For me, the hotel's location was good; I just wanted to sleep and have breakfast. Parking at the hotel was important to me.

We’ve stayed here many times and always enjoy our stay. The welcome is always excellent and despite speaking poor French the guy at the reception is very helpful and speaks a little English so we never have a problem. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need with a really comfy bed. It’s also really good that the hotel is pet friendly so our pussycat stays in our room too.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The welcome is always so warm. I particularly appreciate the attention to my gluten-free medical diet. Do not miss the very generous breakfast! It is obvious that if we return to PAU, we will stop again at this hotel.

Really nice hotel offered at a very fair price. We received a friendly greeting on arrival. My special dietary requirements were noted and met with an excellent gluten free breakfast in the morning. The gentleman who met us and worked the front desk was really nice to us at all times. We also noticed how he was friendly and helpful towards other guests. Thoroughly recommended.

Good value for money and location. Intelligent renovation to bring the hotel up to date in terms of decoration. Fan just a little to cool the room. No air conditioning.

Great check-in experience and parking lot on property. Clean room and bed linen. Shower, sink, bidet and toilet working fine. Roll down window blind helped block outside light for sleeping but small holes let in morning light. Nearby construction materials site was a bit noisey for a couple of instances.

It may not look spectacular from the outside but as soon as we walked through the door, we felt the friendliness and warmth of the atmosphere. The manager was very welcoming and helpful and, bonus, he spoke good English.
Our room was simple but we'll appointed. The bed linen was crisp, fresh and attractive. The bathroom was more than adequate and there was tea/coffee-making facilities. A large wardrobe, a dressing table, stool and TV were also provided.
Breakfast was lovely: individually wrapped pastries and bread, plus fresh fruit on each tray and a lot more besides available self-service. The same manager was there to guide us through then procedure. We were thoroughly impressed, both by the facilities and the staff and would recommend the hotel to fellow travellers.

Excellent welcome and room too. Only small downside: the noise of the pipes which make noise very early in the morning.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was helped with my rather large cat pen in the lift with the hotel receptionist which was nice. He couldn’t do enough for me and I had the breakfast which though fairly basic was more than plentiful. The room itself 109 was spotlessly clean with a lovely comfy bed. Air conditioning would have been a bonus over the wall fan but it did help a little during the night. Overall I found the hotel excellent value and will definitely use again on my return journey in December.

The hotel is good a little out of town so no good restaurants within walking distance we went to the Indian restaurant but not that impressed. The reception guy was good very friendly breakfast was worth the money. Not the hotels fault but it was very hot there is no air conditioning. We asked for some ice but there wasn’t any an ice machine would of helped.

I recommend this establishment for the location, the kindness and the sympathy of the manager, everything has been done to make this (short) stay very pleasant and if we go back to Pau this is where I will stay

The hotel has excellent value for money, the staff is very attentive and the room is equipped with a kettle and sachets to prepare hot drinks. The breakfast is satisfactory: a good ratio between sweet and salty. Near the hotel there is a restaurant with a bowling alley, billiards and table football. Two categories of guests may have problems in this establishment: people allergic to dust mites (there is carpeting) and Italians, since the toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom (sink and bath/shower) and there is no a sink let alone a bidet.

This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. Certainly one of the best among the many practiced during a very long professional life Cl. Everything was perfect, from the reception, to the breakfast (really exceptional) through the value for money but also the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom . I sincerely wish its owners the best possible success.

The warm and neat welcome upon arrival at the car park. The room was spacious with quality amenities and a much appreciated welcome tray. In addition, the small cleanliness strip on the toilet is a real guarantee of care in maintenance.
