Correct smartphone price
Very good value for money, very well renovated
Room not cleaned properly, there was a trace of a can of coke on the shelf next to the bed. No soundproofing and the cleanliness of the bathroom was to be desired.
Our room was large and bright

Excellent value for money. Renovated establishment, located in a very quiet area and close to shops (Lidle, Grand Frais). Partnership with restaurants nearby. Clean, pleasant managers, closed parking... In short, excellent for a business or personal trip.
Staff is fantastic! Friendly, attentive and welcoming.

Very helpful hotelier, we used the hotel to cycle along the Seine directly to Paris. Paris is very easy to reach by bike and there is a cycle path directly along the Seine into the center. We were even allowed to store our luggage and park the car for free. Super friendly.
Always delighted with my stays at this hotel. We sleep well there, we're comfortable there, it's clean, quiet, the managers always have a smile ;)
Hotel completely renovated recently (2023), well located (restaurants nearby), quiet (good sound insulation, discreet customers), very comfortable (new and good quality bedding, no noisy air conditioning) and very clean. The manager is very kind and smiling. And not to spoil anything, the price is very reasonable, ultimately it is the best value for money in the Corbeil region (20km radius). I don't comment on the quality of breakfast, I never eat it.
I arrived late. I had a hard time finding it deep in a shopping area. Reception closed. As in a Formula1 or Ibis Budget there is a vending machine for drinks and chips/sweets for those who were unable to dine. It's very succinct for a room at 100€/night! The room is accessed by a code communicated by email. Fortunately it was not deleted by my antispam. Very basic room with very brief comfort. I had the misfortune of being on the parking lot side: large floodlights lit all night lit up the room as if it were broad daylight. The dilapidated interior blind cannot withstand it. Then there was a very loud buzzing sound all night long. A priori, strangely, it came from the VMC. The cocktail of spotlights and buzz got the better of my night. In the bathroom there is no support to put your toiletry bag and only one small spotlight to light the entire room. It's more than basic! The only positive points: pleasant shower with excellent water flow and fairly complete buffet breakfast. For the rest I advise avoiding this hotel as the price/service ratio is unacceptable in my opinion.
Satisfaction at all levels. Welcome, calm, quality of bedding and value for money. Downside on the condition of the bathroom floor (not vacuumed) and the shower tray. Otherwise, very satisfied.
Fairly limited breakfast
The hotel is easy to access even for the first time 😀 The hotel offers the room and small apartment solution which is excellent for those who work and need to come home to rest while organizing meals with ease. The environment also offers something 😉

I made a reservation via booking with the total price (tourist tax included) discounted to €68.42 to discover a price displayed at €62. I also had to pay tourist taxes in addition to the booking reservation even though they were included in the reservation invoice.

Unbeatable value for money. At this price, do not expect 5 star services :)! It is generally very correct. The bathroom would need to be reviewed (absence of wall hooks and shelves in sufficient number to put down your personal belongings. Also, it would be nice to provide a bath mat for the shower exit).
Hello, I allow myself this comment that I made to the person at the reception of your establishment, I chose this hotel because it was convenient for its location and I had loyalty vouchers for payment. I called the hotel during the day to check in. Arrived 15 minutes before the closing, I learn that my credit card has already been debited and that I cannot therefore use my loyalty checks. This is absolutely not normal, and the hostess made no gesture or accompaniment or apology. I am disappointed and unhappy with the service. Cordially
Very quiet room and very pleasant welcome
A small hotel in the ideal location for a stopover since you will find everything nearby (restaurants, supermarket, garage, etc.) The calm and friendliness of the welcome make this place a relaxing place.
The room 210 that I was in the blind didn't close fully so alot of light came through also the door doesn't seal either so another beam of light but the main issue is that the room doesn't have any ventilation as you can't really keep the window open during the night due to the traffic on the motorway. The room needs an Aircon.
Everything was a small downside, it's too hot in the room, it just needs a little air conditioning. Also not everything else top👍
Hotel for one night more than enough, no more... The exteriors are very noisy and the smell of cigarettes was very present in our room. We were very well received, thank you.
