Very nice boss and bosses

This hotel is a real find. Delightful owners who couldn't do enough for me. Big comfortable room, quiet night and lovely breakfast. Slight downsides - it is a bit shabby, and the hotel has no parking. However, the owners advised me on where to park, and in fact I did manage to park right outside. I'd definitely stay there again.

A quiet hotel in a backstreet but not far from anything..
The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good value, the room was average for a single, the ensuite was clean and small but perfectly formed. I cannot comment on the view as there wasn't one

A hotel in Cherbourg ideally located for your stays. The welcome from the owners is perfect. The breakfasts are very good. The owners are renovating the rooms. The prices are reasonable. Not to be missed.

Hotel looked tired from outside. Lovely welcome at reception. Steep stairs. Room was small but adequate for a short stay, clean and comfortable. Good location, close to bars and restaurants. I would use again.

The hosts were lovely and the bed comfy. Rooms are basic, but quiet and clean. Breakfast was offered and was reasonably priced and delicious with plenty of choice.

Hotel certainly in need of updating, the welcome from the owners is very warm. The breakfast served with local products is excellent.

Warm welcome but accomodation was a bit shabby

Excellent stay. Kind and attentive hostess. Not redone recently but everything is there, clean, comfortable and of high quality. Quiet and well located. The little extras: At the limit of paid parking, and the night code. Finally, the price, verygood. In short, I know where to come back.

Adorable and helpful welcome. Good location. The hotel is not directly near the bars but late at night you can hear the revelers noisily returning to their vehicles. Furthermore, the walls are very thin and I heard the neighbor calling at 3 a.m., but this lack of civility is not attributable to the hoteliers.

The room is very small and poorly insulated.

Very good hotel, very quiet and very clean. Good bedding. Hearty breakfast, lack of fruit however. No parking. But relatively easy parking nearby.

Joli hotel .Chambre propre ,beau mobilier , par contre il faudrait un petit rafraîchissement en ensemble , salle d'accueil et escalier.
Sinon rien a dire ,le patron très gentil , on a ete bien accueillis .

Old-fashioned hotel, in its original form...nice room size, but poorly arranged (socket and switch at the foot of the bed)...only one chair...4th floor without elevator with a spiral staircase.

Very satisfactory welcome from the managers. Very pleasant people. The hotel deserves a facelift. At breakfast, there is a lack of cheese and sugar for diabetics. The bedding is adequate, however there is a plastic cover under the sheets which makes a lot of noise when you turn over at night. The hotel is well located. We were on the fourth floor, it's a sporty place to go.

Ideal location, a little set back from the tourist axes, the area is quiet but everything is within walking distance. Very good value for money. I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice home !

Small decent 2-star hotel, very good bedding, somewhat cramped toilets, slightly dated bathroom, weakened sink, but you have to know what you want! For the price, it's good!

Welcome by the impeccable hoteliers. Comfortable family room but in need of a little renovation. The location of this one on the 4th floor without lift should be specified when booking because it can be difficult to access for people of light physical condition. Hotel in the city center very quiet. Very commercial hoteliers because the breakfast was offered following a malfunction of the hot drinks machine which disrupted the service.

Very nice and friendly welcome. The person at the reception gave us information on where to park and where to eat and even helped us put the suitcases back in our car. Too bad there is no parking nearby. No elevator and a spiral staircase not easy to carry the luggage. Very nice family room in the attic.

Very courteous staff. Dark and musty smelling entrance. The room with clean linen, dated furnishings (except the bed). Toilet in a claustrophobic small room, hair stuck to the tiles above the sink, sticky vanity handles, stained curtains, dirty windows and black windowsill in the corners. The chairs are peeling. There are 3 little men to be used as a wardrobe. The sloping floor in the room. Carpet patched up after taking out the wardrobe. No elevator, uncomfortable stairs. The photos on the site are very different from what I found. I gave a few stars only for the courtesy of the staff and because the linen was clean.

Hotel dans son jus et manquant de modernité. un bon coup de jeune ne serait pas de trop. Odeur de renfermé a l entrée et tabac froid dans la chambre. SdB et sanitaire très étroit.

Very friendly hosts. I had a red wine stain on my White shirt and they were happy to help me out and remove it.

The gentleman at the reception was really nice and accommodating.

The stay went well. Bathroom was a bit small. Wifi worked o.k. (once I understood the 6 hour daily limit). Barking dog in yard of house next door was annoying ! Check in / check out was fine. I was on 2nd floor (no lift - o.k. for me, but not good for the less able bodied). I only had a coffee (free) and not breakfast.
