Advance payment : 100% of the total amount of the reservation is requested to confirm the reservation.
I RESERVATION
Online reservations can only be validated after transmission of your VALID credit card details, and collection of the total amount of services (excluding tourist tax payable on site).
The fact of sending us your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation is considered as approval of the authorization to debit your account and cannot subsequently be contested.
In the event of a credit card failure or incorrect information resulting in the payment being invalid, we will consider your reservation as canceled and will be entitled to reallocate the room.
CHECK IN (arrival) of rooms is carried out between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the day of arrival. CHECK OUT (departure) is carried out no later than 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Rooms can be made available from 12:30 p.m., depending on the possibilities of the service (if necessary, contact us directly: 05.55.84.47.27 or hotel@alzire.fr).
In the event of arrival after 7 p.m., the customer must notify the hotel reception. In the absence of information and if no one has shown up for CHECK IN after 7 p.m., the room may be reallocated to another customer.
Non-refundable your reservation is out of time for a free cancellation : Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival.
After this time, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
II RESERVATION MODIFICATION
Any modification of reservation is possible without charge. However, we cannot guarantee room availability.
In the event that a modification is not possible, you must respect the original reservation or submit to the cancellation conditions.
For any early departure, the remaining nights will be at your expense.
III CANCELLATION
No cause for cancellation will be taken into account for any reservation made less than 48 hours before the arrival date.
