcome and availability. Clean room. Car park. Very complete and possible breakfast on the terrace.

Breakfast not up to par

Hotel in decay and dilapidated having no relation to the photos proposed on booking.com. The cleanliness is to be reviewed and the maintenance of the bathroom "mold, missing sink shelf, too. The rooms are bryantes, you can hear the television from the juxtaposed rooms, the noise from the street is infernal with the passage of trucks all the way night. The very light breakfast, croissant and bread. The staff is friendly. I do not recommend this hotel and I will certainly not go to a cit'hotel again

If you are passing through and want to stay overnight at a very reasonable price, this is the place for you.

Presentation of the surroundings (exterior) to be improved

For the price, the room was clean and welcoming. The problem is the soundproofing, we came across a jackhammer buzzer in the next room and it was ringing in our room lol. Decent breakfast for the price. Hotel that helps out well for one night.

Nice French hotel near Verdun. Good point to visit the city and the battlefields of the word war one

The reception was very nice, hotel well placed in relation to our activity, on the other hand the attic rooms are somewhat small, the bathroom too. It was clean but a bit dated. The breakfast was correct but without salty lovers to abstain. There is a sign that indicates a bar but the period may not have been good and it was not open, impossible during the day or evening to have a drink or a coffee, too bad especially when the weather is bad.
