Cit'Hotel du Nord

Only one power outlet wasn't adequate and the lamp (room #5) on window side wasn't working. Definitely there's a leakage as we could hear water dropping noise all night long which disrupted our sleep. Kettle and 2 paper cups were provided upon request. Shower head was filthy. I am ONLY raising these because you asked and hoping that the future guests can stay more comfortably.

Unpretentious, but clean, welcoming, quiet. Ideally located.

The stanza will be a little comfortable, it's an elevator that gets dirty and it goes up, so there's no problem with walking.

Otelin yeri çok iyi, karşılama güzeldi. temiz mütevazi bir otel. oda biraz küçüktü, bir de sanırım temizlik odasının yanını vermişler, sabaha kadar sürekli bir kapı açıldı kapandı, gürültü oldu. Odamın yeri kötüydü.

Very charming and comfortable hotel. Sure, it's a little old school and worn down in some places, but the staff is very helpful, the room was cosy and the breakfast just right for me. Eggs could be outside of fridge and not quite as hard boiled though. Loved the coffee with warm milk. Extra points for fun paintings in the stairs.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the train station and city center which I appreciated a lot. In general it's a rather small hotel but all the staff were super super helpful and nice. It was all very personal, which made my stay very special. Only the window and doors are not very sound proof and I didn't have a dedicated place for my clothes (like a drawer), but that didn't bother me much. It was a great hotel for a three day work trip - with exceptionally nice staff!

Great stay! The staff was super welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The room was clean and functional, with modern decor. The hotel is ideally located: a few minutes walk from the train station, the old town and the lake. If I have to come back to Annecy, I will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is very good and the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, always available. It was a pleasure to stay there. I now know where to go for my next trips to Annecy. The hotel is also well located since it is right next to the train station and in the center, close to many streets where visits and restaurants can follow one another, and also close to the lake.

A small hotel close to Vieux Annecy with exceptionally friendly staff

What a find! Great location, near everything. Lovely room and en-suite, breakfast good value for money. Staff on reception so friendly and helpful with information. Secure parking very close at €10 per day, just pull up in front of hotel (you get 2 mins grace) and pick up a carnet from the reception. Definitely gets our recommendation!

A welcoming hotel in the middle of the town a short walk to the lake and the old town. The car park is a short walk away, but they have.an arrangement where the hotel pays for the overnight cost and we paid for time after 8am. We stayed in Annecy until midday and the parking was inexpensive. Annecy is a lovely place. Well worth a visit and this is a convenient hotel to use.

Very pleasant, available staff. It's rare so I'll point it out. The room is OK, clean. A downside on the bathroom which has a plumbing problem. A very strong smell comes from the toilet and even with the door closed, it is very annoying. Furthermore, I was disturbed by the noise above, on the 3rd floor, you can hear everything, toilets, showers, back and forth.

Hotel very well located in the center of Annecy. Small but well thought out room and impeccable cleanliness. Warm, helpful and attentive staff. The only downside would be the bread for breakfast, a “real” baguette would have been even more enjoyable.

The staff were amazing, friendly, fun and helpful. I found the hotel was situated in a great spot which made it nice and easy to get around.

Certainly, it is not the grand hotel with endless gilding. He is in his juice. Youth hostel atmosphere ::) But the friendliness of the staff trumps everything. As someone who doesn't sleep much, I didn't have coffee at my disposal whenever I wanted it early in the morning. “You are at home,” they say at reception. It's funny, that's really the feeling I had at the end. Go there with your eyes closed and if a problem really arises, no worries, they will go out of their way to resolve it. Bravo to the Hôtel du Nord. And see you soon ::) PS: I didn't put "very good" on the breakfasts and the decor because they are minimalist but that doesn't matter...

The location is the best and definitely value for money. The reception is 24x7 which is a good thing as you can checkin anytime. My room had some weird noise perhaps because the building is old. Also, the bedding could improve. The pillows were very old and uncomfortable. It is good place to stay for one or two nights.

Hotel with clean, welcoming rooms, not very large, but in any case comfortable and recently renovated with new furniture and bathroom. Excellent central location and easy to reach by car, very good parking service. The only flaw is the small shower which risks flooding the bathroom. Recommended

Although the elevator and the room were small, but it was clean and nice, plus the location of Hotel du Nord is excellent, in the central of the icon and close to the Annecy lake. Also, I got a good rate too. Additional option for breakfast was great. An enjoyable stay.....thank hotel du Nord
